From the first drop off day to the final pick up day, I felt at ease that my car "Lilly Rose" was being repaired and taken care of. I received text messages keeping me up to date and the personal touch of talking to someone whenever I had questions. Adam began this journey with estimates and followed up with a final phone call the day after I picked up my car to check on my satisfaction. Thank you, Adam! Rusty Drewing Chevrolet has been and always be the only dealership we will purchase our vehicles from and have service performed on them. The collision center is top notch. Your vehicle is returned to you sometimes better than new like it never even happened. Adam and the team there go above and beyond. Like when they get into the repair and find additional parts are needed while still meeting very close to the original estimate.

Top notch service! Completed estimate and contacted insurance carrier in a timely manner. Provided email updates on my repair status daily. I LOVE the completed job. Before photos are provided. Final results are better than showroom new!

I was involved in a hit and run and took it to Rusty Drewing Collision. The team there was top notch. They made my car look better than I could have ever imagined. Thank you to everyone in the shop that made my car look better than ever before. A big thanks to Ryan for dealing with my insurance company and getting this job done quick and efficient. Lance was great!! I m in MO for work, and on my 2nd day here I hit a deer. I was a hot mess when I walked into the collision center, crying, emotional, just a mess and they were so kind!!!! They had someone bring me to Enterprise so I could pick up my rental. My car was fixed in under a month. Such sweet people!!!

Right off the bat, dealing with a damaged car can be unsettling. Drewing collision was awesome at everything! They worked well with the insurance company and we re actually on communication and updates on the progress of my repair. They answer the phone promptly and our courteous and pleasant to talk to. Very uncommon in today s culture! I would never think of taking my vehicle anywhere else for repair, and I try to always by my vehicles in service them with this dealership as well.

Incredible business car looks beautiful. I was able to get a ride to drop off vehicle and picked up when finished. That was Important to me. Could not ask for nicer professional people to help me. Will never go anywhere else for bodywork repairs they are the best

I want that Bruce and the collision team at the Rusty Drewing Collision Center for the outstanding job they did with my Nissan Titan Pickup. Not only did they get the vehicle in early they kept informed on the status of my vehicle. I've taken my Buick (13 yr's old) over to their collision shop twice (different times) for repair of loose door trim pieces. Each time they told me why not try gluing them back on temporarily rather than ordering out new trim strips. They wouldn't accept payment for the temporary fixes and so far...so good!Bruce Hoecker was great to work with so in the future when the "temporary fix" eventually fails I'll be going back to them for the replacement strips.Great way to gain loyal customers Bruce!

We have bought several vehicles at this Toyota location and loved each one. Our current vehicle was damaged while parked and was repaired at Drewing Collision Center. Every employee took care of us and made the whole process as care free as possible. Good people who know their business, from sales to repair and maintenance. I absolutely LOVE this business. If it weren't for Ronny H. in service, I wouldn't know what to do. He takes care of my family's cars very well. He is trustworthy and always produces excellence. My daughter is about to move back to San Diego and I wanted him to check out her vehicle before she goes. He got us right in. The service department people are fantastic and knowledgeable. 5-Star Collision Center! The staff is friendly (especially Bruce Hoecker), waiting room has nice amenities (including ice cream), and the whole space is clean and clear. If you need your ride repaired, there's no better place to go in my opinion.

This is the best experience I ve ever had at a car service center. Everyone is so professional, kind, and responsive. Ryan worked with me, and he is fantastic. My car was in the center for a while to be fixed from an accident with a deer and he kept me updated and in the loop multiple times a week. Every email or missed phone call was promptly returned within the hour. It was clear he really cared about my time.My car was repaired perfectly and looks brand new! I couldn t be happier with my experience. I will definitely be taking my car back here in the future for any issues that come up.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Welding, Battery

My car was accidentally damaged by the service tech when it was in for an oil change.All contact with me regarding the damage and the repair of the damage by both the service manager Jerry and the body shop manager Bruce was courteous, polite and helpful.The repair was done timely and the workmanship was excellent.I would recommend Rusty Drewing Collision Center to anyone needing a body shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Oil change

Our son is attending college in Linn mo and had an accident in his car, we limped it to Riley and Ryan V. helped with it all, kept us in the loop, got parts very quick, all was going amazing. While we had the rental car our son had our vehicle and a deer hit him 2 weeks after his car was in an accident. So, we have 2 cars at Riley now. Ryan and the crew are very, very professional with every aspect from estimating to delivery. Both cars are back on the road and the work was great. If we could give 10 stars we would.
