Literally the worst auto parts store I called for a alternator for my car they gave me the wrong part. I get it no problem then for the next 2 days they tell me they will have it the part comes out broken. I walked 1 hour to get there. I called today after receiving another broken alternator(2 in total) just to be told to refund it and go to autozone and then the guy hung up on me. Just buy somewhere better

Suddenly had no Low Beams in my car. To test the bulbs first, bought a single, cheaper, replacement and tried it in both connectors - light worked. Went back in and bought some higher end bulbs, and fully replaced right there in the parking lot. Big thanks to David for confirming I had the right model and was getting the brightest available.

I purchased a battery from here a while back. Due to the cold weather, my battery died. Luckily I had a warranty and they traded it out for me.

The staff here are incredibly kind and knowledgeable! Had to stop because of my car battery having issues while visiting here for a wedding. They were so helpful! This location is a gem!

The water pump on one of my trucks had shattered the case. So I had to have one then. Well, they had it, and the belt and thermostat all at a better price than the other stores . All in all, AAA+++. GREAT JOB GUYS

No customer service. Mentioned that I needed to check to see if one tire on my car was about to fall off and that I needed to borrow a jack as the car didn't have one. Apparently parts stores don't carry loaner tools anymore, nor people with empathy. Had the roles been reversed, I would have offered the jack out of my car.......

Our daughter stopped by tonight and they checked her battery and told her she needed a new one. The sad part is they told her they were to busy to help her . You all are open till 9 pm. Terrible customer service for sure.

Really appreciated the service I received here. Had a headlight out and went in to buy a new bulb. The person helping me (I believe it was the manager) offered not only to come outside and check which bulb I needed, but also to replace it himself! Affordable prices overall and helpful employees.

Most of the employees are very helpful and have good attitudes. The store manager tends to be grumpy and has a poor attitude I've noticed towards women. In fact my wife never finished filing a complaint with corporate for the simple fact I shop there for better quality parts. I would recommend getting parts here just don't have your wife deal with management during the day time.

Great store I needed to exchange a product I bought under warranty and the manager and sales associate were very helpful and friendly. I've been to almost every O'Reilly Auto Parts in Jefferson City and Columbia and I like this one the best.

Came in clutch for me last night. Had my thermostat out of my car hoping to replace it, but the one I got the first time from another place was incorrect. I call this store at 8:50 and they had the part on the shelf. Only problem was, I had my car taken apart and I had no other means of transportation. So I paid for it over the phone and guy left it outside for me. I walked to the store and there it was. Got my car fixed and I was all good. Glad to know there are still some decent people in this world.

Each time I go the wait is terrible because people that call get priority.... frustrating. I feel like standing in line and calling so I can get help!Today, at about 12:45p I was there with my daughter. I saw five green shirts there. Two were talking to one another and not helping anyone.When they started helping they just helped people that came in after me. There was no order. They weren't paying attention or respect to anyone that had been waiting. They didn't even bother to look. We were patiently waiting in line behind another person being helped.Finally, a lady came in and walked around me and my daughter and a green shirt said, "next person". The lady walked right up there like she didn't care about anyone else. I spoke up and said that I had been there five minutes before three others they had helped. The green shirt says " I said next person". Right away this makes me out to be the bad person because I spoke up. I was so mad that I left and I won't ever go back!Your green shirts need to pay attention and pay respect to the people that have been patiently waiting and actually look up! These people never look up! If they did they would see who is next! And learn how to say "please hold" instead if making live in person customers wait for you to help a person on the phone! That's rude!

Charges your battery for free. Very pleasant staff who value customers. They put a rear driver's side light in for me one time. If your not macanically inclined like me they will help you find what you need. By <Explaining> the problem and giving you <solutions>.

Need to train employees better had to bye two parts to make sure we had the right one because saleman wasnt sure, but was allowed to return the wrong one lol two trip instead of one gas out of my pocket not their profit.

Great service! Drove in from Columbia in wet/icy conditions and was in desperate need of new windshield wipers. I stopped at O'Reilly for help. Wes looked up my car make and model and helped me choose the best wipers. He then replaced my old ones for me right in the parking lot! I was back on the road in less than 10 minutes and so grateful for the excellent service Wes provided! Thank you!

Either by accident or design I was swindled into an upcharge by an employee named Wes while buying new wiper blades. I came in looking to replace my wiper blades and a different employee pulled up a list of compatible blades for my vehicle (customer look up machine was out of order). After getting the lengths I needed for my blades I went to browse the selection.After looking over the options I made my selections and went up to complete my purchase. Wes was available to check me out and I asked him to make sure that the blades I had selected were on the list of compatible wipers that was still up on one of their machines. He reviewed the list and told me my selection was not on the list and then walked back and grabbed two blades that were more than one and a half times the price of what I had selected.This raised my suspicions so after the purchase I walked out of the store and then looked up what wiper blades are compatible with my car and lo and behold the ones that I had selected were compatible. Imagine my frustration at being swindled into spending nearly double what I had wanted to spend either because Wes couldn't be bothered to properly read the list or because he's intentionally upcharging customers, either through his own design or at the direction of management/store policy.With this new knowledge I had Wes pull the list back up and show me what he had looked at and it matched what I found on the website. With this new found knowledge I demanded a refund of the difference and got my initial choice of wipers.I did not receive an apology and have currently lost all trust in this store because from now on IF I use this store in the future I will have to verify everything an employee tells me separately because I can't trust that they aren't trying to upcharge me without my knowledge.

Great customer service. Coming from a little over 50 miles. Called them to ask if they could stay 5 minutes late and they said yes. Made it there 3 minutes before close and they had part waiting and ready to go. Thank you.

Call or stop by to get a part or look one up. Are always the best experience on general knowledge. Very easy on returning what you don't need. A great team of people that are willing to help and get you back on the road. P.S Just wish they had a Drive-Thru!!!
