There was a sign posted saying they would be back by 5 pm. So we waited for 40 minutes. Just for one of their guys to tell us they had closed automotive down. With no signs posted. Never come here.

Went here to get new tires when I was on my way to texas. Prices are reasonable, and they did everything a tire shop needed too while putting on/ balancing my tiresThey did it correctly with no tire shutter after and they torqued to spec like they were supposed to. No complaints really here.

Young man at counter gave me the wrong type of oil change. I had to insist I talk to the mechanic who did the oil change. He fin finally admitted he was had made a mistake and failed to tell mechanics to do a full.synthetic oil change. They had to redo the oil change. I arrived to the store at 8:46 and it was re as dy in 46 minutes but when they had to redo it, I didn't leave until 11:45.

I buy tires and batteries from here. Always wait hours to get anything done. Came to get battery replacement and free tire rotation at 8am. No one here -- no one -- still waiting, been at least an hour and fifteen minutes... and going... and they were sold out of the battery I need. [Sigh.]

I can always find what I need here and the employees are always very helpful. They even found my wife's keys in the parking lot and held onto them until I was able to come back and get them. Very helpful I'll be doing business with them again.

Asked them to change a couple bulbs that had gone out. They charged me for the bulbs and labor, but upon returning home I found the vehicle were still not working. Obviously they didn t check them after installing them.

JC Supercenter Drive Walmart has the best auto care center. The staff are knowledgable and have great customer service.

Other than the guy arguing with me about which oil change I could get and telling me I was wrong multiple times, the were super fast

Very affordable on oil changes. Changing the Tire prices need to be reduced! I go to a local tire shop for a lot cheaper.

Stood there for over 3 hours waiting for my turn no one was in the Bays just standing around talking and collecting a paycheck told the manager he didn't do a damn thing about it I was just never go to Walmart auto care ever
