First time using this location and truth be known I called by accident while I was reading reviews,lol. I hung up but got a call back from the nice lady working the front desk. So I hired them and hey it turned out great and affordable! Replaced my batteries, oil change, inspection all done the same day on my Mercedes I had towed to them. That's a 5/5 for me!

Bought my SUV from Hwy 42 Boat, Motors, & More, a recall came in the mail about a year later and they told me to go to S&S Auto. I googled them and everyone seems to love them. I've never once had an issue with them and its been nearly 4 yrs now. Family owned, honest, down to earth, kind respectful folks who grow on ya! I'm so glad I didn't go to Ford Sakelaris (sack-a-liars), the service at S&S is impeccable and cheaper without the run-a-round! My husband and everyone else absolutely loves them. Wonderful Auto Business!!!

I took my car in to these guys for tie-rod ends and wheel alignment and got my car in even worst condition than it was before I took it in to be repaired. I got my car fixed here which cost about 500. That wasn't really a problem and I would have been pretty satisfied. But I found a large crack on the windshield. They blamed it on the heat but my car has baked in a parking lot every summer for the last five years and never had an issue. They refused to pay for it and it cost me an additional 550 dollars to fix that. So I walked away paying double and it took two weeks for them to even accomplish something that was done in a few hours.

I've only had good experiences dealing with S & S for my car repairs, inspections, and so forth. They're honest and don't add on unnecessary charges. Convenient location too for anyone in the western Cole County area.

First off, I just had an alignment done there about a month ago and my front tires are now wearing uneven as if there was no work done on them. Secondly, these men will have you wait for 30 mins+ before they even pull in your vehicle with an appointment and even for the slightest thing like an inspection. Very poor customer service and professionalism. I went here bc of the reviews on here. So sorry I did.

I had my air bags replaced a few months ago on my 2009 Ford Fusion at a local dealership. After the replacement they also diagnosed a head gasket issue with a estimated bill of $2000. Recently took my car into Jason and Eric, and they diagnosed it as a valve cover gasket failure. I also had another minor issue that I ask them to diagnose. They fixed it all, for less than half of what Ford estimated. I've taken my Fusion into to them for all my repairs and never been disappointed with the fix or the bill. Thanks guys.

Great service. The owner and employees were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The prices were very reasonable. I will definitely go there for any future auto repairs, or questions I may have.

I went there for a quote on my car for repair. My check engine light was turning on and it was dying often. I told them to check what the check engine light was saying is broken and they refused. They said it would take a couple days to quote and I said I would need that due to lack of money for repair. I got a call today saying everything is repaired and I owe them money otherwise I can't have my car back. They are lazy, deceitful companies who use this trick because they know they can keep you vehicle hostage. No paperwork was signed by the owner of this vehicle to allow this to happen. If you go here and need them to tell you the price before repair get a contract or record this because they don't care about customers.

On vacation brakeline broke S&S fixed it for us at a very reasonable price. It was fixed in a timely manner due to having to get back home.
