Came in hoping for a quick oil change and I got it! Gabriel and Cenneth were both so nice, helpful, and quick! I was in and out with a complete service in 15 minutes max.

What a great experience!! All staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Accommodating from the moment we called to see if we could get in with a camper. Served cold water and a dog treat as soon as we pulled in. Offered a variety of services and options. Very impressed and pleased with this staff! We ll visit again.

Overall a good experience, quick and thorough. Premium quality for a premium price but was satisfied with full receipt and oil reset on vehicle. Also was given a bottle of water while I waited. 1 star off because valve stem caps weren't secure on passenger side and grease left on door and hood from hands.

Not a very good experience. I kinda expected the prices to be higher considering it s supposed to be a quick oil change. But not only was it expensive, I was there for probably 35 minutes. The workers were nice the first time I came, and explained everything through and through because I had a man with me. I shortly noticed the next day that my car was shaking very bad, and I smelled oil. I came back the next day, alone and the workers basically told me that nothing they did caused that problem, take it to a shop I was understanding with them but also frustrated because my car wasn t doing that before the service. I m not saying don t go here, but my experience wasn t great after spending all of that money and no answers as to why my car was shaking. Also no note telling me when my next oil change was due.

I tried Take 5 in Jefferson City for the first time yesterday. I was in and out in about 10 minutes and they changed my oil, filter, air filter, and topped of my fluids and checked my tire pressures and cleaned my windshield while I sat in my car. The 25% military discount was an added bonus. The 2 gentlemen doing the work were outstanding! I ve already recommended this place to several friends and family.

So happy to see a Take 5 here in town! Cenny and Angie have awesome personalities, fun outgoing and just wonderful customer service, Gabrielle, and Saturn were also great and friendly staff and absolutely some of most friendly people I've met in this town. Very professional and quick! Logan and Cenneth are top notch as I was unaware they closed at 7 pm as I rolled in at 715 pm on a Friday night. They didn t make me feel like an inconvenience and gladly waved me in. I was reassured by all the double checks and allowing me to verify the oil level. I ll be back but I will be sure arrive earlier!

Tim provided excellent service, and helped me get the best deals! I came in for a oil change and new blades for my windshield and he got me all taken care of in no time, then when it came time to change out the air filter they didnt have mine in stock, and it was no big deal, Tim made a quick call and it was there in maybe 5 mins and installed! Definitely recommend Tim for all your needs at Take 5!

I have never had a more enjoyable experience getting my oil changed! I stayed in my car, Tim and Cenny were so nice and friendly! Explained everything, they were both so kind bc it was my first time and had no idea how everything worked. 100% recommend Take 5 to anyone! Especially if you are in a hurry!

Extremely overpriced! Service was okay. Quick, but definitely longer than 5 mins. They didn't reset my oil life. They didn't have windows stickers either.

I had another great experience at Take 5 in Jefferson City! I took my wife s Prius in this time. They do a very nice job of being courteous as well as safe. When I ask questions they are quick and knowledgeable with a reply, and if they cannot resolve my question or concern they give common sense suggestions. Their pricing is shown clearly and they have package deals if there are some extra things like blades or filters you need to purchase. Again Highly recommend!

Great service! Everyone was super nice! Oil change and air filter replacement took about 25 minutes at most! Little pricy hence the 4 stars but overall speed is awesome!

Staff was very kind and informed us on the process and all necessary details of the oil change process. We have officially decided that Take 5 will get our business for oil changes from here on out! I got a few bad reviews on this store but I d already been there before and had no complaints so I decided to go back. Don t listen to others opinions of them go check them out for yourself!!!

It was a really great service, very friendly and talkative. I would love to go back but it's so very pricey for an oil change and the website doesn't give you prices. I might go back just because they have such amazing workers.

