I would never go there again. Went for a license inspection. They said I had a problem that they could fix, and they had the parts. Really, the car is a 1995 vehicle. I doubt they had the parts available there. Took it somewhere else, and guess what? There were NO PROBLEMS! This place tried to rip me off. I would never go there again

SCAM ALERT!! Took my vehicle in for Missouri inspection. They reved up engine and drove it from the east side of the building to the south and then parked it. Without even looking at the car the mechanic declared it needed new lower control arms ($1200+ repair). I left and took it to another place who did an inspection and found no fault with the car, but did declare Downtown Lube s inspection as a scam.

Changed my oil for the best price I've ever paid on my exotic. The interior and exterior of my door panel were separating and the connectors/pins that held it together were warped. They ordered new connectors from BMW and put them on. The total of my visit was under $300. A competitor in town quoted me just under $5,000 to do my door. I appreciate that they knew how to handle an exotic supercar and gave me a fair deal instead of trying to price gouge. Much appreciated and my i8 will go back to Downtown Lube for anything it needs that they can supply. Thanks guys. I came here because they do Missouri State Auto inspections. They got me right in and right out. Then I came again for front brake pads and I was in and out just as fast as an oil change, great price too

These guys are great! Always quick and friendly service. My car is an older car and they treat it like it was brand new every time! They have very convenient hours that make it easy to pop in get the oil change while sipping my morning coffee and then on to work! Thanks guys!

I have been going to them for a couple of years for oil changes then needed new brakes and they were so honest and did not try to take advantage as I am a single woman and that happens far too often. I have been very happy with their work and the customer service is outstanding. I recommend them to friends and family all the time.

I was super nervous about having to come in this morning as a woman, without my husband. I was afraid of being charged for a bunch of things that I knew nothing aboutit all my lights started going off this morning and I had to bring it somewhere. They got me in right away, put me at ease and completely looked over the vehicle. Just moved to the area and finding a new auto repair place always bites so I'm glad I found the place to bring our vehicles.

This place is great,with only 3 techs working they were rolling,getting cars in and out for oil changes and much more,everyone else wanted close to 100 dollars to bleed my brakes and this place charged only 40 and everyone else was booked and could not do it today or was scared to work on Mercedes benz,this place had my car fixed and back on road within 1 hour of dropping off,thank you guys very much,best bday gift ever have a blessed dayServices: Auto brake repair, Brakes

I will ALWAYS bring my vehicles here for service, these guys are fast friendly and very knowledgeable. They make you feel like an old friend. They are straight up with you and I appreciate that style. Stop in and see the difference their attitude can make on your day and you will be a regular there too.

They were very nice and helpful. Not only did they do my oil change in five minutes but they also put my license plate my new place is Not only did they do my oil change in five minutes but they also put my new license plate on for me that I was unable to do on my own because the screw was stripped with no extra charge. I will be coming back.

I thought the inflated price was the problem, then I got to hear a old bald guy make fun of me saying the price was too high. $190 to change transmission fluid and filter! $45 for the parts, $145 labor on a 30 minute job, at most. Not professional in the treatment of a customer, bending over the customer with a outrageous price, sounds like a place to avoid. Got the same service done at a different place for $79.99!
