I did an online appointment on Monday and setup an appointment on Saturday at 10:00. When I arrived the tires I selected were not in stock. The gentleman told me he had a different brand in stock and I said okay. He told me it would be a $8 dollar difference but in the end it was a lot more and they wouldn t honor my $20 off coupon that they advertised due to them having to give me a different set of tires. Beware before going here, call ahead to make sure your tires are there and don t rely on the email confirmation they send you is doesn t mean anything.

Always changed my own oil, just got too old and crippled to continue. So went to these guys for my 2006 Mustang and today for my 2013 Tacoma pick up. In both cases did a great job, made sure I had and you should too, an appointment. These guys are good, so of course they are busy, had to turn 2 who wanted to wait for an oil change away. I'll certainly use them again, reasonable price, good service....very pleased.

Used Plaza Tire's website to schedule an appointment to change oil, rotate and balance tires. Dropped the vehicle off early, confirmed the appointment, and was informed total price of services before leaving for a movie. An email awaited me when I exited the movie. I trust Plaza Tire with my vehicle.

Plaza had a few options for my car. They had the tires onsite and there was a $50 mail-in rebate! Plaza s prices were comparable to, if not better than, their larger competitors. Aside from all that, Kevin s customer service and knowledge was great! I ll definitely be back when service is needed.

Plaza tire in Jefferson City, was very good today .I went there to get one tire replaced, and found out I needed two . One had wires sticking out the other one bald. Also they did a routine inspection to see if anything further would be needed and if if something was going to need to be replaced in the near future . I ended up needing a front end alignment done and the rear end also .I was very appreciative of how they worked me in and got it done. I drive 45 miles one way to work, and usually in the dark. So if they had not done the inspection, I would say I would have had a blow out at night time. Even offered financing if if was too much of an expense for me today. Would and will come back!

Has been courteous every time I've been there have bought new tires their autobalance been in a couple times for free tire rotations my wife took her car in had her tires rebalanced and rotated everything came out perfectly

I had a very good first time experience wirh Plaza Tire. Staff was freindly and professional . I bought new tires and was in and out in less than an hour. Would certainly recommend them to family and friends!

The service is Trash! The location is Trash, Customer service No Cars waiting at 11 am wanting to keep my vehicle for 3 days to just look at it....They keep telling me I need a $200 back brake part but never dose the work....1 year ago this place destroyed my front strut and forgot to mention it...I found out and brought it to their attention. Now I have the cheapest part on my vehicle. I wouldn't be surprised if they had something to do with my transmission going out a faw days laterI do Not recommend anyone to go here...

The guys were great! They got me in fast and fixed the issue I was having right away. They checked out all my tires, put the appropriate amount of air in them, and reset my sensors for only $7.95! If I have any tire issues in the future, I will definitely be going to Plaza Tire.

As I was crossing the bridge into Jefferson City, my brake light came on. I called and they had no availability open today but they worked me in. That right there was amazing for me. I had both my kids with me and turned out my tread had separated on my tire and I was about to have a blow out. The price for the tire was reasonable and they were polite, understanding and they went over the top! Thank you for your service and the customer service was exceptional!! 5 stars

Call in beginning of the week. Was told if I could get there before 9 on Saturday. I could get tires put on. Get there on Saturday, they said they don't have any openings. But could do it Monday. That wouldn't work for me. The gentleman fit me in and was on my way in two hours, with new tires. So very thankful for the great service!

Plaza Tire in Fulton was great! Everywhere else I called had one of this kind of tire or two of that kind. Of course I wanted a matching set. Finally I drove to Plaza. They had just what I needed and a fantastic hazard warranty as well. They hooked me up right away! Very reasonable prices and friendly staff. Thanks, guys!
