A little pricey if you don t buy from them to install but either way you ll pay the same amount. Other than that they were easy to work with to make what I wanted happen. They were really fast too I brought it to them and got it back same day so overall I m very pleased with it

This is long, but worth reading! My ordeal with Creative started in August. I bought Kicker speakers and a JBL basspro hub sub. They scheduled me for August 21st. Dropped my car off that morning. I was on my way there to pick my car up around 540pm for them to tell me that they blew my factory amp and put all my speakers back to factory and they have to order me a new amp and schedule me for Sep 7th. When I got home I checked all my boxes of speakers and they hadn t even opened them. Seems like a fishy story. Anyways, take my car back on the 7th. Drop it off. They call me a couple times with a problem here and there and asked to keep it over night. I said sure. Go to pick it up the next afternoon. They have everything installed. Sounds pretty good besides phone calls were now only coming from 1 speaker. Oh and they dented my dash in one spot. I call them and tell them about the phone calls coming from 1 speaker. Then later I noticed my chime noises for backup detection were so high pitched they were ear piercing. Well 4 days later the sub stops working. I run by and they inform me it was running with the gain too high and it s ruined (I didn t even touch the thing). So I buy a kicker down-firing sub at their tent sale. They schedule me for Oct 3. The installer on this day I will say did a good job. Set my new sub up. Couldn t figure out the phone call thing. They told me to take it to the dealership. So I did. And guess what. MY CAR DOESN T EVEN HAVE A FACTORY AMP. I was lied to. I had another appointment for November 4. I cancelled it. I called another company and took it to them. The Ap4 CH41 that creative installed was faulty. They fixed my whole car in 4.5 hours. They had to rewire several things that were wired wrong. So not only did I have to buy a whole other sub because they set my original one up wrong, I had to turn around and pay to replace a faulty part that they installed. I also have a dent in my dash and I was lied to. Save yourself A LOT of money and headache and go somewhere else. I had a terrible experience.

My faith in retail has been restored. Two visits in one month both times the same man helped me. Way over the top in his determination and willingness to solve my problem. I gotta say thanks Andre!!!

If you're looking for the sound system you need for your car or truck they got it I have a 1986 Ford F-150 extended cab put on the other side although they didn't understand box fit my truck. And if I'm not mistaken they can make them custom they do installs. And they also have a sound booth if you need to check your stuff out before you purchase it stop by and get your sound at creative car audio. Also if you need advice set up on your vehicle for people with DUIs this is the place. Have a good day and God bless

We had a new stereo system installed in our boat. They got us in pretty quickly and it sounds great! They even met us up there after hours to drop it off and pick it up which was so nice of them. Very pleased!

I brought in a 2018 2SS Camaro to have dual 12 in subs installed. They were quick and fairly cheap. The employees were also very quick to answer any questions I had and just a pleasure to talk to. I definitely recommend this business and will be coming back myself.

Went in wanting a new set of 4 or 4x6 speakers knowing about the ones I had. They showed me those and also were on the ball to recommend another set that was even better for a similar price. 10/10 experience will be back

Great customer service! Tried to fix what I had other than selling me new equipment! After 30 minutes trying found my amp was bad and set me up with new amp that fit my system perfectly, sounds awesome now!

Dude with the snow flake tattoos was cool. Encouraged me to put my stereo in by myself. Personally I hate wiring, but it did save me $100 and works great. I could probably build an engine, but wiring has never been my thing. Thanks bro. Best place to get anything stereo wise installed. Wouldn t recommend installing your own subs though, lol.
