I brought my truck in to address two issues the air conditioner that they had previously fixed in the fall now spring was not working of course I did not use it through the winter. Of course I understood it could have been a new issue. Other issue was having enough power to climb hills speed and power would decrease. Common sense told me it was some kind of a fuel related issue. The first time I picked it up around $1300 and as I drove away on a Friday I realized neither one of the issues had been fixed returned it to next Monday or so it stay there for another week or so another $1400 and two trips returning it they have finally finished fixing the air conditioner. Heater core was allowing water to flow in wow the air conditioner was on so basically I had heat and cooling at the same time if this would ve been checked at the vent with a thermostat Mechanic would have known he had not completed the job. After two or three more trips of them telling they had it fixed or they had no clue what the problem was and I had to spend $800 on a wrecker and hours driving home at 35 miles an hour TopSpeed they finally fixed it another $3000 so basically $6000 and over a month of grief and a wrecker fee good job guys!!If I ran my business this way I would be out of business sorry to have to report such poor expensive service Think twice and have deep pocketsServices: Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning

Purchased a 2015 international lone star from Kevin at Springfield location. Amazing experience all around! They stood behind their product and made the first purchase for me an excellent experience! I just recently purchased a used truck here. The sales experience was great. I feel like I make a better choice purchasing a truck here rather than the competition. After I purchased the truck I had issues with it. Joe and Dustin took care of me and my issue. Thanks so much guys. I will recommend sending others their way. I'm pleased.

Ely in the service department was very friendly and professional. The crew at Summit replaced a leaking air bag while I was under a load of 79,920 lbs. John the technician replaced my air bag and got me back on the road and this was impressive to me because it was Friday night at 7:00 pm. Thank you to the entire crew at Summit International. It s obvious to me that they understand the drivers needs!

I own a 2021 Nexus Ghost rv, which is built on a 2020 International MV chassis. Long story short I got the dreaded def system issue and my ghost was getting ready to shut down. I took it in to the Joplin shop which was clean and welcoming. I was told that unfortunately the part that I needed was 3 to 5 weeks out. The young women (the service writer) sorry I don t have her name was very straightforward about this being a nation wide issue. She understood my concern for leaving my rv there for that long and she offered to keep indoors in their wet bay. I felt confident that our rv would be well taken care of. Our rig got repaired under warranty much much faster than planned and we were able to keep our upcoming trips as planned. I am so thankful for the help and extreme efforts by all at Joplin Summit Truck for making us feel welcome and for performing the miracle to get us back on the road. Thank you all so much

$3,000 of new parts... Same check Def light.. Still had to take my truck somewhere else to get it fixed properly for $1200.. feel like I got robbed $3000 is gone from my account and I have nothing to show for it.. don't be fooled they are the nicest most pleasant thieves in Joplin..

Lowell Arkansas shop is nothing but a ripoff,simple electrical repair $200 in shop supplies alone, Didn't even use any. Will never go back and will not recommend to anybody. Less than one star.

I waited 6 months to write my review... I wanted to be fair and make sure everything was handled honestly and fairly by me. I regret to say it was not. I have had multiple issues with my truck. Some issues I expected because it's a used truck. Some issues was unexpected but I got through it. The one thing that I can not and will not accept is lies. I found it very odd that my credit score took a nose dive of below 600 when it was 700 plus. This dealer acted like my credit was only ran once when in fact they ran it several times. Then I was told that it's okay because in 6 months it would sky rocket because I was approved through Maxim. Today 6 months in still no good credit reports from my on time payments every month. Regardless of truck issues and business issues my payments still are all there.Per Maxim, They don't report good credit. You won't even be allowed to pay on the principal of your balance. You will pay all of the interest. They are friendly but wouldn't you be nice to a person thats pretty much pays nearly double before they can have ownership? Smhh. The only reason I'm giving one star is because they will explain everything nicely. In the end you will be dealing with a predatory lender. I really hoped things would be better. After I pay off this truck I'll have to find another company with better morals.

Hi guys please don t ever buy a truck from here they r scammers I bought a truck 2 months ago for. 91,000 dollars from a sales man name buddy sims the trucks odometer had 405,150 on there and the truck was costing me a lot of problems so I went to Frieghtliner and got it check they told me the truck has 605,150 miles on it so the difference of 200,000 miles so I called the sales man buddy sims I told him what the problem was n he told me to pissoff n do whatever I can .God won t let u guys get away with this

First time in a long time satisfied with work performed mike in service and John mechanic explained and repaired my truck. Have been driving my truck for a year with all kinds of warning lights due to the cost of repairs. Sometimes I feel like all my profit goes to international brad in parts is always helpful and tries to get u good prices. Parts thru service department sometimes not discounted enough. Always ask for quotes before repair. Also leave them a list of repairs u want done in order of importance to you. Sometimes u can t afford all of them. Will take truck back again for any further repairs knowing service is better. Not sure who Chad with a y is. But promised service I would leave a honest review. If your truck needs repaired bring it here and ask for Casey. He has the knowledge, experience, and work ethic to fix your truck right and keep your wheels turning, if your wheels aren't turning you're not making money. Whatever they pay him isn't enough for what he does

Just got this truck.The deal of my life, (Cash)Not 2 hours away my DPF light came on. No where to go no one to turn to. All we had was our cellphone. We googled called around and finally came upon Summit trucking here in Juplin, Mo. Quick response on the phone, came in super fast service they hopped right on the job. Made the diagnostic and gave us a reasonable price. The tow company MM Trucking that Summit refereed was also of great assistance with a good wait time and speedy hookup and drop off at Summits location. If I lived the area I wouldn t need no other mechanic just Summits. Thank you for your service all the way from Louisiana. JJTrucking.

Service Dept is first rate!!!!!!! Dustin took excellent care of us and went out of his way to get us back on the road before they closed for the night.I purchased my truck from Summit over a year ago and had not had any problems until a few weeks ago. I tried getting the A/C fixed at two other International shops and neither of them fixed the problem. I happened to be close to Joplin when it broke a third time, so I made a few calls and they squeezed me in and actually diagnosed the problem with common sense not just the ECM codes and fixed the issue. Their efforts gained them a loyal customerHats off to Chris, Matthew and Dustin and anyone else who made this a positive experience. I've been driving since '78 so when i say this is one of the most efficient shops on the road you can believe it.. I deadheaded 160mi just to come here yesterday..they did not disappoint.. Most big buisness loose their personal touches due to the volume of buisness they deal with.. Not this place. Their people went above and beyond again.. Thanks to all of you here !

I got here and they were very polite to me. Said would try to fix it and get me out. That is what they did. They diagnosed the problem and replaced the part. The place is awesome

Shop in Lowell Ar. Definitely a rip off. Told me they checked EVERYTHING and my truck was shaking due to my tires being out of balance. Took it elsewhere and they found my left bushing blown, right bushing leaking front end out of alignment amongst other problems. Gonna be down for nearly a week for actual repairs...

I got a truck from this truck group and am very disappointed they first thing that happen was that even before I took the truck I went for a test drive and the check engine light came on so they took it to freightliner and supposedly the problem was fix but went I was on my way home with the truck the check engine light came on again and thats not all they told me the truck had factory warranted and that was not the case I being with the truck for 2 months and I have spend more them 7000 dollars on the truck and is still giving me problems they dont answer my calls they dont tell me nothing dont ever go there they are a scammers

Spoke to un-knowledgeable parts employee that promised me a call back from another employee who would be more knowledgeable in the subject. She never called back and neither did anyone else.
