In April, 2022 I was in a hail storm. My vehicle had a substantial amount of damage. I trusted Roper Body to repair the damage. Not even one year later the paint is lifting on the roof and the hood. I went to Roper a month ago to report the damage. The receptionist took photos to show the store manager. I expected a call but that did not happen, so I called a week later, finally got the manager only to find out they will not stand behind their work, he blamed it on the paintless dent repair process used to pop out dents. It should not matter what process they use, I should not have paint peeling off less than 1year later. The manager offered to repair the damage but I would have to pay $850 out of my pocket. That is not right. My passenger side running board was damaged in the event. They did not find a matching one. So I was credited $108 for the non-replacement of the running board. However, the insurance company paid over $250 for the partWhy did I receive $108? Also I reported to them about the windshield washer fluid nozzle sprayer being damaged with a hail stone. They said they ordered the part but it was NEVER replaced. It still doesn't work. I guess I purchased a nozzle for them to place in their part inventory. That is wrongful in every way! Because the paintless repair was used on the roof, they had to take down the headliner, they didn't get it put back up right, because it is falling down, now. What to do but to take my pickup to a responsible and honest place to repair the things they messed up. Thank you Roper Body, I will not be back for more of the awful way you do business! I let them know all these things and got no satisfaction or response, unless I reached out first, where is the customer service in that? They were given more than ample opportunity to make this right and the Manager refused to stand behind their work! I certainly will never recommend this body shop and I will tell everyone I know what they've done to me. Personally, I believe it has a lot to do with me being a single woman and they think I am dumb! Whatever!

You would never know that the front bumper was completely ripped off and destroyed before it came to them . They made it look like .what it did before the accident even happened. From the first phone call to Roper Body Shop, Kelly walked me through every step of the process. All the staff were so helpful and friendly. I had never dealt with an accident claim. Here everyone is very friendly, from the moment you enter at the office, the secretary, Mr. from the office and those who fix your car, in addition to giving you a very good price in terms of the cost of the parts and their labor. I recommend it!

Kelly and his team are awesome. Literally the most pleasant experience I have ever experienced from a body shop. Kelly makes your visit turnkey. I never had to call to arrange anything with the dealership we worked with. Highly recommend them.

Work that was done was fine. Have a problem with the work that wasn't done though. Body panel gaps are super uneven and headlights are off by quite a bit. Job was finished quiet a while ago, but ive stewed on it and just get mad thinking about it. Feel like the job was rushed and things were missed. Was an insurance job so getting paid for shouldn't have been an issue, just wish it was right.Service: Body & Trim

6 weeks ago I hit a large doe over near Brooklyn Heights. My car, 2019 subaru outback was all but totalled. Smashed front bumper and grill. Moved the radiator back, right front quarter panel, the headlight, hood. Even got the passenger door enough that it wouldn't open. Not to mention all the supporting members that hold all that stuff. It also severed the front wiring harness which should have deployed the airbag.That glitch I'm working with Subaru on. Probably won't amount to anything.Roper gave me my car back from the grave in 4 weeks. As good as new. I would challenge anyone to drive it and tell me it has been wrecked. I am truly impressed with thier work and their work ethic. I was informed for each major step. I didnt call them. They informed me. I just let them do the work. I got my car back on time and on budget.

Did a fantastic job in body repair of driver's side of car. Paint match is perfect. Received car clean inside and out. Looked like a premium detail job.Angie, Raul and Kelly were all great to deal with. There was a delay or two but only in the interest of producing a premium result. Techs damaged paint on bumpers and hood. Left parts of front bumper unattached and sensors hanging. Returned car, management argued with us on damage. Got the car back 2nd time and someone had sabotaged the washer fluid line under a pannel inside engine bay. Disconnected line and put the pannel back together to hide it. Well we are disappointed. We took our Sedona to the Kia dealer body shop thinking they would do the best job . just replacing a front bumper. Instead of matching the paint which is an off white with a touch of yellow to it they just painted the bumper plain, stark white..bright bright white. The people were nice but the bumper sticks out like a sore thumb to me. I guess not everyone would notice but my son in law who paints cars in Tulsa said that would never have made it out of his shop. Nobody takes pride in their work anymore. We won't use them again.

Insurance claim. They left a bad scratch all the way down the side of the car didn't bother to ask if it was pre existing. Attention to detail very bad. Hung my front license plate bracket crooked on front bumper

Knowledgeable office staff helped me with every step of my claim. I know with their lifetime warranty the repairs were performed properly and if I have any issues they'll take care of me.

Horrible service. I hit a deer and they quoted me 3 weeks for repairs. I didn't get my vehicle back for 2 months. Only good out of it was they waived my deductable.
