Whether it was Riley or Rusty Drewing, the service department at this dealership has always been stellar. They are honest, stand behind their work and have taken very good care of me and my vehicle going on 10 years now. I have worked with Russ, Bob and Scott many times for issues large and small that come up with an older, high-mileage vehicle and they've always been great.

Riley Toyota is excellent! They have good customer service, treating us with courtesy and respect every time we are there. Their work is thorough and professional. They go the extra mile to take care of even the smallest details.

Actually, I had service done while I waited inside by the parts counter. I really like the way they have the parts counter located by the waiting area. Lots of places put them away behind another set of doors. I don't know why but that just feels a little awkward when you want to order parts for your vehicle. Like it's another store. Having it right out in the open feels more inviting and less like your are disturbing someone. I've ordered from them on several occasions and even when I've decided on something different they have always been helpful and shared their knowledge.

Toyota's repair shop found a way to get my mouse-damaged wiring patched to get the lights working again! Meantime they can replace the wiring harness at a great price!!
