I just want to give a shout-out to Madison. I had posted a review about a poor experience that I was continuously having with the refrigerated food being bad. Being a local, Madison knew who I was and that I had been the one who posted it. I'm probably the only Tommy that comes in for a salad multiple times a week at the same time . Anyways, today I came in at my normal time and saw that there was no food in the refrigerated section. Madison then asked what kind of salad I liked, had it made, then gave it to me free of charge. She told me the refrigerator has been acting up for a long time and they've had multiple people come and work on it, but they are still having issues. So I just wanted to say thank you to Madison for her professionalism and generosity.I can also tell by reading the reviews that the store owner(s) really do care by replying to people who have issues, then taking care of said issues. Thank you for caring.

I fueled my car and got it washed. Plus my kickback card had built up some rewards, so took advantage of a small discount when I bought my lunch inside (fish dinner with potato wedges).

The staff that work4/21 around 7-8 was very rude, I told them that the sweet tea and the unsweetened tea was out, and everytime I've been up there in the last two weeks it has been out. One staff member got in my face and said we have been busy. Not my fault but she had No right to get in my face. Plus that's not an excuse it doesn't take long to make. They just need to bring Penny back cause this never happened when she was there.

Absolutely the worst service, employees are rude unprofessional, act like they are doing you a favor IF they wait on you.Should change the name to slow Lane.Only way I'll ever do business there again is if I run out of gas right in front of it.

I can t thank the wonderful people my mother and I met at the FastLane in Jonesburg MO. We had car trouble and Pennie helped us find Darrell at D&D towing, Milton and Fred helped with the car plus driving us around. Pennie and her staff were awesome. There are good and kind people in mid MO. So if you are near Jonesburg off I-70 please stop and support this great business!

I was in there at 1:30 and there was no unsweetened tea made. So I told a worker and she said that they were busy. Well instead of making unsweetened tea she brewed sweet tea so I had to wait another 10 for Unsweet tea. When the sweet tea was done I told them can you make unsweetened tea now. They told me that I had to wait until sweet tea was done well it was done. Everyone working today Sunday should be fired. The ones that was working at 1:30 pm

The lady who runs this place, Penny, is a nice hardworking, dedicated woman. She knows her job, enforces rules and makes this store in Jonesburg SO prosperous. She's been doing it her whole life. I wish she owned the store she's that good.

The staff need to learn how to thank the customer. Thanking the customer is the most important thing counter help can do. Without the customer they have no jobs and without the customer the owner has no business.

I could not have thank the three ladies enough working around 7:00pm, my phone died while I was using GPS and got lost. Madison was a life saver and a elderly women calmed my panic attack because I was lost and had my seventh month old baby with me. I am visiting my mom and went to Walmart in warrenton MO because my GPS/phone is used to St.Charles and I am from St.Charles MO so I am not familiar with this place at all. I asked if I could use their work phone but it didn't go through with calling my mother because she was trying to call me while my phone was dead to try and find me. Thankfully Madison handed me her phone and the elderly women gave me the gas station address to let my mom know where I'm at. If it weren't for such kind service the police station wouldve sent out a vehicle look out to everyone. Madison and the elderly women deserve a raise. There are still good people in the world!! Pray to god and it will be answered!!

truckers do not stop for diesel in this store this is a fraud, the machine to swipe the diesel card never works and you have to pay with your personal card and they charge the price that is in the pump

Love our hometown Fastlanes , but, we are also able to use the Fastlanes in so many other towns and use our kickback cards at all of them.
