Got a reasonable price on a car that I wanted, but negotiated additional parts to be installed as part of the deal. They outsourced the service without disclosing it to me, and ordered cheaper after-market parts instead of what had been agreed upon. Other than a generic line in the bill of sale, no other documentation or confirmation was made so they would not have any legal recourse for their actions.After detailing the issue and posting reviews, Roper had the parts removed and provided a refund to me for the amount paid as well as an amount originally suggested during the negotiations of the purchase.Unfortunately, through this process, I am now missing hardware from my vehicle that should have been put back into place.

Purchased a vehicle from TJ Webb. It was a smooth transaction from start to finish. TJ is knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions and find a vehicle that fit my needs. He also accommodated my tight schedule for the paperwork, etc. It was a painless experience. I would recommend using this dealership and this salesman.

I spoke with Linn in the parts department regarding my 2011 Civic Si. I have a crack in my fuel tank where the vent hose is molded to the main tank. I have ordered multiple tanks with the same part number from salvage yards, but none are fitting my application. Linn stayed on the phone with me for over 20 minutes digging into the details, and trying to find a resolution. If you're needing some assistance, I would highly recommend Roper's parts department. Linn is great!

Time and time again we are severely disappointed with the service department. I went in for an oil change and had to drop my car off since I could not stay. Tech at the door was very rude, huffy, and puffy and said how it would not be more than 15 minutes and I can wait. This is after he got off the phone with a customer and called her crazy, while I was standing there. Took in another car for an oil change, they were revving the engine, unnecessarily, and driving it recklessly around the lot. No apologies when we asked them to stop. Found water in our change holder when we picked up our car. We decided to take our business elsewhere under the warranty's rule of calling in and getting a list of certified mechanics. Now the cars transmission failed, we called the warranty department, had it towed to Roper, mechanic called and said to turn in receipts and records, we did, he said he would have it fixed, and ordered the parts. Now it is almost a MONTH later, no calls, but we called and they are not fixing it and voided our warranty. Went ahead and checked on our other car's warranty and there is no record of it. Take your business elsewhere. They will not apologize. Do not trust these "certified" mechanics, they will not respect you or your property.

Fast to approach customers. Very friendly and transparent car dealership. Mike assisted us on buying our car. He is super nice and would assist you in every possible way even after purchasing your vehicle. I would rate him 100/10!!! We had the best experience because of him!

The experience of buying the car was just horrendous, send you through loop after loop tell you one APY and it's actually considerably higher than what was promised. Just scummy like you would expect from a dealership. Inspection is expired a couple days after you buy the car. Nightmare material.

Roper Honda gave us the best car buying experience we have ever had. They called us back and were available when we had questions. The delivery of our car was great and Brad stayed late on a Saturday to be sure we knew everything about the car before we left. We appreciated all the people who made sure that we got all the extras completed on the car before we left that same day. We would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I am struggling just to give them(service department) 1 star.2 weeks ago, I went to get an oil change at Roper. I have been dealing with them for 20 years plus. I have had issues with them over the years, but this last incident was enough that I would never go back. The oil change turned into a $500 repair done through another shop. When I took the car in there were no issues. I did notice, in the waiting room, there were a lot of people that were being told they also had different problems with their cars that they were clueless about. It's a money grab.

We had a great experience with Roper Honda. Kathy was by far the nicest, most honest sale person we've ever worked with. I would recommend her to anyone. We are very pleased with our Civic!

Called in for touchup paint for my 2022 HRV. Told the parts guy I had my VIN and he just spoke over me asking if I had been there for service. I said no and I said I had my VIN...he then took a deep breath as if entering 17 characters in his computer was a tremendous effort. I then read him the VIN military style for each letter and was very clear. He them came back and said that is not a good vin. I said impossible and read it again. He said he missed the first character, which was 3.Once he found the paint code, I then asked how do I order it. Can I pay you now, or do you just order with such a low cost. He said, I have it in stock. I said great...I need you to put it on your will call shelf for pickup first thing in the morning. He then said he would not do that and that is because of inventory being done tonight. I said just have them count the will call shelf like all other part house inventories are performed. He said no I will take your name and put it on it but will not put it on the will call or hold shelf. I said I am 1.5hrs away and I would have my GF come pickup and I will not send her unless she is absolutely going to have the paint ready when she arrives. He said they would have to look it up again when she picked up. I said this is ridiculous, and asked for the managers name. He responded Daren. I said, I will call your manager Daren in the morning and ensure my paint is ready.... Thank you!Now after I have thought about the terrible service from the second that man answered the call, I will not be buying the paint here, or any other parts or services ever again! Roper Honda had terrible service last time I came in in person and now this with parts over the phone... Repeat action with the same business while all things equal and expecting a different reaction is insanity. I am done!

I guess you have to dress the part to get quality customer service here. I walked in ready to buy a car today and felt oddly out of place. There were 5 sales associates standing right in front of me as I walked and all made visual contact but none approached me until I walked up to a female attendant who was kind enough to answer my question but never offered to help me. I walk back to my car and get in to leave and only then does a salesman come to my window and ask if he could help. Where was he 5 minutes ago when I stood on the lobby like a dummy!! No thank you. BTW my credit score is a 789. Felt like Julia Roberts on Pretty Woman where no one wanted her money for her appearance. I like wearing sweatpants!

