Stupidest person I just called and asked for a name to be kind so I knew who I was talking to and they decided to back talk. Wouldn t be surprised if they get less work being how they conduct themselves over the phone. If I could give less than a 1 star review I would

Best mechanic I've ever had, he will let you bring your own parts which sace you money when you buy them online, alot of money. He's also a great guy, honest and hard working.

The work provided here at Rods is wonderful. He is a knowledgeable mechanic who does good by his regulars and his walk ins. He has been such a blessing to my cars health, and my mental panic of "oh no! Another car malfunction!" Salute to you Rod.Thank youfor all the hard work you do!

Excellent repair man.BEWARE STAY AWAYUpdating review 09/26/23 this place is not a honesty business. No people skills. Very rude talk to customers bad. Act like you bothering him when you go to get repairs. I saw this years ago. But I tried to patronize this business one more time. How I was treat today was a different level of experience. As a customer I feel there is to many repairs shops to go though what I went though today. Talking with other previous customers I found out he treat alot of brown people this way. Bad customer service and you continue to take your car back for repairs do towronge diagnostic. I advice you to go down the street for automotive repairs. Get it done right the first time. This shop can't keep up with the demand of auto service offer. Thank me later.

I usually do my own repairs, but when I can't do something I take it here. They do great work and they are very reasonable. They usually use the cheapest parts to keep your bill low. If you don't want the cheapest part you must tell them. I haven't had any problems with them.

Mr. Rod was on point with his diagnosis. My check engine light had been off and on for three years and I had spent 100's of dollars chasing the solution with multiple with various mechanics, replacing parts, still no solution. He diagnosed and fixed the problem; it has been a month and no check engine light. It cost me $99. I highly recommend Mr. Rod. He runs an honest business.

The handle on driver side broke on my PT Cruiser. Took it to Rods and he saved me money by fixing the repair instead of me having to pay for a new part plus labor. All I had to pay was for labor. Rods is your mechanic to go to when your car needs fixing. He does good honest reliable work.

Their service sucks. They had me waiting for hours telling me to come back the next day and my car still was not ready!! They even took it upon themselves to put on more part's and charge me for it!!! NO PEOPLE skills! VERY RUDE. If I could give them negative 100, I would. Don't waste your time and money with these crooks

I patronize them but they are not trust worthy. I'll advice you buy your own parts yourself and let them know what is and what is not working in your car before you drop it. Better still, patronize trustworthy mechanics

This is where I been getting my cars fix for years. He's reasonable, kind, living family business, they treat u like u r in the family they evening sold me a brand new dryer my went out n Rod delivered it n hooked it up for me for no extra charge that was so nice of him n his wife.

When I got in they made it clear on what they were working on and they were so quick about it. The only problem is that I had to reschedule because someone forgot to write me down, but it probably was a honest mistake

I'm from Louisiana my truck went down after I got in Jefferson city for work he took my truck in a noon,installed new fuel pump and fix my ac blower before 5pm that day for extremely cheap on top we never even discussed a price when I dropped it off!!very fair and honest I personally wish we had him as our mechanic back home!!hard to find now days
