Seriously blown away by how helpful all of the staff were here. They turned a not so great situation. Into an amazing one. Thank you all for fixing my car and the kindness all of your service department showed me and my son. Tj and Brett were amazing. I hope they get paid the big bucks because they just retained a life long Toyota customer-

I recieved top service from the parts department. I love my Toyota and won't ever drive anything else !!! My only suggestion is that they have a better inventory of "Toyota t-shirts" !

I went to Toyota of Joplin Missouri yesterday with a coupons for alignment, oil change, and 31 points check up. I had called previously to make the appointment, for all the services, and was told that I could use more than one, and while I was bn checked in, I told the lady I had called previously, to set up my appointment, and they told me, I could use more than one coupon. The check-in lady told me no I can't use more than one. I explained to her, that the appointment set up person, told me yes I can use more than one, she went on to explain her decision, rather than looking for the person who set up my appointment I told her I was disabled, and no still to avail. I told her I only get $1,000 a month, she still neglected me, by not looking into it. They took my car back to service, the oil, tire rotation and alignment.and it said, customer wants alignment on the invoice, but the alignment did not get done. I called Toyota back today, because I noticed the alignment, was not completed on the invoice, and no charges were noted for the alignment I didn't get the alignment either, then another lie by Toyota: I made an appointment yesterday, for today with Jackson Tire here in Carthage Missouri, where I live, to get brakes replaced and rotors turned, since Toyota wanted close to 900$. I had my car serviced yesterday at Toyota, and they told me after looking at my brakes, that the rotors and brakes were bad, had to be done.Today I went to my appointment at Jackson Tire for the brakes, and rotors, and Jackson Tire told me they were going to have a look first, because Toyota trys to sell parts not needed sometimes, and guess what Jackson told me? They said ,"I'm not sure why, Toyota said you needed them, but you do not need them".A very disappointing experience. Bot sure I will go back. In closing a couple years ago Toyota told me I had an oil leak from a bad gasket and it needed replaced and it was quoted at $1,900. I couldn't see anywhere where the oil was pooling in my parking spot so I went to have my car serviced in Joplin Toyota and told them I was told I had an oil leak because the gasket was bad could they please check that out. They checked it out said they could not find that leak under my car. That is one time Joplin Toyota treated me right. A few years ago I had a bait-and-switch on the buy 3 get 1 free deal on tires and they put the tires on and everything and then told me that I didn't qualify for the buy 3 get 1 free first son technicality that was done by them because they were the ones that guided me on how to get the buy 3 get 1 free. That was in Springfield Missouri. I thanks three is the magic number I will be contacting headquarters. Just pay attention and you should probably record your phone call if you're asking for a deal and they give it to you. The deal disappeared after they set it up for me when I have the service completed. Very disappointed, preying on people, and disabled people that have a very tiny budget.Service: Oil change

12/28/21We decided to get grand daughter a tire here. Price seemed okay. One hour and 45 minutes after our appointment time, service writer comes out and says the tire pressure sensor or monitor was bad, 90 for the and 90 to program, and it would take another hour to program. I went in garage to talk to mechanic. He explained and he tried to offer a discount. The service writer said instead she would give us a protocol deal. WOW , she knocked 30 dollars off of a 140 dollar tire. So, instead of 356, I owe 326.If I had chose Discount Tire, like I will next time, I could have chose a tire from 99 dollars to 200 dollars, tpm for 60, free program and install, because afterall, they would have tire off already.I have bought 2 vehicles and always had service on them at Fletcher. I am rethinking this. Maybe I will drive an hour to avoid being taken.

Roger tales amazing care of his clients. My 87 year old grandmother was taken care of getting into a rental while waiting in new car delivery out 2 weeks.

The people were so helpful and they worked with and the apmapher was awesome and clean and everyone was just so nice to us I would definitely send someone to then if they were looking for a good vehicle.

Needed service done to my track having trouble some finances they went out of their way to find me some discount coupons so that I can keep my truck going the way it's supposed to I can't ask for more than that go Fletcher toyoda
