It's currently 10 and they have willingly checked my tire pressure and found a rusty nail and fixed it. Fast, friendly service and excellent manners!

Ordered online and had my tires put on. It was fairly easy too good to be true. As I drove off my tire sensor monitoring system wasn t working. I made a trip back and after being told it worked well it didn t. The next day I went back and again after being told it was fixed and didn t. Now after 4 trips including my initial tire mount I found out they replaced my metal stem and sensor with a different one and it STILL did not work. There is no records of them replacing the stem and sensor during the installation. I would stay away, it seems they have kids that are under trained working on your vehicle. Not a good combination.

The service was awful. After being told it wouldn't take long, we decided to go for a walk and eat. We came back 2 hours later the car is still parked where we left it untouched. So we sat in the waiting area and waited a while longer car still sat untouched my husband asked again we were given a lame excuse and we're told it would be 1 1/2 hours more. So for one tire they would have left us waiting almost 4 hours.

I recently purchased a new to me one owner 1999 Corvette that had great Goodyear runflat tires but were 15 years old and needed to replace. I researched a lot of tire dealers and came to Discount Tire in Joplin base on the positive reviews. I chose Michelin Pilot All Season tires and John and the team did an outstanding and professional job from the minute I arrived at the store this morning. The drive home was very smooth and am very pleased with them and the team here and would highly recommend this business.

Quick, professional and friendly service by Joseph and Matt on Christmas eve! My wife's tire had a slow leak and the guys at discount tire were able to get it patched in 20 minutes and I was on my way! I will definitely consider them on my next tire purchase as they did not try to upsell me on additional products! Thank you Joseph and Matt!

Highly recommend these guys. They are awesome and help when needed. Excellent customer service and shout out to Robert for putting us back on the road and helping out. I refuse to go anywhere else but here!!! Shout out to discount tire!! You guys will always keep my business!!!

I Contacted the local store (Sat Jan 23), where I had my tires put on last June. I informed them I was on the side of the road (about 2 hours from home) with a tire about to fall off my truck. we stopped to see what the issue was and discovered all but 1 lug nut was gone off the front passenger tire. I immediately called the store, spoke with the manager, he apologized for my inconvenience. He also said he would turn it into the claims department. He continued with what is your milage? I gave him the current mileage at which time he proceeded to inform me that they only warranty their tires for 1,000 miles. Well this was NOT a tire issue, it was an instillation issue. How long if at all do you warranty instillation??The conversation ended with Claims will call you by Wednesday. When I heard nothing by Wednesday I called the store on Thursday, the manager once again informed me Claims would be calling me soon. I asked for the number to contact them and was informed he could not give me that number. Over 2 weeks later and Claims still has not called. So I called them (found the number myself online) only to find out no one can answer the phone not to mention call me back.We had to have a wrecker bring us 2 hours home and get my truck to repair shop, acquiring almost $800 worth of repair and wrecker bills all because of "tire" issue.If the claims dept is that busy that they can't even return calls that tells me that they have more then tire issues.I would have given them a negative star rating if I could.My suggestion to everyone, use extreme caution and apparently check their work before leaving the lot, because they don't really care what happens to you or your vehicle.

Would not recommend spent 1,800$ on new tires for a 21 Silverado. Frist time putting new tires on it, and this happens, so I call thy say bring it back up I did and a Assistant manager walked out looked at it and said yes we will fix it told me his refinishing guy would call me in a day or 2 two weeks went by and I called back and Matt who said he would fix it never got back with me after several VMs and attempts to talk to him nothing 3 weeks later it shouldn't be much to fix it it's the point thy said thy would but did not

Every time I come here the service is the same or even better than before. I had a screw get lodged in my tire and brought it in to them, fully expecting to pay to get it removed. They not only did it for free, but it took less than two hours for them to have my truck ready to go. I've bought 4 tires from here about 6 months ago, and they have been holding up just fine. If you need tires, this is where I go.

Can t beat the prices, if you can, they ll discount. I stopped in a couple days ago for what I thought was a tire off-balance on a car I picked up in Texas. I called and spoke with Matt, a kind a knowledgeable gentleman who told me to stop by at my convenience.Unfortunately my tires were dry rotting and separating between the treads. The team even showed me firsthand, as the looked great until you looked closely. They took ample time quoting me replacements and got me back on the road shortly after.I ve brought in big trucks, cars and even my lawn mower. They ve always taken great care to help with whatever I need.

