The West 7th Street location was incredibly helpful about replacing the 12v battery on my 2008 Prius. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't complain or treat me like I knew nothing because of my gender. I will drive across town to use this store again even though it is miles out of my way.

The guy who helped me was no help at all, and acted like I was a huge inconvenience. Then, he took a phone call and when he was done, started cussing at the phone cord because it was tangled. And none of the other employees did anything.

The gentleman was very helpful with me. I was trying to find a dent patch kit (bondo) for my car door and mission accomplished! Five stars for it being cheaper than other places as well

O'Reilly's is my favorite place to get parts and other things when I went in told him what I wanted they took me over there and help me out and was very courteous and kind I ordered an alternator and they got me one the same day yes I had to go pick it up the next day but everything is great

I recommend this store to anyone looking for auto parts. A clean store, fully stocked items, great prices. They are really friendly and very professional. I recommend this guy name Justin he really helps u out with the parts u need and honest with your questions. This store is amazing and for sure be back.

We had some major transmission issues and pulled into O Reilleys to grab some parts. These guys are seriously the best! They let us work on and keep our RV in their parking lot overnight, and helped us with any questions we had. They also ran to another store for us for a part because we couldn t move our vehicle! Jeremy, Nathan, Jayson, Jacob, Gary and the rest of the team all deserve a huge thank you for their kindness and willingness to help us out to the best of their ability. Thank you again for the best service in Joplin!!

I am so impressed with this place. Came in for a free check engine light reading. And not only did I get a diagnosis from that but after buying the part I needed they let me borrow the tools I need to install it. All one hour before closing. Great company great people.

Very attentive and eager to help. Had the part the other store had to order. They were out of the gear oil I needed but as its popular it wasn't a shock. Parking lot could use a good wash lol but I'm sure quite a few have had to work on thier car right there..All in all a definite mechanics answer when in a rush as it wasn't very busy.

I was SO impressed with a customer service experience that I had at this particular store recently. I don't know a thing about cars and went in to purchase something that I thought would solve my problem. A guy (sorry I didn't catch his name) went to my car with me to take a look and found something majorly wrong and potentially dangerous with my vehicle. While it was obvious to someone that is car savvy, I would have never known. Another guy (Jayson Weems) came over and went through with me what all was wrong and what I needed to make sure got fixed when I took it in. He wrote out a list for me and told exactly what I needed to do. I took it in the next morning and got it fixed. They could have easily sold me a part I didn't need or just sent me on my way but they made sure I left happy and knew what steps I needed to take even though I didn't end up purchasing that day. I ended up calling the corporate office to let them know because I was so impressed. Fantastic customer service here!!

I was traveling from Kansas City to Houston and a coil misfired causing the engine light to come on. In a panicked state a gentleman named Justin helped me with a diagnosis and guidance for repairs to get me on the road and confidence to get to my destination. I was praying for an angel feeling desperate and Justin and others at this store saved my day. Thank you Justin!

Came in needing a part and help on my car. Jayson the guy working there was nice and answered all my questions. He not only helped me find the right part he put it on my car for me. I will aways come back with the service that i have gotten today

I have always had fairly consistent service at O'Reilly locations. They always help me to find the tool that I need to buy or rent. Most of them will even help you diagnose the issue with your vehicle. Or, at least give you an honest opinion and point you in the right direction. I like dealing with O'Reilly overall.

While you can often get parts for much cheaper online, the convenience of O'Reilly's includes not only seeing and touching parts, comparing them to the parts you're changing and services like code scanning, battery testing, etc. This is usually the first location I go to as the employees are friendly, seem fairly knowledgeable and haven't tried to sell me anything I don't need.
