Had the parts I was needing. My Jeep is running much better. Friendly staff and very helpful. Had some problem with New Brake Pads. Thought I would have hard time getting the proper pads. No big deal. They looked up the real part number. New Pads worked great. Other parts I got all fit great. Great visit got a belt for my Toro lawn mower.

They are very very very rude! And I ordered fuel filter and i put "store pick up" and i went to pick up the filter i found the box in this condition! And they were not busy! But ignoring me along with other people there! If I didn't ask him for a bag! He wouldn't have given me one!

They are friendly, informative, and won't charge you for your ignorance. Free checkups and they give excellent advice. They also help with comparisons with brand and pricing. It's clear that it's spoken from experience. My experiences with O'Reillys isn't always cheap, but that is usually my own damn fault. But when you do have to spend your hard earned dollars, you can bet that they'll give you what you need.

They are very unprofessional and childish. Lack basic communication skills with customers. Older man and younger worker came out the store yelling when I have my baby in the car. They refused to tell my fiance that with certain banks refunds could take up to 24 hours. Said refund would be on card automatically. While I sat in front of the store on e waiting for my deposit to hit since that's what they had said. When it had not hit my fiance went back in there and explained. He was told sorry it could take up to 24 hours he said well maybe you should do your job by telling customers that the first time.he left the store. That is when he was literally followed by TWO employees yelling and causing a scene. Ridiculous and definitely need different employees that know how to speak to customers.

I spend thousands of dollars here monthly and always get treated like i m worthless. Disrespectful employees. I m always very polite. I don t normally write reviews but it s hard not to say something now. Old man that works there is very rude

Always great service. Company car wouldn't start. O'Reilly is across a really busy street from my job. Dude grabbed the battery checker, said come on, ran across the street and checked out the battery for us. AWESOME service and thank you again .

Kenny was very helpful an nice. Put my new windshield wipers on in the freezing cold with a smile. He was quick too knowing I had to to get to work. Even helped me get them unstuck out of the ice. Very satisfied with my service today.

I've been told since being a child O'Reilly's always buy O'Reilly's I will do my best not to shop here they have been down right rude the last few times I've been there they act like they know so much about cars but in reality you sell parts and in general that's where it stops not willing to help AutoZone/ac Delco can have my money from now on

Needing to grab parts for my vehicle with 6 minutes left to close and they already have the lights shut off and doors locked way to go it's sticking to your 9:00 close time. May 20th 2023.

I will always go to O'Reilly for my auto part needs because of their professionalism, decent prices and great staff. The staff at this location are friendly and nice. The last few times I've gone in Troy has helped us and he has been amazing.

They shipped in the wrong part from Springfield, which took most of the day. I didn't realize it was the wrong part until I got home, so I drive all the way back into town to get it resolved. Then of course they had to order the right part in which won't be in until the next day, so now I'm missing a second day of work and having to go to the store a third time. And to top it all off, I heard one of the employees describe some other customers to another employee using expletives. I used to prefer O'Reilly over the competitors but this has changed my opinion for sure.

Got my ride back rollin an fired up again. It's jus a Yota-Rolla, but it's our reliable lil engine that could. The staff was helpful, let us borrow common tools, an even lemme use a socket off the shelf that I woulda otherwise had to run 60 miles to get mine. Thanks O'reilly"s

Kenneth at O Reilly 1330 Rangeline in Joplin has his own 1960 s hot rods.He is very knowledgeable on older car parts.Very helpful, instead of having some kid just look things up on the computer.

Pretty upset drove 20 minutes across town to this o'reilly since they Said they had the part on stock just to find out that that their inventory was wrong and the guy was too lazy to put his hands on after I requested that he did.

My favorite O'Reilly store in the area. They are always helpful, informative, friendly staff. Shelves are stocked. Store is clean.

This is the worst O'Reilly I have ever been to!!!!!! I have been use O'Reilly for many of years and buy everything through them. Me and my 15 year old son were on the way home and were 4 hrs out and broke down in Joplin @ 6:40 pm. I had blown a plug and was able to drive it to this O'Reilly. I left all my tools in my truck so had nothing with me. I got a sock set and plug and went out to change it and find that the boot was messed up. So went back in the get it and got an extra plug just in case. As we walked out they locked the doors behind us. As I was putting the plug in and boot on (5 min job) i notice the sock set I got did not have any little socks. So I knocked on the door and call the store to get someone cause without that little sock I was stuck. NO ANSWER they had just went to the back 5 mins ago. One of the guys girlfriend or wife was setting in the parking lot so I asked her to call them and let them know what i needed. Still nothing!!!! I just so happened to see and Wal-mart down the road so me and my son walked across dark parking lots to Wal-mart to get what I needed. We got back to the store as the 2 guys and their girlfriends or wifes were coming out the back door. NOT ONCE DID EITHER ONE EVER ASK IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE WE MIGHT NEED BEFORE WE LEAVE. THEY GOT IN THERE CARS AND DROVE OFF. Thank God I had my car fixed and back on the road in 15 mins. They will not go out of their way to help ANYONE if it is close to their close time and acted like they didn't even want to help me like I was bothering them with my problem!!!!!!!

Was helped with locating the previous brand of wiper I had gotten to be able to replace one broken from the last freeze. Despite it being cold and rainy, the clerk changed the wiper blade for me. Thank you

8/7/16 We have always done business with O'Reillys, but the ones in Joplin Missouri are worthless! Yesterday we broke down and were 75 miles from home. We broke down in The Home Depot parking lot and I called 4 different OReilly stores. This location was just a block away from us and they REFUSED to bring us the part that they had in stock. They even went as low as to give me another store number to call because they were "closer" and may have someone that could deliver the part to us. I called the other store and they could not deliver the part to us either but they were confused on why I had been told to call them, as they were out on 7th street and this store was literally right down the road from where we were. Our vehicle was broken down , it was 100 degrees and I was literally crying on the phone with them begging them to just drive down the part to us, that we could meet them at the highway. This store was rude, inconsiderate and totally worthless in assisting us yesterday! If I were the manager of this store I would be ashamed! This store had 4 delivery trucks in their tiny little parking lot, and they tried to tell me they could not deliver a part a block away! Why does this store have 4 deliver trucks if they can't use them, and what about serving the customers? I am disgusted with all FOUR of the O'Reilly auto part stores in the town of Joplin! Won't be doing business there, ever.Let me also add, that I live in OKLAHOMA and both O'Reilly stores are able to deliver parts to you and I have never had any issues with service from them.They don't even deserve this star.

The assistant manager was extremely helpful. He changed all my wiper blades and replaced my turn signal bulbs. I really appreciate him.

They don't always have everything you need and they don't feel your order fully so you have to make sure that you get everything that you order yourself because they do not

My battery and I did sell and it was 6 months old. They tested it and it failed of course. They provided me with a new battery and a reasonable time.
