I had trouble finding it.. 7th street very busy at the time. I did find it. If I would have been told Napa moved into old bread store , would have known where. Employees very nice and helpful. Received money back for core charge. Very simple

Had dead Batteries in my semi 9 miles away. These guys WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND and delivered batteries to me!! Can not say enough how awesome the staff and manager are! This is why I choose NAPA!

This store has some great people working to help you get the part you need for your vehicle. Try them first before you go to the "other" guys. I've have patronixed NAPA stores long before the other guys were ever known around the local area and if they don't have it, or can't get It, then it probably is not available. They offer better quality parts, many with life-time warranties , or the economy versions of those same parts.Give them a try first, before considering the "other guys". I think you will be satisfied with the service, parts, and prices.

These guys know their stuff. I work for a local equipment rental company and when I have to get the right part in a hurry, these are the guys I call. I've been impressed with the staff, service and product knowledge at this location. Oreillys could learn something from these guys!

They Put there dedication into there work to serve there Customers with respect they show what morals there company stands for I recommend them to anyone looking for that one on one help and research needed to suit there needs. Keep up the great work

Napa usually has the best quality parts of all the chain stores. Prices are generally a little bit more as well. This location is on the small side but I found what I was looking for.

Staffing is upbeat, 2missed special orders in a row though. Extremely SMALLER lobby than expected for size of building. So their warehouse must be diversified?? IDK

Great parts at great prices. Super friendly and willing to help, very knowledgeable. Other than O'Reilly on Rangeline, this is the only part store in Joplin with driving to.
