Outstanding service. Very pleased with their expertise. Oil filter on my car was leaking oil badly and they replaced it in a few minutes and that corrected the leaking problem . Appreciate their effort to help me, especially after Outlaw Lube on 7th Street refused to replace the filter saying that it definitely was not the oil filter leaking.

Used to go here for my oil changes but will never go back again after how I was treated when I went in for an ID/OD today. Called and verified they would do the ID/OD for me and arrived 5 minutes later to be turned away because they didn t feel like doing anymore that day. When I said I just called they said they knew but they weren t going to argue with me then slammed the roll up door in my face.

The manager assaulted an employee today which ended in an employee going to urgent care and a police report being filed. Same manager grabbed another employee by the throat in anger not to long ago. Employers are not allowed to physically assault their employees. I would definitely find another business to utilize for your automotive needs.

Was in and out in under 15 minutes, unlike Walmart lube they vacuumed the floors and the service was competitive in their price.

Absolutely incredible service. I went in for an inspection and ended up failing. The crew showed me the issue and offered to fix it for a super reasonable price. I dropped my vehicle off the next day for repairs and when I came back to retrieve it they informed me that my car ended up having another issue that they had missed on the initial inspection. They decided to honor the original quoted price and fixed the secondary issue for me anyways. I have never had service that good anywhere and I will definitely be coming back!!! My car was overheating and we really needed to get it working ASAP. I was able to have it diagnosed and repaired within a few hours and it was only $70. The owner Ryan even went above and beyond to drive my 3 year old and myself back to our house so we could wait there while they worked on it, because we didn t have a ride. I also brought my other vehicle same day, close to closing and they had the oil changed within minutes. These guys are amazing and I truly appreciate them going the extra mile. Excellent service. We ve been going here for years but we will for sure remain loyal customers.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The only place I trust to do oil changes and other minor car work. The service is always fast and I am usually out in less than 15-20 minutes...at most.The employees are phenomenal. They kind and respectful every time I go.

I have tried a few different places to have my oil changed. This place was the best I found in the last two years. Fast and very polite service. It isn't the closest place to me but I will drive farther to go there again next time. Check them out.

According to the date from my last oil change, it was that time again. They actually told me I didnt need it changed and that the oil was still clean since I had only drive it 300 miles since the last visit! Their honesty is very important to this widow, and that's why they get my business.

Fast service & has a very experienced and personable mechanic on hand. They have worked on my cars from an older ford ranger to a newer bmw.

I absolutely LOVE this place. They are always very nice as super fast! They never take longer than 10-15 min to change my oil and charge me a fair price (about $35). As a 21 year old woman, I'm always careful where I go to get any kind of work done on my car for fear of being ripped off. Honesty is very important to me and I never feel like I'm being cheated here.

I went in for an oil change. The guys that were working on my car spotted a problem with my car that wasn't part of of the oil change. They showed me the problem, fixed it, and made suggestions for how to prevent in the future. Waiting area was nice and cool. Even with the extra issue I was still in and out in under 30 minutesI don't live in Joplin, but the extra drive was worth it. They have a customer for life!Service: Oil change

The staff was friendly and helpful i needed to leave it at the shop overnight and the owner Ryan had one of his helpers take me home. Great work on everything I've had done there. I've had brakes, rotors, transmission and radiator flushes and of course oil changes. The guys there explain what they do, why it needs to be done and if It can wait to have something done. I bring all 4 of my cars here and I am very pleased with service, price and friendliness.

Awesome! Honestly my favorite place to get my truck serviced. I drive from the opposite side of Joplin to these folks. Fast and friendly, reasonable pricing, and you can comfortably watch from their waiting room as they work with your vehicle. Super fast detailing also!

Every time I go there I get top notch service. They are SO FAST! I was barely into the first couple of paragraphs in my book and they had already gotten my oil switched. And to top it all off they have the best price I found in the area. I will continue using these guys!

Tried to get an Inspection. Was told they won't do Inspections after 430. So much for customer service. Not Impressed. I looked at my watch and it was 4:37. They probably should have tried harder to get my business. I will never use their services.
