I sent my cluster I. To get the tach fixed which they fixed that with no issues but they broke my reset button in the process. The lady in the office was very nice about it when we finally settled on them sending me a button for me to install myself (never did offer any compensation for the issue) which is fine but it was weeks of having to call them every couple days to finally get the button shipped out. At one point in the process I called and they didn t answer a few times throughout the day so I called right back on another phone and the picked right up which was also fairly suspicious. My dash has been working fine but the weeks of back and forth about getting it fixed was what really irritated me. I will not be sending them any other products.

Perfect experience here with this business. Repaired a F53 Ford RV chassis instrument cluster. Cluster appeared to work fine but was draining my battery. Appears the cluster assembly does more than display gauges mine was drawing .5 amps with key off .All better now, gauge lens was polished and I had LED bulbs installed. This is my first experience with this company and Lindsey. Would use for sure in the future if ever necessary.

Sent in my hvac controller. Came back like new. Glad they are so close. If I didn't want to ship I could drive there in 3 hrs. Great work.

Was skeptical because of all the scams out there, but nothing to worry about here. Sent in my climate control module for my 3rd Gen 4Runner and they had it repaired and sent home within a few days. Thanks!

My 2004 Corvette 06 commemory competition have the same problem with ABS EC. M, they fixed it no problem for a $150. No more lights on the dashboard

Would not recommend, rarely return emails or calls. Sent a cluster in for repair, came back with another issue. They advised it was not the cluster, I spent $850 on other parts. Found out it was the cluster. Advised them, I still had to go get another cluster and send to them, when it came back 2 warning lights and 1 illumination light was not working. I was advised they would reimburse me for the second cluster, they never did. They wont stand behind their lifetime warranty. Update: Since this review, Auto Tech Rescue has stepped up and made things right. I do appreciate the effort of Lindsay for making sure things were right.Service: Electrical

WTH??? Omg I'm so thankful to Auto Tech Rescue for existing without a new brake module I was screwed. How does Ford discontinue this module is beyond me!!! I LOVE & am so amazed LIFE TIME WARRANTY & MONEY BACK FOR THE CORE....AUTO TECH RESCUE THANK YOU!!!

I had a great experience using Auto Tech Rescue to repair the instrument panel in my 2006 Ford F-150. My panel had multiple issues including dim lights, a bad motor on the battery gauge, odometer screen not working, and speedometer and odometer going on and off. There are several companies out there, but I chose Auto Tech Rescue for their reasonable pricing, good reviews and LED light upgrade option. I spoke to them twice on the phone - once before sending the panel out and once after it was repaired. They were knowledgeable and helpful in explaining different options. I received the panel back and everything is working once again! The LED lights are nice and bright too. I would not hesitate to use this company again.Service: Electrical

awesome! best service! fast, great prices and lifetime warranty. i saw the reviews before hand. 100% 5 stars. I drove 5 hours from Iowa today. done in an hour with total rebuild, led lights. about 200 bucks. a 20 hour road trip would still be worth it. VERY HAPPY!

Did send a cluster from Ford 2007 E250 for repairs and got it back as repaired. However, after checking cluster, the issue was still there. Tried to contact company, but never heard back.

I do not recommend this company, I have been trying to get my cluster redone for months. We sent it in and had it redone, it worked fine for about 6 months, now it won t stop flashing. I have been calling and emailing for months and am still not getting a response on what they are going to do to fix it!Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Lindsay knows her stuff. She is a breath of fresh air. She went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. This company is great. I had my cluster on my 2004 Nissan Titan repaired over a month ago and I m writing this review a month later to say the cluster has worked flawlessly. They fixed my coolant temperature gauge and recalibrated the other gauges. Check this out I overnighted the cluster and they received it the next day. Did a quality job repairing the cluster while staying in contact with me and shipped it back out same day to me and I received it the next day after repair. I highly recommend this company and they have earned my business for life. Thank you Auto Tech Rescue

I sent these guys my cluster for a repair and they made it not only work it looks a million time better as well. To the lady I kept calling a bugging thank you so much you made this simple and easy. I received my instrument cluster back with one of the screens missing. I had to go to a junkyard to pull another dashboard to fix the issue for my customer. I have left several voicemails, several emails, and I still haven't had the issue resolved. It has been almost 2 months now. If they get back to me and resolve the problem then I will update my review. 9/2/2022Same day I posted this review they sent a small refund to my credit card and apologized. I'm not sure they deserve it, but I will change it from 2 stars to 4.

