WOW!!! Never, in a million years, would I have thought a car buying experience would actually be enjoyable. Everyone was genuinely friendly and personable. Shawn Werberger was our salesman and we couldn't have asked for better. No sly tactics or runaround. Upfront and honest about everything. Even worked for us after driving off the lot. Thank you Skyway for the excellent pickup truck and the great experience. You have earned our business for many years to come!

Chris Harrison was amazing to work with today. He went out of his way to help us and never hard sold us or made us feel pressured, which I completely appreciated. Jeremy in finance was great as well. Most of the time the finance office is the dreaded part of getting a new car. But Jeremy made it easy and enjoyable. We will recommend Skyway to everyone we know!

Would I return? YesFor a dealership, the salesman and dealership listened to what we wanted and helped us get the vehicle we absolutely wanted, and they did not try nudge us to a different vehicle with more or less than what we were searching for! Great car dealership experience!

Worked with Tony, he made sure our buying experience was top notch. I requested things to work out in a way that was financially right for our family. He made sure that every part of that was met. When working with Brandon, he was honest and up front with us. No hassle, no pressure to buy more. He explained everything that was included with each option and helped determine which best fit our needs.

Was disappointed. Just got there when a salesman came up to us and said we can t afford anything on their lot. We left and never will come back.We then went to Nissan a bought a Sentra no problem.

I am very disappointed in the customer service. We were unable to get a salesman to greet us while we stood in the rain looking at vehicles.We then went to Roper and bought a car that same day. Roper provided a warm, immediate welcome, even brought out umbrellas. It was the friendliest service I have ever seen in Joplin.

My wife and I were out of town and the brake assist light on our 2014 GMC Sierra came on. The brake pedal became so hard at times that I had to almost stand on the pedal to stop the truck. Friday morning I called the dealer and talked to Logan and explained my situation and he told me to bring it on in. Within 1 1/2 hours we were back on the road with a new vacuum pump. Logan was very professional and offered to take my wife and I anywhere we needed to go while our vehicle was being worked on. The staff was friendly and made us feel at home. Derrick was the mechanic that worked on our truck and did a great job. Thanks Logan, Derrick and the rest of the staff for getting us back on the road quick and safe.

Great Experience with James Green! Friendly, honest, & haggle free. The car we were interested in had a slight vibration. They took it to service & balanced the tires. Kept us up to date on everything. Service test drove the car to make sure the vibration was gone & James took it for another test drive himself to make sure everything was perfect. We had been shopping for a car for 6 months & this was by far the best experience with a dealership we had dealt with. The process was quick & friendly!

My Buick Encore overheated today. Added some coolant after letting it cool down, then headed straight to Skyway. They got me right in with no delay. It took awhile to make the repairs, but they gave excellent and quick service. It was under warranty and that made it very inexpensive for me. Thank you Lance and Dan and whoever else waited on me and serviced my car!!

Would not recommend this company Logan assured us they would have a lonar car the day after we dropped off our car for repairs and that the car would be done with in a few days 2 weeks later still no lonar car and still waiting on parts.

The salesman and finance manager both lied and were not up front on monthly payments or my interest rate. I asked several times about what interest I was approved for and wasn t told until I asked before signing the last document to purchase the vehicle.I felt pressured into financing with the dealership and decided to go through my own bank. When I told them what I was offered from my bank, he told me he could get within a tenth of my rate. The dealership was trying to take advantage of me and I should not have bought the vehicle.

I have probably never felt more cared for and taken care of at a dealership than I have at Skyway. We purchased a used vehicle (no warranty) earlier this week and went back today to pick it up. We drove it off the lot and within 10 minutes had warning lights all over the dashboard. We called and they willingly said, Bring it back! We will look at it. They spent almost all day working on the car and then, when they realized we were running out of time in our schedule, sent us home with a rental car and the promise to deliver our car to us when all the repairs are done. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Everyone was so nice and helpful. They care for customers in a beautiful way. Well done, Skyway!!

Wouldn't buy anything from these guys, they are complete criminals. Took a newer used car we bought from them a month earlier when it started acting up. They checked it, ha ha. Said it only needed catalytic converter. Took it to a real repair shop, found out it needed $9000 worth of repairs. Fuel pumps leaking into the oil, rear main seal bad, etc... They can not be trusted.

New car sales department is great. However,Extremely disorganized service department. It s like pulling teeth to get a hold of them. They don t return messages so you basically have to physically go there to get anything accomplished.
