Carol G. (the fat guy) tried to SCAM me into REPLACING THE WHOLE FOUR TIRES while I got ONE flat tire from a car that I just bought last year. He also made me WAIT TWO HOURS without giving me back the car key or saying the process was canceled (btw, he saw me waiting next to the counter) then go away and working on something else. The reason is because the flat tire is "unrepairable" when I just get to another shop and get that tire fixed in 30 minutes. He was also very rude and disrespectful during the interaction. He made me wait in front of the counter while he chatted with his friend, and he has the audacity to sign and act frustrated while just putting my car information into the digital form (I get he used all of his stamina to do this). Come to this shop if you want to get scammed and waste your time, as well as meet a "wonderful" P.O.S like Carol.Service: Tires

Refused to plug a hole in a tire because they close in 20 minutes more like they are just too lazy to do the job they are paid to do.

Travis the service manager on 1/15/22 @ 8:00am changed my sons tire but refused to place the spare back under the bed of truck which is where it belongs. Now I called other locations that morning in the area to confirm protocol and they replied that every location has the same equipment and the spare tire should of been placed where it belongs. I will be contacting upper management until issue resolved. He is a college student and doesn't need to worry about if his spare is safe in case of emergency.Service: Tires

I took the rims and some tires I bought for my riding mower there and had the tires installed in about 20 mins. Everything went smooth and was impressed how quickly I was heading out the door.

Staff are usually nice. The good ends there though. Every time I've brought a vehicle to them they have screwed something up that I had to have someone else correct.I recommend almost anyone else in town for auto care.

What to expect at least a two-hour wait. Even though takes less than 20 minutes to change 4 tires. And for those who are going to say well they were probably just busy. I got there at 9 a.m. and they were pulling out a vehicle that just got done with an oil change and I was the next in line to be brought in. No one else came in until I was getting ready to leave at almost a quarter after 11. Maybe Ann and Stan kroenke should ask their store managers to be sure to hire more mechanics in the Auto Care Department.

Came in and had to wait 15 minutes for an associate. Once an employee came out, I was told that my car would be taken in for an oil change because there wasn t any other cars being worked on. When I was registering for the oil change I asked how long it generally takes, and was repeatedly told, we ll call you over the intercom. Okay, not what I was asking, but thanks. Walked around the store for over an hour and came back to check how it was going and was told my car hadn t even been started, and that I was next. I m giving a one star because the customer service was extremely poor and lack of communication was annoying. The younger associate working the counter when I came back was very kind, and I wish he had better coworkers so he wouldn t have to pick up their slack.

Im not ordering online from Walmart anymore, customer service and the lazyness of the "associates " is worse now than when i was employed there. Unacceptable...they dont even deserve 1 star.

Everytime I bring my van in I have had problems the tighten the lugs nuts on so tight a normal person with any other tool other than compact tools can not remove them. Making it impossible to fix a flat tire on your own. Multiple visits to fix same problems and still end up taking it somewhere else to fix. Bad place to take your vehicle. DONT DO IT.

Friendly customer service. The technician identified what was wrong with my tire and was able to explain the problem to me. The problem was corrected within a reasonable wait time even though they were busy.

I have waited 2 hrs to hace 4 new tires put on and it will be another at least HR because they just now are starting. They are slow.... Very slow and incompetent. I would recommend any othet place for tire services or any other mechanical work. Saturday morning Wasted

The service is great and what they do is great and reasonably priced. However it might help to get another register person so when it gets busy we don't have to wait 10 minutes like we did at the stadium Boulevard location

Always do quick and great work for me. Everyone's nice and accommodating. Would like to get estimates on when my car would be done in the future though.

Alot cheaper than going to big ole tires. And the service was fast and great. I got to actually watch her put my tires on through the window

I have used Walmart's tire and lube a few times, thinking I could save some money, but each time, I have regretted that choice because of the slow and unfriendly service. I have not had any issues with the lube express, other than it not being "express", but I have had issues with each tire I've had replaced here, and now I take my business elsewhere.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The prices were very reasonable. I would recommend this place to anybody I came across I don't have a bad thing to say about them.

Given the attitude and intelligence (or lack thereof) from Clara at the front desk, I'll just wait for my usual shop to open on a weekday in the future.

It's definitely not fast service, but it was good service, and reasonably priced. If you're able to drop off and go somewhere else and dont have to wait it's a good place.

The guys at the auto shop have no business working on cars or changing tires!We carried in a tire and wheel to have a new tire put on we waited for a hour they said we were next so we left and came back 3 hours later still not done. took 5 hours to get it done and the guy spent 20 minutes balancing that one tire!I ve mounted tires and worked at tire shops in the past it was very comical to watch these guys work!

It's ridiculous how SLOW they are at an oil change! I went to Walmart because I thought I was going to have it done before my 2-3 hour timeframe ran out but NO! I will stick to Jiffy Lube next time

This is the armpit of an otherwise gross store. The back corner has the worst waiting area of any local mechanic/oil change location. In the past the staff has missed some things such as not filling tires, etc. On one occasion they forgot to replace my oil cap when done with an oil change.

Friendly guy at desk in automotive. Mechanics could leave less grease marks on vehicle..lol. But great service !

Needed new battery. They replaced in a very satisfactory amount of time. Price was very reasonable.
