We were referred to Brockman's when my daughter's catalytic converter was stolen. They were quick and extremely reasonable. We went back to them for an issue with a muffler and I appreciated the concern for my daughter. The muffler was replaced, again very reasonably, and we are so grateful for their fine service.

Need a catalytic converter replaced as well as the muffler. Came in hoping to get a better estimate, than the one I had received at Firestone. Not only did I get a better price but the gentleman who runs the place, replaced both converters, modified my exhaust and replaced my tailpipe. I got my vehicle back the same day I dropped it off which was amazing. He let me know I needed a tune-up when I picked up my vehicle and gave me the names of a few shops that could get it done. I will make sure to let everyone I know that needs exhaust repairs to come here.

I have taken my car several times to Brockman s only for inspections as I ve not needed any other services. There have been multiple times he is the only place in town willing to do an inspection. I can tell it s tedious to do these types of things when you run a mechanic shop, but he is always available and if my car does have any issues in the future, he s the guy I m going to.

John was very prompt to answering messages through Google maps and now my car no longer sounds like an 18-wheeler trying to go uphill after missing a gear shift.If only every place in this area was that helpful. He will look at your vehicle at first, see what is wrong, give you an estimate and will stick to it on the spot. Very thorough and professional.

Mr Brockman is a doll, your typical car guy not very talkative but very knowledgeable. Repaired my vehicle within 72hrs and made sure i understood what to check in the future to avoid the issues from reoccurring.Thank you Mr Brockman.

Great place to go for an exhaust . He s straight and to the point . Best to leave the vehicle with him for the day and if you can bring you exhaust with you . But he does custom build the pipes . Patients is key here but does amazing work

Went to get my muffler replaced, good communication and he was very fast to reply to texts. Accommodating on making time for me and was quick in doing the work. Great prices and an awesome attitude. Got to wait in the air conditioning while he replaced it and he provided entertainment inside.

Came here looking for help since I'm new in Joplin. Great customer service. John check my car and told me to bring it in the next day in the morning. So I did, and in less than an hour my car was ready fixed and in perfect condition. I'm very grateful that I found someone so devoted to his work and word. Went in this morning, got me right in did what i ask him to do on my exaust. Great service really nice guy that definitely knows his stuff. Highly recommend him an his business! My exaust sounds awsome . I would give him 10 stars if possible!

Discourteous driver! No turn signals, stopped in the middle of the road TWICE! Then turned left with no turn signal! If you re driving a business vehicle you should be respectful of other drivers

This man is reasonable! He's open on Saturdays as well, but call first! 20 bucks, and my pipe was welded. I no longer sound like a farm truck!

Well we had just moved here, and was not familiar with the area, we looked brockman's up, and pretty much read the reviews and thought we'd try them out and Amazing job and to b honest I'm glad we went to them there good and excellent customer service thank guys