If you need a good salesperson for Roper, ask for David Humphrey Jr. and tell him I recommended him (it'll get me a gift card if you eventually purchase something from him, so I can get my cargo tray I would like for my car)!! He called/emailed 1-3 times a week to check in and advise me on the status of my car. He is friendly and professional and honest! For example, when the manager guy was saying something not quite true, you could tell from David's expression that he was NOT comfortable with the white lie. Also, once he realized I was the one getting the car and making most decisions about it, he looked to me first if my dad or husband were with me and wouldn't look to them for a response until I did. Finally, he has been super considerate of my cold sensitivity from the chemotherapy. He'd bring me room temperature bottles of water and a cup of warmed water as well to help me stay hydrated when things were taking a while. He'd warm the car up if he knew I was coming to test drive. He'd always encourage me to either go back inside it get in a car I was looking at to answer questions to stay out of the cold wind and temps. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I would also like to add that David is a shining example of what every salesperson SHOULD be at your dealership. I have went to several dealerships while narrowing down choices of cars and feel extremely fortunate to have gotten David as my salesperson!

Clifton and Danny were amazing!!! They were very polite and honest about the cars and the warranty. I informed them exactly what I wanted (with great detail). My husband and I are over the moon thrilled with our new vehicle! We started in Webb City and finished everything in Joplin. I couldn't recommend them enough. Their customer service was amazing and with their sportsmanship along with the other employees we met at the Joplin location. Most vehicle sales associate are aggressive trying to get you in the door (like Roper Kia) and battle against each other. Roper Honda-both locations- everyone was so friendly and congratulated everyone on their sales and purchases! We have already decided we will only buy from Roper Honda from here on out!! Thank you all so much for helping us get the car we always wanted!

Wouldn't buy a vehicle here. I've bought 3 from dealerships and this place the salesmen lied. Started dealing with one then every step of the way I had to deal with a different salesmen who didn't know what the last one was talking about. Then couldn't give my wife a simple answer of where do I make a payment. Never doing business with this dealership again. Lucky yall dealt with my wife and not me at the point of Sale. Definitely ripped us off

Best car purchase experience! Had to check with several dealership for the Pilot Elite color I m looking for, Chris is so helpful throughout the process, helped us order the color and model we want and kept us updated for the delivery process. No pressuring and giving us good advices when picking up the car, Chris is the guy you want to deal with if you re getting your new ride.

We were recently car shopping and went to several dealerships trying to decide on what vehicle would fit our family best. TJ was INCREDIBLY helpful and wonderful, he completely understood our family needs and was so patient with us when we had to bring our one year old daughter along for a test drive. TJ was amazing he showed us some really great options and I could tell he valued the importance of sticking to our budget and helping us get a safe and family friendly vehicle.We actually didn t end up buying a Honda but still loved the options that we test drove! We came to the lot multiple times, TJ was very responsive to any questions we had from home as well. TJ was great! We were also helped by another salesman and I wish I remembered his name but he was new and also was so helpful! So if you re shopping for a new vehicle go meet TJ! We will definitely be back

Not sure what experiences everyone else has had at Roper Honda in Joplin but based off our experience trying buy a car with them last week NEVER AGAIN!We were using USAA (our bank and a reputable one at that) for financing because they gave us a good rate that we could afford. At the beginning they told us they didn t like USAA because the way they sent their money took a while to come in but pushed their financing with a payment we couldn t afford at all and just hope to refinance right after the purchase So I called USAA and right off the bat they offered to send a check and Roper said that was fine. Well we get to the end, close to leaving with said car and they ripped the rug right out from under us and were pretty much refusing to work with us because we were using USAA and continued to push their financing on us with the hopes to refinance through USAA afterwards. I called the bank and asked if they ever had this issue and she said yes that especially during covid and the weird car market that car lots wouldn t work with people who had their own financing because they didn t get that kick back. So long story short we didn t give that shady place our business.On the flip side it all worked out amazing though. I HIGHLY recommend Aspen Motor Company in Ozark. They are a small car lot but definitely worth the drive They were absolutely amazing and made the process so easy. Plus they were thrilled with who we were financing with because it made their jobs easier we got a much better deal and are super happy with our new baby!

I bought a 2023 Honda Civic Sport from them and I absolutely love it! Best daily driver I have ever owned. The people there were amazing and professional. They want to make life time customers and it shows. They definitely got one. I cant recommend them enough! Best dealership in the area and maybe even in the whole united states. Plus they were the only ones to sell the Civic Si at msrp. Every car they sell is at or around msrp. So you definitely get the best deals by far. Also with that Honda reliability and life time warranty its a win win! Brad Neal was the best car sells man I have ever delt with and he made it such a pleasant experience to buy a car. He did everything in his power along with the whole building to give you the best deals along with working along side you every step of the way to make it happen. Definitely will tell all my friends and family who are looking for a new reliable car to go there first! It will save you so much time overall.

Buying a car can be just as stressful as buying a house. You go in with a budget and then you have to deal with the salesmen that wants to up sell you on everything they can and it can be draining. However, Roper Honda was the best experience I have ever had with any sales rep. Chris met with us and allowed myself and my fianc� to take the car I was looking at for a test drive with no one sitting behind talking it up and putting any pressure on me. I came back and wanted to do a trade in and their process was very smooth and efficient. We were able to discuss price and what we wanted under an hour which must be a record. Even the workers that weren't working with us directly were very kind to us. It may have been an hour away but I would take that drive no matter what because everyone at Roper Honda treats their customers with respect and they go above and beyond. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone needing a new vehicle whether it's for an upgrade or buying your first vehicle. Thank you Roper Honda for a great experience!
