My motor was recalled on my car and I regret taking it there because not only did they crash my car into something / and or broke my bumper when they were fixing it Friday , but also their mechanical supervisor Bryan was very rude to my fianc� when confronted about it and was talking bad about my car dealership even though we have proof and pics of the car before and after . So unless, you re willing to repair even more in cost I would not take your car here and if you do I would definitely take before and after pictures because Kia doesn t want to own up to their mistakes. Thankfully we had sent the photos to our insurance and had time stamps on it and location from before they worked on the car or they would be getting away with it too .Update : they also refused to show us the cameras because they said they weren t obligated too , and won t own up to damaging my vehicle . They also just want to argue about it but they had my car for three weeks and I have before and after photos and proof of it being damaged on their lot .Overall damage is $600 worth and I would save the gas money to travel to a different Kia dealership .

Alex was our salesman and was absolutely amazing! We had hit a deer with our old car and we were definitely in a bind as we had to return the rental in just a couple days. Told him from beginning did not want our credit ran from several banks and he listened! Got us what we wanted and was very happy with all he did. We love our Forte!

We were treated with the upmost respect and care! Levi even unloaded my husband's wheelchair when we arrived. We are surprised and very pleased we were able to get a much nicer car than we thought we could. And they were very generous with the amount they gave us for our trade in. Even better was the great treatment by the finance gentleman whose name escapes me! Now we feel safe and certain we will never end up stranded. I will recommend Roper Kia to anyone asking where to get a great vehicle and great treatment. We are very thankful indeed for everyone there.

I had a unique financial situation and was limited on who would finance my car. Roper Kia and Michael "The Jarmanator" Jarman were able to get the job done. I drove away in the exact vehicle and color I wanted. They were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about what I needed with financing and how to get it. I was thrilled at the helpfulness of Kelsey putting me in contact with the best people to help me. Overall it was the friendliest, most helpful, and least pressure filled dealership I've ever been too. I would highly recommend them for your next vehicle purchase whether it's new or used.

Nathaniel Kaufmann was my salesman and he was very responsive, helpful, and respectful. He got us all the information we needed without asking questions, and gave us plenty of time to discuss the purchase by ourselves. He even stayed after hours to make sure everything went good with purchase. Very goodand respectful salesman.

**Response Back** First off, I have NO idea who Abby is and there was no lenders involved in our experience, just lies. There was nothing to know! Credit scores jobs etc were already told to multiple ladies over the phone who assured us multiple times everything was fine! The ' face to face' was literally setting down and within 2 minutes being told they can't help us with our current situation, so don't pull the face to face car dealer tactic on me, it's only more lies...we were there in person less than 5 minutes no exaggeration.* End Response to dealer* We have been looking for a perfect car for us for about a year and have been to many dealerships trying to find what we want, we did find what we wanted and I called and spoke with many of the ladies at length about our situation and even wanted to cancel our appt. because we knew we probably needed to wait a few months to be in a better financial situation etc.When called to do so the lady again assured me something could be worked out and their sales team work with everyone etc.We took the hour plus drive to show up and be told immediately that there's nothing they can do for us ( I do appreciate the sales man who was honest) but it was a waste of a day off and alot of time being assured over the phone and lied to only to be told what we knew. I won't be returning again and our business will be be taken somewhere that can be trusted, I now can't believe anything I'm told about this place and I recommend not listening to anything your told over the phone

These kia sorentos are a joke. Whoever designed the oil filter housing needs jailed (to keep it pg13). The filter housing is plastic. PLASTIC! So you go to swap the filter and guess what breaks as you slap a 27mm socket on it.. yep. After buying oil and a filter now ya gotta go search the internet for the cap that now leaks. Cheapest one I can find is $55 (shipped by autozone. Everywhere else is over $100). Also don't bother trying to call this place an hour before they close. Nobody wants to answer the phone... The ones that aren't working are probably standing around outside waiting for the next idiot to buy cheap junk.

Ask for GRANT!!! He was amazing with my service today, he got me into a brand new car with a GREAT DEAL as well! He also got me an amazing warranty to go along with that! He was very, very helpful, personable, and quick to listen to exactly what I wanted!!! I am so so happy with my purchase today!

***Addendum-Do you evet notice how companies always claim they can't find people in their data based when they don't like your review??? It's a lie. They know they have an employee named Donna. Call there and you'll see. She's a moron. Tre did call and try and speak to rude Donna and she refused to do the right thing!! That's your fault you didn't file the lien in the right state to begin with. He lives in Oklahoma. LmaoDo not buy from here. My son in law bought a car here, he told the salesman over and over that he tags his vehicles in the state of Oklahoma where his address is and where he lives. Instead they put my address in Missouri (where he doesn't live). He called multiple times and spoke to Donna who was completely rude and wouldn't address the situation. In case you didn't comprehend Donna, he's not tagging the vehicle in Missouri you moron!! Therefore, you should have fixed his paper work properly and correctly so he could tag it in Oklahoma where he resides. This people are all kinds of screwed up. Don't buy here, they'll screw up your paperwork.

