Team, thank you for your 24 hour maintenance assistance last night and this morning (14-15DEC). I ll always be grateful for your Constant professionalism! I came in with a Nox issue and was gone before my 10 hour reset was up. Steadfast Grade A service!!!

This is an awesome truck part and repair shop. The staff are all awesome people. Special shout outs to Glen, Terry and Amber for their service. The gentlemen in the parts department were very helpful as well. I ll definitely go back if I need a part for my truck and you should too!

I have the majority of my work done at TLG Joplin. They go above and beyond to get my truck fixed and get me back on the road! A big thank you to Sherry, Mark, and Josh, and all the great techs they have working there! All around great people from service to parts and everyone in between!

I couldn t be happier with the service. They worked with my schedule, and kept their word when making two appointments. They completed the work ahead of time, and that allowed us to keep the delivery times.The parts department had the parts in stock, the personnel answered questions, and had great attitudes.

I hope I could have given them less than 1 star. Stay away unless you are ready to spend big money for nothing. This place is a joke. Just to take a look on my trailer outside of the shop and telling me they don t have a parts I was charged $344.65. I can t even imagine how much it would cost to do any repairs.

Having purchased 5 trucks and referred others to this dealership since 2004 I would say Joplin Peterbilt certainly goes over and beyond to treat each customer as one of their own. From Ted Meador in sales to the mechanics shop ran by Dusty Ford and Jay Massey back to the body shop ran by Glin Woods id say you d be hard pressed to find a better bunch of people to work on or sell you a truck. And of course the GM Roger Bartlet is always there to help with any questions or concerns. The Larson Group as a whole was started as a owner operator store and still even growing to 26 plus stores I would say still holds that value in mind.So yes I certainly appreciate and recommend not only the Joplin store but The Larson Group as a whole.Rick and Lisa WeddleKool RideUnion Missouri

I m usually one who dreads going to a dealership for service, especially a Peterbilt dealer. But TLG Joplin is hands down one of the best in the country. Every time I ve been, I ve always been treated well and things have gone smoothly. I cannot recommend them enough. From the shop to the parts room to the front end service, everything works well here and it shows.

The service department is one of the best or the best in the country. They are very good at what they do. The second shift crew are amazing. They are amazing all the way from the receptionist to the service manager and the parts counter. I will divert our Peterbilt locations just to come here. Thank you all for your service and help

Joplin Peterbilt keeping me on the road again! Called two other Peterbilt dealers and they told me it would be days before I could get my rig in. TLG got me in and out within a couple hours. Great service and employees!

The people were very nice except one of the girls behind the counter kept rolling her eyes at people. I put two things on the work order and they only fixed one thing and didn t even bother to look at the other problem. They had poor communication and were very inattentive. When it was time for me to leave, they decided to have their safety meeting before they would open the door for me to back out. When I came in at 11 o clock in the morning to check on the truck all they would tell me is, We are working on it. Very poor customer service skills here. The only reason I gave them two stars is because the mechanics were nice to me.

From Sharon, the receptionist, to ray and tailor the mechanics, amyee the service writer and all the people in parts. They were helpful friendly and quick to get things doneNot only that but they were fun to be around. What a great shop this was. If we were going to break, I am glad it was near here.

Had to order my part from Saint Louis,MO. and they sent the wrong part also it took 3 1/2 days but these people found the right part and put me right in and had me up and running within a couple of hours.. Hell of a job and great polite people.. Keep up the good work. I wish all dealers were like this. That would make life a little easier.. Thanks again...

We got towed in around 9 they were so great! Have a place to relax with the, chairs and even a little desk that I was able do some much needed work. So our truck being broke was unproductive in big way but in another very productive. Having to stay to the next day they helped us get around. We really appreciate them.great people.

Bought a used truck from here a couple weeks ago, let s just say u should either get it double checked first or take a legit mechanic with u before buying .Don t be hard headed!!

I recently had a Turbo and actuator that needed replaced. They gave me a quote and a time I could bring the truck in. They did the work exactly like they said they would in a very timely manner and even just under the quoted price. Very satisfied with the job and the professional staff and service I was given. They went above and beyond what other shops do. I never felt once like I was being taken advantage of. Very friendly and courteous staff. I would have no problem taking my truck back there again. Called and made an appointment for 6:30 pm. Showed up and checked in at about 3:30 pm, then sat here for 3 hours just to be told it was going to be another hour to an hour n a half. Poor service.

If it wasn't for the fact that most Peter ship dealers and parts people leave a bad taste in my mouth I would have probably give this five stars. The counterintendent and parts very knowledgeable new exactly what he was doing focused on my problem and even though he didn't have the parts that I needed or not all of them he helped me come up with something out of other parts that I could make what I needed. I was very satisfied with thiss transaction

Been coming here for years. Never had a problem. Reasonable rates typically competitive with the other local dealers. Friendly employees very informative on what the issue is and pretty dang close on the estimated price. Which sometimes things happen and it might need another part. Great at explaining the snag and right back at fixing it.... I will come here for many many more years to come.

Super nice people in the service department. Got my husbands truck fixed very fast considering just 3 weeks before at a different location it took almost a full week at a different location to "fix " But they didn't but thankfully Joplin's location did . Highly recommend this location

Wonderful place. I got very lucky to get in. My truck was showing all kind of derate codes. Even to the point it had gone into limp mode. They got me in,pulled the codes got me fixed in a couple of hours. Thanks guys

Arrived at 6 pm. Said they didn t have part, but would ship it from Springfield. Said it d be there at 10am the next day. Didn t show up until 1pm. Got me in right away, when it did arrive, which was false hope. At 725pm, the supervisor came up to the drivers room to talk to another driver. I took the opportunity to ask about mine. His response, oh yours been done for awhile now. But you ll have to wait after lunch before you can get it. Walked downstairs and the girl at the desk was shocked I was still here. HELLO! No one said anything! You want drivers out of your way, I understand that. But when the truck is done, and you know the driver I waiting. TELL HIM WHEN ITS DONE!Other drivers were sitting here said they d been treated like mushrooms too.

Coolant tank and level sensor went bad at shipper, Tlg came out and replaced it right on the spot, price was fair and service excellent. Really appreciate their service. I will be a Tlg customer for life.
