Could not ask for better people! John came out to Lamar travel plaza and fixed me up to get back to their shop. Had me rollin in a few hours after TA told they could not help until Monday. Definitely my new go to in the joplin area!

It's one of the best truck repairs I've ever used. Very professional approach. Very friendly guys. You immediately understand that they understand what they are doing. No Hustle. True estimate: In the end, the final check was even cheaper than the estimate. Thank you very much guys, you did such great work. Very professional! Highly recommend!!!

John is the man! After having an issue with my oil pressure sensor, John was the only mechanic around willing to help me out! Everyone else told me dd15 with an oil issue,Nope we will pass Mr John sent his wife to the dealer before they closed to secure the part and fixed me right up after finishing a water pump job!No loss of revenue and made my delivery the next morning and picked my left load up.You sir earned a customer for life.Thank you from the bottom of my heart you came through when no one else would. Everyone should use John for any repair needs. Honest, punctual, and great guy that won t bend you over knowing you re in a bind like most road calls do. All the other shops need to watch out John s going to take all the business around.

What a pleasant experience.Bill was on point.Communication top notch he did repair with extremely good price.If he wants he could charge me 3 times more .There is just few mechanics shops like that .I will be back to do my regular maintenance .

My air pressure went out and wouldn't build back up. Two gentlemen (Bill and Chris) came out to fix my problem. Once they did, they quickly found the issue, went to get the part needed, and fixed it right up. From the time they got to me to the time they were finished was about an hour. They even tightened a loose hose free of charge. Very professional, and efficient! Thank you so much!

The crew here is Awesome! We brought in a used radiator, however it didn't fit our truck. They spent time with their thinking caps on, and found no way to make it work. This was late in the afternoon, and found a new one in stock in Springfield. He helped me return the wrong one, brought the new one back, and worked late into the night to get us back on the road. The shop was VERY clean, the mechanics very knowledgeable, and happy to help get us going. They corrected other smaller issues that would have caused us issues later. I definitely would recommend this shop if you are in the area. Oh, yeah, we also got the snack bag like the ones in the other posts. Lol.

These people are very nice and very friendly and very helpful. We got the airbag of our truck changed from there. They repaired it very quickly and made us ready to go on the road. It is very good and . Well priced, I would recommend everyone to come to them and get yoursget the work done

Had a regen issue with my truck the owner himself came out and met me and escorted me back to his shop where I met some of the most down to earth and honest people and the shop probably the cleanest and most organized shop that I've ever seen in my 18 years of driving I highly recommend them great service and they don't try to bend you over the barrel 5 stars all day ever day

Open Bay is one of the most stress-free shops that I have ever visited in the 30 years that I've been a trucker. John's objective is to get you back on the road as quickly as he can. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and great pricing. You can drop by, or he will come to you.

These guys are the real deal!! John is a life saver came out roadside call and did an amazing job he grabbed parts from the description I gave him over the phone and pulled up and got to it!!! I can t explain in words how professional and complete this fellow is!!!!! You won t go wrong with Open Bay if you didn t call these guys you made the Wrong Choice

The costumer service was beyond what I expected.For someone that I had never met besides a phone conversation asking for help from the side of the road with a broken down truck on I 49 in Lemmar.John and the crew at open bay treated me like a friend and his price was very reasonable.Thank you so much

Great shop and nice people! Needed a new starter and everyone else told me I couldn't get the part until Monday, John was able to get it first thing Sunday morning. 10/10 truck service 10/10 customer service

Great service, true 24/7 road call! The trucking industry is not eight hours a day five days a week and neither are these guy's! Honest, professional service. If you are ever in need of a road call around the Joplin area I highly recommend these guy's!!

I call today to set up a seal and brake job for tomorrow then I called them to see if I can come in today to drop trailer,they just got me in today without any hesitation and did the job and was out on my way in no time and there price is reasonable.I will come back and will let others know about this place.thank you

Had a coolant leak on my fuel heater went to kenworth was told it would be a 10 hour wait called these guys up they literally moved their service truck that they were working on out of the bay and pulled me right in gave me a quote and came in under their quote best place in joplin

He stayed over to change my fuel filters. He was the only shop I could find that would even offer to help. Very nice guy and very professional. I would highly recommend this shop.