Awesome work .I have had 2 different instrument clusters done by them . I had a normal rebuild of a GM cluster in my 05 Trail blazer .And since I still like GM products I got an 05 Avalanche and had them rebuild the cluster and upgraded it this time and it look great works so much better . stepper motors seem to even move smother. thank you all for the work Highly recommend. Quick turnaround time also .

So the mileage readout stopped working and the gear selector light was all but gone on my 2007 Tahoe instrument cluster. After reading the reviews of LOTS of companies. I decided to go with Auto Tech Rescue for the fix. They made it ridiculously easy. All I had to do was box it up and send it with one of their own labels that I printed. They fixed it the next day and I had it back soon after. I will definitely be coming back if I need them again.Service: Electrical

Lindsey has been exceptionally helpful. She has definitely done much more to help me than required. I sent her my cluster to a 1999 Ford Windstar SE and found out that it could not be repaired. Not only was I not charged anything due to the cluster not being repairable, she helped me find a replacement cluster. Any future issues I may have, Lindsey and Auto Tech Rescue will be the 1st place I call! Thank you Auto Tech Crew!

These guys are exceptional...Starting with the receptionist (can't remember her name but she is a real sweetheart)They removed the instrument panel rebuilt it and put it back in. It took about an hour and a half. Lifetime warranty on mine.We drove down from St. Louis.You won't be disappointed by doing business with these guys.

Their product was exactly as advertised, and has performed flawlessly since I followed the well written instructions and installed the unit while eating fast food in a parking lot. There was a hiccough in the shipping, but Lindsey worked hard and put it right. Given the huge savings over a Toyota part, I have no hesitation recommending Auto Tech Rescue.

The customer service is top knotch. The lady who answered the phone was well informed and professional. She was very polite. I decided at the last minute to upgrade to a white face and blue LEDs. Something I would whole heartedly suggest doing. Ford dash clusters can be hard to see. But this upgrade took care of that.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Sent in my instrument cluster for repair before they got it they always answered phone after they received it i couldnt get them to answer if they did they say they calk back an never would after my part got fixed i payed an never got my tracking number so i have been calling to get it with no answer! If yal cant have someone answer phones calls maybe yal shouldnt have a business

I ordered a refurbished climate control unit for my 04 toyota highlander and I am was impressed! The customer service was great, the part arrived on time, the part was cleaned and brand new looking. Everything worked, it was quick easy and very reasonably priced. I honestly wasnt expecting perfect but I got it! First time ordering from this company but it won't be the last.

Lindsey handled matters very professional. I had troubles with my 1998 Nissan Frontier cluster that was shipped from Hawai'i. Instead of giving up she went beyond to help come to a solution. Very happy the way she handled this matter. Owner should be very proud of her. Customer service skills are outstanding! Thank you Lindsey.

I wanted to express my sincere thanks to Lindsay and her team at Auto Tech. Though the instrument cluster was not able to be rebuilt, Lindsay located a salvaged part that matched perfectly in no time. The part was shipped overnight to me and the mechanic installed and problem solved. Saved me over a thousand dollars. Besides the monetary savings, the customer service was above and beyond what I have experienced in a long time. That extra bit of help goes a very long way. Thanks again, Matthew

***Fantastic service - Auto Tech Rescue walked me thru getting the right replacement component in my dash for my Toyota Highlander. Auto Tech Rescue was the most reasonably priced, had excellent customer service, knew their product and were easy to work with compared to other companies I contacted. To top it all off, I ordered the right part but it was the wrong color. They exchanged the part for the right color at no additional charge and without any hassle.
