Used coats towing on several occasions, they are very friendly and this time was very fast. Only waited for about 15 minutes . But the pricing was IMO overly high. 80$ for a mile tow.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

If I could give 0 stars I would!! 1st the man is so so rude, 2nd my mother was told she could come get my step dad's belongings. He was in a wreck with a tractor trailer on his motorcycle on Wednesday now today he insists my mother who is with her husband who's fighting for his life right now in ICU pay him $675 cash by 5 p.m. in order to even get his cell phone!! I will never use their services they are rude and they are basically robbing a woman who's husband may not even survive. They've left a horrible taste in my families mouth I would never ever use their service. Bad bad bad.Service: Motorcycle towing

They don't even deserve 1 star but it was the lowest option. $750 to tow a motorcycle and 100 a day for storage is a rip off on any level (after hours, wrecked, and a motorcycle) were the reasons given for the price gouging. Reporting to the BBB clearly there are unprofessional business practices here. Do not recommend

Keith was great. He was friendly, knowledgable, and had a great attitude. Due to icy roads, we had to take a detour and he was quick on his feet to figure out the best and safest route to go. I would definitely recommend!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Our son and grandson were traveling from Michigan to Texas and had truck trouble. It was very stressful as they were so far from home. We called numerous towing services in the area with disappointing results. When we called Coats Towing, they picked up the phone immediately and after we explained the situation, were more than happy to help. They arrived in less than ten minutes, fixed the problem, and got them back on the road. We couldn t be happier with their service and genuine concern for our family. Highly recommend and so appreciate them!!

I was towed in due to a hit and run that put me in the hospital. Once I was out I called Coats to see if I could get some stuff out of my car and my tow guy, Patrick, was absolutely amazing! He was super nice, very professional and he went above and beyond the next day when I had forgotten one very important thing out of my car!! I would definitely use Coats again just because Patrick!!!! Fantastic!!!

Had a blowout on the interstate at 9pm on a sunday. Called and had an answer in 2 rings, was picked up in less than 15 minutes and driven from Joplin to Neosho quickly and efficiently. Cheapest rates around, fastest service, and would reccomend this company to anyone.Would give more than 5 stars if possible. :p

I helped a friend, who's vehicle was towed and in storage for 7 hrs and was charged $320.00. Absolutely Ridiculous!!!! Talk about taking advantage of someone. Was told there was a gas fee, towing fee, gate fee, and storage fee.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Had my car, tools8 month old puppy stolen. The guy who did it left or at 15th laundry matt. Tow truck driver broke window out saved dog but never turned it over to the cops he will not give him back and I cant get my tools and car either