I didn t wanna go to Columbia with 2% oil so I just stopped in on my way out of town and I said I just need an oil change so they do and stuff then take care of my tires, which is part of their service but I didn t know. The valve stem on my right tire is now broken and after I ve paid a guy hands me my valve stem and said I gotta go rn to get a replacement, should be about $10. No it s not $10, it s $85. And he said he wish he knew I already had a replacement stem in it before he started. I had said just an oil change and wasn t informed of them touching my tires til after they had started. So what was supposed to be a quick in and out is now a whole errand. As I m now upset and trying to go before my tire is completely flat, one guy goes you got insta? Bro my tire is leaking as we speak, I m late to be somewhere, and you trying to get my contact stuff?? Weird .All that and before they touched my tires they were like here s an air filter and I said no I just need my oil changed, before anything happened .

I brought my car in after I noticed it was leaking an alarming amount of fluid. I had just received an oil change from another place and for some reason, my oil was completely drained. Long story short the two men working were beyond nice and took their time on explaining things to me. They topped my oil off so I could make it home and take it to the dealership the next day. I truly appreciated their kind hearts and they made a stressful situation a little bit smoother.

Didn t even go to the place myself, but after calling to get a price estimate I was appalled by how I was treated. After stating I would like an oil change, 5 quarts conventional (or synthetic blend, just not full synthetic) the guy who picked up the phone stated it would be $120+! He specifically said that it was a deal with airing up tires, topping off on other fluids, etc. Personally I aired up my tires just a few weeks ago, and can easily do it myself, so what s the point? After asking if I could just get the oil change, I was told that was not possible. The entire time it felt like I was getting talked down to. Now I know it s very often that women get treated like this at auto shop, treated like they know nothing about cars, but this is the only place in town I personally have been treated like this. And to top it all off at the end of the phone call they asked to sign my number up for their sale messaging system, which I never consented to, but behold just minutes later I get the automated text from them. It is ridiculous that this is allowed, do better.

Everyone there was so friendly and extremely quick. They were all very knowledgeable of the services and fully explained everything they were doing. They also wanted me to thank my son for his service to our country as a Marine. I will definitely be going there from now on. Prices are reasonable also. I went to the Take 5 for an oil change on my way to work this morning and I think they're great! You sit in your vehicle and they explain what they're doing as they go...very transparent. Pulled out my air filter to show that it was dirty and getting brittle, and I chose to get a new one. They did a safety check and aired up all the tires. Through the entire process, they loudly and clearly called out their process steps so that nothing got missed. At the end, they showed the dipstick reading as full, and showing clean oil. Out in about 30 minutes, and both the crew members were very friendly and provided great customer service. I was very impressed !

Honestly, good overall experience. A little expensive for what it is but you know that's what to expect with places like this. The staff were friendly, honest and not like pushy salesmen. They did forget to put the skid plate back but instantly called me and told me. I've had people in the past forget and didn't even call, easy mistake.

We were super excited when we discovered that a Take 5 was opening in JC. Years ago when we lived in Florida, Take 5 Oil change was the only place we let service our vehicles and since moving to this area have been disappointed with our choices for automobile maintenance. Just visited JC s new location and we were not disappointed! As always we were very impressed the customer service and the quality of the services provided. We are so happy to have access to a Take 5 Oil Change for our auto service needs.

I enjoy Take 5 concept when it comes to a simple oil change. To have the ability to see what the techs are doing and not feel like you're getting taken advantage of is something that should have been the standard all along.I would like to think Adam and Cenneth for the amazing job that they did.Thank you

The guys there work very well together and they have such a pleasant manner. They're funny efficient and if I didn't know better, is think I was in a cockpit of an airplane or NASA 's ground control. Awesome work guys!! Thanks again. Honk honk!

Single best service visit I have ever experienced in my 45 years on this earth.The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly. I can t wait to go back again do you think I could change my oil in less than the recommended time period? ;)

Bad experience, I took my car for an oil change apart from being of a high cost for the cheapest one. My car never had oil leaks until that day I took it to them now it always has oil leaks... I travel alot for work and Jefferson City Take 5 oil has been the best yet!Different states different cities Take 5 does not disappoint. Great customer service, good attitude, and hard workers.

Best oil change experience ever! They had me laughing the whole time and were professional and fast! I didn t expect it to be anything more than an errand I had been putting off but it they made my day!
