Had to bring my Lexus here twice in the past 3 months for different reasons. Bob Rowling took great care of me and made me feel comfortable with the work being done. Great guy who really cares about his customers! Overall great staff and work gets done fast.

I had to make last minute changes to my 25,000 service appointment, moving it back an hour-and-a-half. The service department was very accomodating. Bob Rowling still managed to get my car in and out in about 30 minutes. Had a car issue after travelling in from out of town over a holiday. Despite not being an existing customer and their already packed schedule, they were able to fit my car in and get it fixed the same day so I could still travel back home on time. Courteous, professional, and friendly - I was thrilled with their service and will go to them again next time I'm in town if I have anything I want checked.
