Great service and price! Called an hour out from Joplin and he was able to meet me at a truck stop and repair 2 rock chips less than 30 minutes. Highly recommended!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Jerrod with Tru-Vue when I inquired about getting my windshield repaired. I called about a dozen phone numbers over two days (literally) and was either not getting calls back, or some of the shops around town no longer performed repairs on auto glass.I luckily happened upon Tru-Vue, and Jerrod answered first try. He kindly got me in within a few hours. He was onsite for twenty minutes or so, and my windshield looks so much better! I no longer have to worry about the crack spreading when the temps drop.Thank you Jerrod!UPDATE***I was talking to my parents today about rock chips in their new Jeep Wagoneer, and remembered my last call to Jerrod with Tru-Vue. I gave him a call and within 30 minutes he met us at the house! He took care of them and even fixed a spot on the old BMW I m restoring. He s a gentleman and does wonders.

Jarrod was very professional and easy to work with. He answered the call right away and had great follow up. He was able to give an estimate of the repair after an exchange of text messages and sending him photos of my windshield rock chip. He was extremely accommodating to my busy work schedule and even came to my house for the repair on a Saturday morning.He quickly went to work and filled in the chip. He took his time and made sure that the repair was as perfect as can be. The result was excellent and it s barely noticeable. Now I don t have to worry about the chip turning into a big crack and having to replace the whole windshield.I highly recommend his services, and will refer my family and friends.Service: Auto windshield repair

So we were driving to Joplin and a rock flew and hit our shield. It chipped our shield so I called around and this was really the only company that was open in the middle of the day. After I called, we went to get it fixed. It only took about 15 minutes. Jerrod was very professional and helpful. You can t even see where the chip was now.

Mr. Jared Tru-Vue did an excellent job and was very prompt and courteous. I highly recommend this local windshield repair service. Before picture of chip is provided, but after picture can't show the tiny blemish that remains after the repair, even though you can see it with your naked eye if you look closely. He did a great job.

Jerrod was very timely and professional. My damage occurred around 3pm today and he had it repaired at 6pm. My husband called to make arrangements for repair, planning to take the vehicle in the next day, and instead Jerrod came to me at my place of work and completed the repair same-day! I would definitely recommend! He got me in and out in a very timely manner. Such a friendly and polite couple to have around. He answered all of my questions and did an amazing job on repairing the chip on my window. The cost of the repair was a lot cheaper than most places that quoted me!

I have a subaru, which are well known for terrible windshields. I have had my chips filled multiple times and he has done a phenomenal job. He is thorough and cares about what he does.All the work he has done has stayed true and not spread later down the road with season changes.He is the first person I call and will be the only person I call when I need my windshield taken care of.

Tru-vue answered my call at 5:28 and they close at 5:30. I was able to get scheduled the next day! Very professional, and quick, all while being able to stay in my car and get my grocery list together while he worked. Five star service and would definitely recommend! Thank you

Jerrod is a true professional! He does great quality work, and is so friendly and fast. I was thrilled that I didn't even have to go any where to get my chip fixed because he came to my house to fix it!! I know Jerrod saved me A LOT of money by fixing my chip before it got out of control, and I had to replace the entire window. I would recommend Tru-Vue to anyone!

I would definitely recommend this business! He gave us the lowest quoted price we could find after checking several places. We had two vehicles in need of windshield repairs (total of 2 cracks and 2 chips). A while back, another place had tried to repair one of the chips and caused a crack and said they couldn't repair it (wanted us to replace the whole windshield), but Tru-Vue was able to fix it for us. The repair guy from Tru-Vue was very helpful by giving us a quote based on pics of the damage I texted to him and even came to our home in Neosho from Joplin for a $20 travel fee, which was totally worth it as our schedules are hectic and we have 2 small kids so it was convenient to not have to load them in their carseats and find something to keep them busy during the repairs. The repair guy was punctual and it only took about 90 mins for all 4 repairs. He was very professional and we highly recommend him!Service: Auto windshield repair

He showed up on time and immediately fixed the ding in my windshield. It was fast and easy. Appreciated the work. I found out about Jerrod on Instagram. I texted him a pic of my windshield where the rock had hit it, he texted me back quickly an estimate, was quick to get a time that worked for me, also adjusted when I had to reschedule due to work. He came to my house and fixed it in the driveway. I don t even notice the spot! Really well done, well worth the money and it was very affordable! Highly recommend!Service: Auto windshield repair
