BEST TIRE SHOP EVER! I had a bend in my rim and no one would help us without making us buy 4 new rims! We pulled in and they were extremely nice and offered to check for an extra rim even tho they thought they didn t have one! They found one for us and did it all super friendly! This is a place I would 1000% recommend to anyone looking for help! They saved us on a 16 hour car ride home!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. If you have littles don't go here. I came in to get my tires replaced and while I was waiting with my 2 young children who are 1 and 4 in the tent they have for a waiting area, one of the bigger, older guys told me that my children weren't allowed to run in circles and play in the waiting area due to policy. They weren't bothering anyone. Only 1 other guy was in that area and they never bothered him. I was watching them the whole time and they were just being kids. I have never been told they couldn't act like kids before when I went there with them. I guess he would rather hear my kids scream bloody murder because I have to hold them both still by myself than let them play and be kids. If they get hurt it's no one's fault but their own. So I told them to take my truck off the jacks and left. Went to Grand tire across town. Much better service and understanding.

I got new tires and an oil change. I always have a good experience coming here. This is where I get my tires. However, I didn't get an oil change sticker or my oil reset on my dash and I don't know how to do that.

Shane helped us to safely get back on the road after blowing a rear inner tire on our RV. He was efficient, honest, and made sure that the tires we had were the correct ones (we had replaced tires in AZ and they put on the wrong tires). So thank you Shane and Road Runner Tire!

Use to be quick just getting a tire on your car now they so slow spent 2 hours putting on two tires and wasn t busy

Had 4 tires mounted and balanced on 11/4/23.They said i had the wrong lug nuts which were factory lug nuts, so they replaced 3 on passenger rear. Long story short, on 11/17/23 lug nuts on driver's rear either came loose or the studs snapped while driving. They say not their responsibly, oh and when they replaced the lug nuts they said they "rethreaded" the studs.

We had a bad tire on our way on vacation. We are out of towners with a 4 year old and a newborn, so we kinda didn't know what to expect. The first shop we went to sent us here. It was really hot. And these guys here was wonderful. They have a nice waiting area. Got us back on the road within an hour. I'm impressed with the service, they was super busy and stayed courteous. Thank you.

From 5 stars to 1 star in just one visit. Horrible service. No communication. Stole over half of my lock lugnuts. With a purchase of new tires I would think they would last some time but no; 4 days after purchase one cracked on the side wall, had to spend more money to replace it due to no warranty. This is what happens when a small business can not keep up with its demand. Stress, bad customer service, bad product and overall all problems are the customers fault.

We were planning our vacation to Minnesota and last minute needed to get the car fixed. These guys did a great job, ordered parts, and did several repairs and got us off to Minnesota spending $500 less than we expected. We highly recommend Road Runner Tire!!Update: Imagine our surprise when after a year, we had it looked at, and 2 rims, 4 hubcaps ruined, hubcaps were duct taped on, and found that some of the work we paid for wasn't done. I would advise not bringing your vehicle here.

Definitely the best place to get a tire in the four states. They always have the tire you need at a price that's affordable. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they are so popular, there is usually a good sized wait time. Other than that I just love this place and only go there

These guys have a large selection of good used tires. Needed a tire for wife's car late Fri afternoon, they were pretty busy but I got in and out in about a half hour

Very Professional, courteous, convenient, timely and honest costumer service. Well equipped shop. I was only there for a tire patch on a Sunday but the shop was well equipped to handle pretty much any automotive need a person might have. As a certified technician myself stuck in a bind during traveling I entered into a almost home like environment opon entering their facility. I was well aware of what I needed but exaggerating the damage to the tire I had to see if they were honest with their customers or would try to sell me something I didn't need and they not only was honest with me about the tire but cheaper than the other repair shops I had called in the area on a Sunday morning. The only thing I wasn't impressed with was confusing layout of the traffic flow and parking instructions. But from a security standpoint the layout if a customers vehicle had to stay a few days kinda insured a person's vehicle would be safe. Thanks for your help and service. Hopefully I'm helpful in this review.

Called to get 4 new or like new used tiers, he gave me a quote and said he should have them, when I told him I wanted to make sure they were in stock before I drove there he huffed and said rudely, fine hold on and I ll check, I told him never mind I ll take my business elsewhere, will not ever use this business, making sure you have 4 tires in house when you sell tires shouldn t be a hassle for you to check on it s your job wish I could give negative stars

Generally have been pleased with their service in the past. The reason I can not give more stars is due to my daughter's recent interaction. She went to this shop yesterday to purchase 2 tires. She felt belittled as soon as she walked in the door. She was told she probably didn't know her tire size which she very much does. She was sold 2 tires that still had stickers on them but was told they were selling them to her as used since they did not make that tire anymore. As used tires no guarantee or warranty. She was 150 miles from home in the middle of the night and likely ran over something causing a flat. young female alone in the side of the road. This part is not their fault but it sets up how she discovered the likely real reason they could not sell stickered tires as New. she had roadside assistance change to donut spare so she could get to hotel until tire stores penned this morning. She finds out this morning that the likely REAL reason they sold the tires as used is because they were manufactured 8 years ago. The entire inner layer of rubber was peeling off and could not be repaired. now she feels unsafe on the 1 remaining "new/used/old" Tire. so after spending a couple of hundred for the first 2 now she is out another $170 to replace the flat one which could not be repaired. Also will likely have to replace the other tire as she duces his at a time and did not feel safe on a "new/used" tire that likely is to old to be considered reliable.

We needed new tires put on rims, called to see if they had what we needed. They had the tire size and got us right in to change the bad for good. Excellent service, friendly people.

They had me in and out so fast. I bought tires one the internet and they charged me $40 to mount and balance then both. I will be returning for the other two to be installed. Highly recommended!!

This was our first time here. They had great prices on good used tires and we were able to go back and pick the tires that we wanted. They were fairly busy, as it was a Sunday, but they got us in and out quick. Plus the staff was friendly and very helpful! We'll definitely be bringing our business here from now on

We were traveling across the country in our RV. On Saturday, we had a blow out on one of our tires and had to get road side assistance, not cheap. We made it to the RV park in Missouri that night, got up the next morning and headed out. Immediately, my husband noticed we were loosing pressure in a different tire. We needed to find someone quick. Our RV is brand new, so we have 3 different roadside services we can use. No one would help us on a Sunday, all three major truck stops, Loves, Pilot/Flying J and TA, wouldn t help us. We were at a loss. I was googling like crazy, no one would help until I called Road Runner on 7th St in Joplin. He said come on in! He took us right in, we didn t have to wait. He let me walk our dogs. My husband is a retired mechanic and is first words to me were you found a rare garage. He explained everything he was going to do and gave us a total. He was honest and did the work right. We can t say enough about this place, if you ever find yourself in Joplin, MO and need tire help, please use this Road Runner, you will be very happy.

Have done business with them a few times. I have always had a good experience. Employees are always nice and respectful of customer property. Oh and always a great deal on tires! Definitely recommend. Thanks guys!
