They replaced our old L shaped board couch with an actual couch that makes in to a bed and relocated the fuse box were it was hidden. Rick called me and informed me about everything he was going to do. Looks really nice. Thank you!

If my family and I could leave a 0 we would. Do not let this company touch your RV, they will destroy it and claim to be innocent.Last time I posted all of the details (which is a very long and detailed story) about our experience with Jays in Spring of 2023, Jay the owner called us and threatened to sue us for allegedly exaggerating and lying about our experience with him. I am sure he will threaten us again, too.Its amazing how much the truth seems hated in todays society!

I used jays mobile service to get my furnace motor fixed. They charged me double what other local rv companies had the part for and it took almost two weeks to get it in, compared to a few days at the other places. Unfortunately, I couldn t repair myself and was dependent on their mobile service. Everyone was very nice but their prices were way off.

Took my camper there for hail damage and they replaced my metal and my roof they did an amazing job and really helped me with my insurance company thanks so much jay will definitely be back with any future issues and will highly recommend!!!

Fixed my roof leaks in about 2 hours or so after they appraised the work on Monday and fixed it in Thursday. Can't get that service anyplace else in the area. Pretty much just played with the shop dog the time I was waiting there today. Glad I found a good place for future work now.

Got there at 1030, they were supposed to close at 3pm but stayed late because of an insurance mistake to make sure we got to go home with our camper today! It was awesome and they more than met our expectations!

Whatever you do, Do Not use this company. They have destroyed our new RV and attempted to blame eveything on us. The female owner was very rude and cussing at us.

We purchased our first rv at Jay s. Very professional and easy to work with. There was a slight issue with some plywood and Jay repaired it before we took possession. We would recommend Jay s rv to anyone in the market for a used rv.

What a great find. This place is the best. Not sure I would have continued to own an RV without Jay's. Jay and his team have been great at helping me navigate the steps of working with my manufacturer for warranty and service work. I recently had a little accident in my Class A and Jay was the amazing at helping me get back on the road. They did a great job of bringing me back to as good as new. Can't say enough great things about this place. Other repair shops just put you on the lot and get to you whenever it is convenient to them. Jay has been excellent at working with me on my time. My local dealer would not warranty my RV because I did not purchase it through them. Jay was happy to take on my warranty work. Lucky to have found him and won't take my RV anywhere else.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim, Oil change

I put my camper there on consignment trying to sell, not a good experience.Staff I dealt with were very courteous very kind not so helpful and not so knowledgeable I definitely felt like they didn t have my best interest in mind, the sales person who contacted me with my first and only offer was very very inexperienced I actually felt like I was talking to a 15-year-old. Would not recommend Jays for selling your camper on consignment for the first two weeks my camper was on the lot it was between two huge campers and it was so tight you could not even open it the buyers that did make an offer had to come back the next day just so they could see inside of it because it was basically hidden between two huge campers.When we pull the NADA value they told me the correct price but I didn t know then that that price was for very basic camper that didn t even include a spare tire once I added the options in the camper to the NADA option list the value jumped quite a bit and I feel like they should ve known that, to get a accurate value of the camper this is what they do for a living.

We were passing thru town on our way home when the roof on our class a started to delaminate. We were able to swing by Jay's RV first this Saturday morning and they jumped right on patching it so we could make it home safely. We are super grateful! Thank you guys!

Jay's RV repaired my Keystone Laredo after a electrical fire. They did a excellent job on fixing my RV to the way it naturally looked.Jay & his team are very professional & knowledgeable. We are very glad & happy we took our RV to him. Jay is so knowledgeable about RV's & very professional to talk to.Thank You Jay for fixing our home!

We were traveling from Georgia to Colorado and one of our hubs failed and the entire assembly came off of the axle damaging it beyond repair. It happened on a Friday at 4PM just before closing. They got us in and came in the next day (Saturday), just to fix our axle so that we could continue our trip. While they didn't have our axle in stock, they came up with a solution and were extremely accommodating given our circumstances. Customer service was the fifth star of my rating, highly recommend their shop.