Wasn't sure about buying a car knew we needed a new one vs our older cars we kept put in the shop after 6 months since we park 2 our favorite shows cars during the summer then we park them for the winter. Then a good sells man talked us into it alot.

I reached out over a week ago. Had a scheduled appointment but was sick so was told they would have a salesperson reach out. The rest of that day I got nothing back other than a couple of pictures. Next day texted back and got a call from a salesperson Jeffrey Wood and was asked to do a credit app which I did. No followup that day. Next day I reached out again and was told the manager was looking at it. Nothing for the rest of the day, then by Saturday I decided to call and ask for someone to give me an update. A lady came on the phone and basically told me that I am not a priority that since I am not at the dealership I have to wait until they can get to me. The last I heard from the salesperson was 10/28 and still nothing and now a hit on my credit. I had bought a car here previously and really expected a different experience. To be told we sell between 25-30 cars a day and I am not important because I live an hour away and not as important will definitely keep me from referring any other friends or family to your dealership.

My husband and I bought a used car there 6/23. Before the first oil change it was leaking oil really bad. (Had to put at least a quart in it a day). We took it in oil change was done, was told the timing cover was leaking but they can't fix it. We parked it. The next week we took it to a shop. That's the only place the car went after the oil change. Shop found metal shavings in the oil, obviously Kia missed it. Also came up with a list of things that need to be replaced. I'm heart broken. I loved that car. It's a $3600 bill. I don't have that laying around. The "power train warranty" that kia has will only cover $900. Says the rest of it isn't power train (but it is!). Kia will not return our calls if they answer their phone at all. So we have a car payment on a car we haven't driven in two months because we can't. So much for their wonderful inspections on used cars.

Kelsey Lawler is an incredible person who tried to find me what I was looking for. I found a good deal closer to home but I wish I could have used her for the sale. Please give her a chance. She will do everything she can to get you what you need! 10 stars to Kelsey.!

My husband and I were finally able to purchase a brand new vehicle and we decided to go here. We are very greatful we were able to get one. But we recently found out just how much they are screwing us over on the price of this vehicle and it is sickening especially being a military family!!! I honestly don't know how they sleep good at night knowing how bad they take advantage of people here. I strongly reccommend going somewhere else due to that alone. If it wasn't for our military they wouldn't have the freedom they have anyway!

Mike is awesome! I got a Kia K5 and he made the process easy even with not so great credit. He's checked in multiple times after the purchase to make sure everything is still good. I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a new car!

Terrible service department. Won t work with you at and they won t honor any recalls or warranties absolute shame. You have to take your car to Springfield or Tulsa to get a recall worked on because this place doesn t see anything wrong or don t have the time to look at it they rush you off the phone and out the door and then let your car sit there for weeks. Don t recommend buying a car from them because the service department won t help you if anything goes wrong.

Staff seems friendly! Bought from Phil, or Dr. Phil last Tuesday. He was awesome. Bought a 2021 Honda HRV EX that was promoted to me as mechanically sound and perfect! After driving the vehicle home that night, check engine light came on, for an EPB system failure as well as emissions leak. It was after hours so I called first thing the next morning to get it figured out. Long story short they told me my warranty that we just bought wouldn t cover it. And that They won t pay for it. When they knew the issue was present in that vehicle before selling it. I shouldn t have to pay for something that they neglected to fix before selling. As a fellow person in the automotive sales industry I will never recommend Roper kia or anyone else involved with Roper. I was told they can not pay for the repair because we do not have a company card or charge account which I know first hand and foremost that is not true.My car is now sitting at Pinegar Honda in Springfield where I ve been dealing with Eric. He is awesome and he is also pleading with Roper to try and get this covered, because I should not be liable for fixing a repair that they neglected and knew about!

I am a first time car buyer and not the easiest customer to deal with. These guys are seriously the best. I had lots of questions and they made me feel comfortable with my purchase. D Angelo and Jeremy were so pleasant and easy to work with. I had a budget and was able to take a car home same day! Great car prices I highly recommend!

I always get great customer service when I walk in. Dr. Phil was my salesman and he is so awesome and makes buying a car fun. This is my first car buying experience and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The manager Clint is also so friendly and quick to take care of any concerns I had. Thank you Roper KIA for helping me get a car I love. My KIA Forte is amazing, I love driving it.

Never buy a KIA!!!!!Lemons!!! I have a 2018 Kia Soul with 50,xxx milesWith a blowed motor! It has had all oil changes and been well maintained and the motor blew up at 50,xxx Kia refuses to replace it even thou they claim when you buy it they are motors for life.Wouldn t recommend a Kia to my worst enemy!

We had the most amazing experience with Roper Kia. Talking to Tabby on the phone was like talking to your best friend! She had nearly everything worked out for me before we got there! Then we met Jason #3rddeskfromtheleft he was so helpful and honest. He knew the vehicles and the features well. This was like hanging with an old friend!
