Another typical Jefferson City repair shop. The usual scam with ever increasing charges and "needed" work. Gave one price on repairs then offered a discount do to me having the wrong part then decided to charge full price again when I didn't want any further work done which somehow increased after attempting to do repairs the first time. Dishonest and would Not recommend.

I had a flat tire and they couldn't find the leak. They charged me for a valve stem I didn't need. It went flat, and another shop repaired the tire with a patch. The staff was very friendly and accommodating near closing.

Was visiting Jeff City and got a *very* flat tire while parked near the Capitol. McKnight referred me to a quick and reasonably priced towing service and then diagnosed and replaced my tire in a very timely fashion. Friendly, trustworthy service.

If you have 22 s this is not the place you need to get wheel and tire service. They don t have the right equipment to do the job.

We were 2k miles from home and developed a problem with our steering on our motorhome. A ford dealer could not help us and recommended to contact McKnight. We're so glad they did. They were able to get us in the next morning , they actually listened to me and were able to nail the problem precisely. They could have billed us a lot more than they did for the time they spent.We were back on the road that afternoon , they were the nicest folks I have ever dealt with in the auto repair industry.

I love this place and these people :) some people have their "hair person", a favorite store, doctor, etc - this is my car place and has been for quite some time now. They're honest, fair, fast - I never have to deal shop or question anything they tell me. That's saying in our Google world. Even my daughter loves it there.

Not one company is perfect and I wanted to share my experience with McKnight Tires. About a month ago I went to this company to recieve a new tire on my vehicle. The process was smooth but they accidentally put the wrong size on (I needed a 235 size and they put on a 225) and after about a month, my cars traction and steering wheel started cause issues. Finding this out I went back to the company very concerned since this had effected more than one part of my car, I wasn't the most pleasant to handle. Needless to say they handled the situation like champions. They had 3-4 mechanics and a higher up assist this issue with genuine concern and urgency. After a quick hour, I received proper compensation with an additional 3 tires (I rightfully paid for the 3 since it was the one tire that gave me a heart attack, also they maintenenced the balancing and stabilitrack all while checking back with me and asking questions about my vehicle to make sure they were servicing it correctly) and hit the road. I never felt a car drive as smooth as it did after they fixed it. The staff is honest and diligent. Thank you McKnight and staff for fixing this issue, you all are amazing! Also, they are hiring!

I was far from home and needed help and they were amazing! My exhaust was hanging low and I was about to drive 200 miles and it was a Saturday. I called several places and they all said the same thing "we don't do exhaust work on Saturday" but these guys said to bring it in and they'd help if they could, and they did. I would've been stuck if not for their friendly, fast, and truly amazing customer service!Thank you!

As always, Justin and his crew have excellent advise. Was purchasing a Jeep from an individual. Justin got me right in and had mechanic show me what he would replace.Justin, you have a fine establishment and crew.

Dropped my tractor tires off their to be filled with foam, was told it's be 2 days then they called and said they can't fill them. Was told it's be 137.50 for the tires and 40 for the foam. I tell them to go ahead and when I get their they give me a bill for 700 dollars and said they didn't quite me for 40 dollars a tire for foam. They were very ingorant and unprofessional. Will never return their.

Went here to get tires changed on my work van, the management there was very professional, polite and friendly. They are good at what they do, reasonable prices and fast. I would definitely recommend to others. Without a doubt, a place i will be visiting again in the future

Went there for a popping noise in the rear and a bearing noise in the front. Charged me 1000 dollars for a rear hub assembly and didn't fix a single problem I had before going there. Never again will I nor anyone else I know go here.

Horrible!!! I took my car in to get new tires which they did have really good prices on, but being that I am a girl with not much knowledge of cars they tried taking advantage of me. They told me I had a tire rod loose and wanted me to let them fix it. Well I didn't have the money for it right then. I took my car to a trusted shop outside Jefferson City when I had the money to fix it.The mechanics thought I was crazy because there WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY CAR!!!!I will NEVER go to this place ever again.

Fast and excellent service! We had roadside emergency driving through. McKnight worked us right in, repaired, and had us back on the road so fast. Courteous and prompt!

Had a set of 275/55R20's with a little vibration around 65-70. Made an appointment for a road force balance since they had the proper machine. Took them about an hour and I was out the door. I was thrilled until I got back on the highway. It shook worse than before I dropped it off! Took it back in and they immediately started telling my it must be my vehicle's drivetrain or a bad tire, there's no way it was their fault. They proceeded to have another tech take a wheel back off the front and put it on the balancer. Lo and behold, way off! Over 7 ounces off! The first guy tried to static balance my 10" wide wheels on the road force machine, obviously didn't know what he was doing. For anyone reading this who doesnt know, taking a road force measurement is one step better than a regular spin balance. It measures for bad spots in the tire or high/low spots. Normally you end up dismounting/remounting each tire to get the best roundness. No tire chalk or grease pencil used, nobody bothered to even move any of the tires on the wheels. Waste of money for the "better" balance. Second tech did each wheel properly and most of the shake was gone after another hour or more of waiting. Still wasnt perfect, could have been with more time and attention spent on the job. No apologies made, just a "there's your truck its done" as they pulled it up out front to let me leave. Wont be back.

HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!! TRULY NICE, RELIABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY!! THEY GET THE WORK DONE AND ARE NOT AFTER YOUR MONEY LIKE MOST OTHER PLACES!!! WE ARE OUT OF TOWN, HAD A TRUCK BREAK DOWN AND WERE TRULY IMPRESSED WITH MCKNIGHT!! KEEP UP GREAT WORK AND THANK YOU!!!!

Good old fashioned service. They had me in and out great prices quality tires. Overall better service.