Two years ago, I bought new tires and brought them to Discount Tire to be installed. Even though I purchased the tires somewhere else, I was still able to buy their warranty and I am so happy I did! I ended up with a flat tire yesterday and had my car towed to them. Their warranty completely covered the repair I had on my car and I did not pay a dime.All of the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They had me back on the road in less than an hour!Crazy fast service, and they honor their warranties. Very happy with this company!

Be careful, they will without asking & without your knowledge add "Certificates for refund/replacement" to your bill. $42 per tire on mine. This is a WORTHLESS warranty as they will never agree that your faulty tire meets criteria. The manufacturer warranty becomes WORTHLESS as well, for same reason through Discount Tire. Better initial price is not worth their Scam Business practices, No Respect for their Customers.

Brad was terrific! We had something in our tire as we were traveling home from Kansas, we pulled in, they put it up on the lift and put the spare on for us! Less than 30 minutes and we were back on our way! Great experience!

Matt at the Joplin store is an outstanding employee. As a parent living out of town, he understood my situation when I needed tires on my daughters van that would keep me worry free. He went through all my options and found us the right tires at the right price. Can t praise his sincere work ethic and kindness when he could have just gave me a price and left it at that. Again, highly recommend discount tires.

Discount tire is my go-to place. They're very friendly, very efficient. They usually get you right on in and right on out. Very friendly staff. I'd recommend anybody to go there to buy their tires

Above and beyond customer service , we broke down on 44w Texas bound on some unrelated issues but realized our trailer tire was flat. We brought our tire to swap for a new one . They were absolutely swamped, but they took care of us and checked all our tires (van and trailer ). Courteous, efficient techs

I give them two stars because they ruined my tire I bought a used tire that was close to being knew and they put a bubble on the side of it somehow too much are but the customer service really wasn't that good neither they kept me waiting outside for about an hour waiting on my tire

Made an pointless appointment cause they didn't even touch my car till 30 min after appointment. Very unhelpful. Ignored me almost the entire time I was there. Stand at the counter forever then finally just tell someone I need help and they rudely say they'll get to it eventually. Seems like they shouldn't make appointments they can't keep.

Called discount tire at 530 asking if they had and tires due to wife calling and telling me someone slashed it at work showed up at 545 and told me they could get me in right now to replace the tire and even gave me a used set that were pretty much brand new for a set of 2 was cheaper than the new one! Staff here was awesome and went above and beyond! Highly recommend!

Amazing service. Had a problem with air pressure sensors and tire pressure and they checked us out for no cost. Went the extra mile (pun intended) and lifted the car to check all the tires. Sweet customer service, I ll be glad to keep with the franchise

Horrible customer service, even worse products. I ve bought 5 sets of tires from them since 2020 for different vehicles. Stopped by today to purchase tires for my vehicle and didn t receive any sort of positive customer service so I went to Firestone and bought. Missed a $1600 sale. I m sure nobody cares but once you get a bad name it s hard to come back from. We won t shop there again, nor will we recommend them to anyone.

I have been coming here since the tornado of 2011. They fixed my tires for free and that made a life long customer out of me. This location has great service and great staff. The prices of the tires are fair, and the knowledgeable staff make selecting a tire a lot easier. After 12 years of coming here I am still not disappointed at all. I have never had a bad experience here either. I now live an hour away and still come back here when I need tires. I wish every town had a Discount Tire.

Reece was helpful and informative, and even made sure I didn t make a purchase that I may not have needed at all. I learned that the tire pressure setting is in the door handle for what the manufacturer psi is.

Very Friendly staff, will work with you on tires and rims. Good selection of tires and wheels to choose from. Michael and Matt with their staff, make buying tires easy. Good waiting area. Good parking area. Easy place to find. Saturday will be buying four New Tires and maybe four New Wheels. The Wheels I have are to big. TY help me get New Wheels. Staff is outstanding. New picture of truck coming soon. Got the New Wheels. Looks great. Large Thank You to Ty, Matt, Michael and Staff.

I had a rim crack while traveling. They had a replacement and were friendly, polite, and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.
