I highly recommend The Car Guys to service your car, truck, suv whatever you drive. I trust their work , they are not perfect but they get 5 they keep my car running good. They are affordable, nice and friendly. Thank you /God bless you, Steve and Marty and Work Crew.

I have been fixing my car at Car Guys for more than 20 years. I like how good they provide their expert service. Walk in oil change, tire service. They have fair prices on services too

Dangerous, negligent, incompetent and unprofessional. If you re ready to die in a fiery crash and then have your family told it s not their problem take your vehicle here. They did not install our tire properly and it fell off driving down the road ruining our ball joint and bearings. To fix it they simply slapped another tire on and sent us on our way in a vehicle that would not pass inspection. Scary that people like this can inspect vehicles and be responsible for peoples lives. They should be shut down. Take your car to Custom Complete Automotive if you value your loved ones or even just your money.

Don't go here, i asked them to find where my car was leaking oil and they charged me 200$ just to tell me "its an old car, they just leak oil" make the 30 minute trip to nathans in California Mo if you want things done correctly

I was traveling to Jeff City and my vehicle broke down. The Car Guys got me in and my vehicle was repaired in a couple of hours. It was an excellent experience and a very reasonable price.

Steve Scherr (owner) is always great to work with. I have gone to The Car Guys garage for several years and had mechanical work done, oil changes to new tires. I trust Steve with my auto needs completely and would recommend this business to anyone.

I'm a commercial van driver for a local transportation service, and visited them this morning for and oil change and maintenance. They got the job done very quickly so I could get the van back on the road ASAP. They had quite a large number of orders, but they finished up one, got to my van, took care of a couple of items needing attention, and got me out the door toot-sweet.Thanks!A visit to their location today, I have a different vehicle now, they didn't have the tires needed this morning. Even being overwhelmed, they got a pair of tires ordered for afternoon delivery and installation, so I'll be returning as soon as they call for the install.

I called in to see if they had any time for an inspection, while I do understand it's the end of the month (we are in Jeff City where most of the workers are state employees. We get paid at the end of the month. Sorry not sorry), and you guys are tired of doing inspections. But just because you've done 5 inspections at the time of my call- doesn't mean you should try and tell me I don't need an inspection just to get me off the phone- I went somewhere else after confirming I do need an inspection.

They are the best mechanics in town. I get treated fairly and the price is very reasonable. They get the work done by the time they say and most of the time sooner. Jay is the best and goes above and beyond.

Honest, and very polite, with reasonable price will be taking my car there again and again! Thank you guys so much! Even if something wasn t right or more problems came about having respectful communication is key to get everything worked out.

They inspected my car, and told me I needed a new ball joint. After breaking a bolt, removing a spindle and taking it to another mechanic, they put it back together. When putting it back together they didn't replace the CV axle nut, which is a one time use part. It needs to be replaced after being removed. The car was NOT safe to drive. I had a terrible vibration, because my wheel was not properly and fully attached to my car.Do not recommend ever.

I paid over 700 dollars just 2 wks ago for power steering to be replaced. Also they said i needed battery so i got one got van back it now smokes and had a rattle called them they fixed rhe rattle well power stearing just went out

Always do great work. Usually do my own work on my cars, but when I can't, I take the parts to them and they never have any issues getting it done for me. Very reasonably priced too.

I do not recommend you go to this place the only reason I went was because I got a safety inspection already but I lost the paper and I need to get plates so I went there to get a safety inspection he said I failed the safety inspection when the one that I did earlier that day was passed and he was very rude the place is disgusting and there's boxes everywhere that guy behind the counter was on his phone and rude I don't recommend

I will never bring my car back to this business. The owner Steve is one of the rudest business owners that I have met. He bullies you into leaving and almost yells at you. We asked for a recept of the parts that was put on the car and all we got was a hand written list of what was done. Not only do they not listen or do what you ask they charge a lot more than what I have had in cities like Chicago and Columbia for simple things. When I asked about what they had done Steve's response was "are you a mechanic" and that he was tired of dealing with stupid people complaining. Save your self the headache and go to some place with an ounce of customer service and basic business practices.

Save yourself some time, money and headaches and go to ANYONE else. I would give this rat hole 0 stars but 1 star is as low as it would go. Their customer AND repair services are TERRIBLE. I went to get a diagnostic and they told me my car needed a thermostat. Couple weeks later took it back to get fixed, they claimed they had fixed it and when I picked the car up it still did the same thing that I originally to it to them to repair. Long story short I have given them 3 tries to get it right, now they say I owe them an extra $75 (on top of the $200.00 I paid to originally get it fixed...AND IT NEVER WORKED!) and I either pay them the money or take them to court to get my car back....UNBELIEVABLE!

I ve taken 3 different vehicles there, they ve always gotten it done right, and I feel they got fair prices. I was pleasantly surprised on my most recent visit, about 1/2 what I expected.

There honest and fast the owners a good guy and the mechanics have been working for the business for a while. It's the only place I take to get my car worked on I wouldn't let anyone else touch my car.

Very honest and not to pricey. Just gotta watch that older lady that works the counter sometimes she gets her prices a lil mixed up. Other than that great customer service!!

Been there twice and their quality of service is really good and on time. Not too pricey comparing to other shops in the city which is definitely an added advantage.

I would not recommend I brought my car to get my front ball joints fixed and my Back breaks and my car came back with a oil leak the same day then got the nerve to tell me that it s not there problem but they can take a look at it smh

They "fixed" my car which knocked the alignment off by a lot. Then they refused to fix it. Do not bring your money here.

These guys were great! Problem turned out to be very minor and they fixed it quickly. We will definitely use them again!