I read reviews and wanting to help a small business decided to try them. When we entered the office both Jay and his wife were smoking cigarettes. I can t stand the smell and was concerned our camper would pick up odors. They told me they would call me on Monday to give me the diagnosis. I waited until Wednesday and then called them. I was told they were behind and hadn t got it in yet. Long story short I had to call every time for updates. Finally got it fixed but charged about 3 times the price after I checked around.Wish them the best but I d never go back.

Jay's is outstanding. They got us finished before they had even predicted. Didn't sell us anything we didn't need,when he probably could have. I'd definitely recommend them.

My husband and I drove a little over 3 hrs to buy a pop-up camper. They showed us everything we needed to know about it and answered all our questions. We couldn t be more happier with it. These folk are super nice, thoughtful and kind. We definitely recommend doing business with them.

I wasn't pleased. Bought a consignment camper from them and trying to get help from them was almost impossible. Jay kept telling me, "hey I'm not making money on this deal, I need my kid moving trailers around not helping you with the camper". I offered to pay for his time, he wouldn't do that either. He his wife his boy and his girl just watched me out the window. I have very little respect for the man. He is interested in how much he makes not helping you.

I highly recommend! I can't say enough nice things about Jay's RV repair. Jay & Heather the owners are very honest. Their prices are very reasonable and the quality of work is well above their competitors. I own a class A diesel pusher and have used all the big named local rv repair shop. I can honestly say they are the first shop I've used that I didn't feel I was being taking advantage of. If you're needing RV repair, they are the ones to go see.

We took our camper to Jay after getting a ridiculously high estimate from Complete RV repair. Jay gave a very reasonable estimate. When the camper was repaired the total bill was right on the estimate & his work is very high quality. Will definitely use Jays s again.

I want to thank Heather and Jay. We purchased our new RV from Camping World in OKC in June and then brought it to the St. Louis area for a temporary work assignment. Our air conditioner went out immediately upon arriving. The local store and the store I purchased the RV from dropped us like a hot potato. Jay and Heather worked tirelessly with the manufacturer of the air conditioner, and we now have a working ac again. I appreciate the communication, patience, and integrity that Jay's demonstrated. I know I was a pain in their butt at times, but they showed empathy and concern for our situation. Thanks again Heather, Jay, and team.Service: Air conditioning

I waited three months for them to fix my refrigerator. I finally called on a Monday and was told they would be out here on Tuesday because I needed to check something out waited all day Tuesday no phone call and nobody showed. I called them back on Wednesday told him I find someone else and after waiting for 3 months another gentleman came out that Friday and the only thing I needed was my door to be straightened up. I also needed a new fireplace and I wanted a whole new satellite system put on my trailer and I believe what bothers me the most is they didn't try to make it right I have not heard from them since we've lived in trailers for 40 years I've never met or dealt with a company that's so unreliable and don't care.

Not impressed. Came to fix my furnace and it stopped working two days later so I called back asking them to come back out. I was told someone would call me to set up a time to come out and I never heard anything back. Called and left a message still no response. On top of it all when pulling out my furnace to look at it the gentleman scratched my cabinets and told me I can go get my own repair sticks for the wood.

Jay and Heather are freakin awesome !! Called them around 9 on Saturday morning because we destroyed the convertor in our rv...They were on our property working on our rv ( which we live in as we travel for work ) within 2 hrs and had the convertor replaced a short while later. They also made sure that everything was in working order before they left us ! We cannot say enough good things about Heather and Jay !!! Thank y'all so much !!! Y'allare the ONLY people that we will call for any future repairs we may need !!!!

It was a pleasure doing business with Heather and Jay along with all the staff. We are first timers, everyone there took the time to go through the rv and show us how it functioned. We can't say enough about the service. we will buy and get service there again.

We did a co_signment purchase from jays. The proprietors were supper awesome and thier associates. So far so good....we.were.to meet for some parts yesterday but I don't think anyone is really up to it this close to Xmas.....Great people to work with

This is a great place to have your RV repaired. They are very friendly and have amazingly fast service. There is no job too big for them. Fast turn over and always treat ya like family. Thanks Jay and Heather for everything.

We rented a travel trailer for the weekend from Jay's RV and had a blast. The camper was nice and the people at Jay's RV are great to work with. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
