I really liked Glenn alot he was very helpful during the transition and very kind about helping to use the gadgets I'm not used to. Also, Emily + Mike and all the sales employees were very friendly. Nice experience. Got a truck already containing a tow package, rugs, and splash guards supplied by the manufacturer. I love my new truck, and had a really pleasant experience at the dealership. Got a new to me company vehicle, turns out the last user of the vehicle did not take care of it as it should have been, including taking care of recalls. Brought it in for an oil change, they immediately took care of most of recalls and scheduled the ones I didn't have time for that day. I know bringing my vehicles to them that they will be taken care of properly to extend the performance and not leave me stranded while working out of town.

After a catastrophic failure (drive shaft), the turbocharger, motor, and torque converter (second torque converter replaced) were replaced by another Nissan Dealer 30 miles north, the truck was still leaking transmission fluid. The turbocharger and crankshaft failure are common problems with this motor. The 1st dealer refused to work on the truck further. The first dealer failed to give me 25% off parts that they were having on parts at the time. The truck was sent to be repaired some 120 miles away & seals were replaced under a 12,000/12 warranty (no reason to replace seals). The truck still leaked. Was told it was likely a front $25.00 seal that needed to be replaced. The seal was replaced, still leaked. After inspection, it was found the transmission was most likely damaged in the initial failure. Due to the transmission not being replaced with the motor 12/12 didn't apply. Was told they would give me a good deal on labor, but $1,400.00+ later, still leaking. No deal was given on $1,400.00 labor. J.M. Nissan should have told me or them about the damage to the transmission. I was likely not told about transmission because it would have added $15,000.00 (new transmission cost) to repair and over the warranty's limit. I was referred to a non-dealer transmission repair for further service. My thought - Dollars over customer service. One guy doesn't matter. I would have thought the dealer would have gone to Nissan to get them to make this right. To make it right, they could have put in a "good" used transmission, that I bought. Instead, like the first dealer - we are done, take it elsewhere.

Everything went really smoothly. My sales agent, Bill, was great! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made the entire experience way less stressful. I fell in love with the first car I test drove (2024 Sentra). Mike and Sheila were also great in their portion of the sale. I never once felt pressured by usual sales tactics.Overall, it was a great experience and I would most definitely recommend Nissan of Jefferson City!

I am a current and returning customer at the Jefferson City location. They are all wonderful to deal with. Brian has serviced my previous Pathfinder for years . Emily, Jaden and Mike were great to work with when I decided to purchase my new Pathfinder. Love the relaxed atmosphere of a small store that makes buying a car so much more of a pleasurable experience.

Been taking our Nissan Rogue to Nissan's service center for years and Dave & Brian continuously provide an excellent experience. They treat customers with respect and are patient with questions and sharing all necessary information to make important decisions with your vehicle. We recently took the car in for tires and found out that we needed a new wheel bearing. Dave & Brian did everything possible to get us scheduled and fixed up as soon as possible and communicated every little detail along the way. We knew about costs involved and scenarios to be possibly be aware of which is always nice when something unexpected comes up. Their customer service is top notch and I'd highly recommend using them for any car service if you're looking around.

This is our second purchase from Nissan of Jefferson City. We had excellent service from everyone both times. Jaden Keller was our sales representative and he was outstanding. My wife and I had been putting off trading in her four-door car for a larger SUV to accommodate our expanded family for a while. We wound up in crunch mode for an expanded vehicle.Didn't really plan on buying the day we visited but after seeing the Armadas they had in stock and talking with Tyler, we made the decision to move forward and buy the vehicle and trade in right then and there.Tyler was terrific it laying out the costs, trade in values and what they had in stock for what price.Three hours after we walked in we drove off with our new 2022 Armada with space for all the kids!Thank you for a fast, efficient and great experience purchasing our first new car in quite a few years!

Nathan Hays and I have known each other for years, and because of that I knew that I would be able to come in and get fantastic customer service. What started out as just a whim quickly became reality for us. I fell in love with a car and Nathan made sure we would take it home. We not only dealt with Nathan but a handful of other Nissan employees, like Sybil, that treated us with the utmost care. It was a great experience!

Our experience started out good with the salesman returning messages to questions our son had about a truck. Once we arrived things didn t go as planned. The truck could have been cleaned up better but kept in mind it was a used truck. Took it for a test drive and son liked it but the 4low wouldn t work. After trying two different times we headed back to see what we could work out. I feel like they questioned my sons credit worthiness because he was 18 and we had asked if we could come to an agreement on price before pulling credit and the salesman was for it and went to talk to someone that then came out and basically called my husband a liar about the 4low because she took it out on the gravel lot and it worked and it was probably because we was on pavement. We decided to take our business else where since she had treated us that way. Also didn t get a good feeling when we was asked right away that if they couldn t get us in that truck would we be okay if they could try a different one.

Two years ago I took my Nissan in to get an oil change, tire rotation, and one new windshield wiper. Well I had to take it back the next day because my windshield wiper wasn t working. They came out and fixed it so they say but two years later, my windshield wiper stopped working again And I took it to the guy that I trust who s worked on my vehicle and he said somebody screwed up the arm on my windshield wiper and didn t do it correctly. He asked me what I had done I couldn t remember but I knew I had something done to the windshield wiper, so I called Nissan and they said yes you had it replaced. I said well it s ruined because whoever fixed it did something wrong And it s broken in the arm needs to be replaced. I was told this by a professional who had no idea that I had my windshield wiper replaced two years ago so I called Nissan and they said they can t fix it because that was two years ago and it s above 30,000 miles . So forget the fact that the car has over 30,000 miles on it they messed up my windshield wiper and they won t own up to it so now I have to pay $150 to have it replaced because they were incompetent idiots. This is the world we live in people you spend $45,000 on a vehicle. Somebody can t even replace a windshield wiper and when they do they mess it up and won t take the blame for it.

Honest service department. Brian quoted us a price and stuck to the price. Their work was quick and efficient, and was completed before the estimated time. He did not push unnecessary services. It was out of our way to go to Jefferson City from Columbia, but well worth the miles and time! And we will continue to make the drive for this quality of service.

April 28th , I talk to John in reference to being a co-signer for someone. He ask what type and how much income. Also he needed my credit score, I gave it to him but he said he had to see for himself. He needed my SSN to look it up , I specifically ask him was he doing a credit check he emphatically said no! He have a way to look at credit report just for the the score. I reiterated to him that I did not want a credit check done as I would be looking to purchase a car in months. He assured me he would not. Well he lied not only did he run my credit he did 5 hard inquiries and I received a letter where he put me as the buyer and the other person as the co-signer. I contacted the credit bureau and was told he could remove it but he and his supervisor claim they do not know how. I told them to call the Credit bureau and they will tell them how. I filed a police report for him committing fraud against me and filed fraud with the credit bureau as well.John is a pitful human being that he is so desperate for a sale that he would commit fraud!!!! Only reason for 1 star is so I can post this, otherwise I would give 0 stars!!!

Worst experience ever staff is very unprofessional. My sister had a dispute with her supposed certified pre-owned vehicle , the guy Cody Hodge jumped in her face was pointing his finger and cursing at her. The fact that he is supposed to be and doesn t know how to do proper problem solving is redundant and how cowardly of you to get in a female s face. No resolution with vehicle even though it was covered under a warranty. DO NOT GO TO THIS NISSAN.

I had a fuel tank replaced. Brian, service manager, ordered one. When Nissan was scheduled to install it, they discovered sand in it. Another fuel tank was ordered. Brian assured it was the right one and made the installation a shop priority. Thanks to the whole Nissan service department.
