The people who work here are very knowledgeable and helpful. They told me I needed new wiper blades and I had them in the car just not on yet and they installed them for me instead of letting me leave with the old ones still on. Awesome work guys! Will do business with this company again.

Have known Phil LePage since I was a youngster, so I'm biased that Jim Lewis's a great place. It seems like every other year they'd find something wrong with my car during inspection, that they of course would be happy to fix. Overall they're a bunch of hard-working guys.

The guy working the front desk was nice. BUT I did not like someone rummaging through my stuff in the car, and changing my radio station (for an oil change).

I am very pleased with Jim Lewis Tire Pros. They have serviced my car for years and I have never had a problem with any of their work. All of the employees have always been very pleasant and helpful. I will continue to bring my car to Jim Lewis for parts and repairs.

I am super happy to be an employee at this amazing shop, great Christian values for the business. Couldn't ask for a better group of guys to work with and Phil and Eric are great people! I'll share something we got trusted to work on. A 250k dollar shelby gt350h... loved this car! As a mechanic, we love to see this stuff!We will work on anything from a feiro to a ferrari and everything in between. Ask for ken when ya come in for the high-end stuff,I have 20 years experience and have worked on a few cars, alot of ferraris, somelamborghinis, and alot of lotus and aston martins so your bmw and Mercedes aint gonna be a problem lol. Come see us for all your automotive needs.Again, great Christian based company that will take care of your vehicle and your family!

Jim Lewis auto services is number one in Jefferson City. 1. Easy to schedule a service appointment . 2. Service writers are knowledgeable and professional. 3. The mechanics completed service tasks in a timely fashion and everyone knows time is money. 4. The facility was clean and signage was professionally displayed. 5. Plus a shuttle service. In my book that represents a five star top notch service for the professionals at Jim Lewis Tire & wheel of Jefferson City. Come! Experience! Difference.Joe sanders

I went in to get a inspection done. It took less than an hour which I was told,but maybe it was an hour coz I was chatting it up with John who was between answering the phone and taking in other customers that came in. I will definitely return and recommend them

Had the tires replaced on my car at Jim Lewis after they came recommended by another mechanic that does not do tires. I dealt with John there and he went over the different options as far as tires with a different range of tread life to price. They were able to get me in the next day and promptly called when the tires were installed and ready to go. I would highly recommend them for tire replacement!

I ordered a set of brand new General Altimax RT43 a while back and they asked me if I want an alignment. I said I would because I wanted to have my tires wear evenly. 30k miles later, my tires are wearing out much faster on the outside than inside. DO NOT GET YOUR ALIGNMENT THERE. I will not do business with them ever.Edit: I got an alignment to get a second opinion and everything is correct so I'm not sure what is wrong. I'll update my review to a favorable review and will continue have my vehicles work done by them.

Love this place! Everyone is so nice, helpful and polite. As if they really want to do business with you. oil change and shuttle all very prompt and timely. They are the best!

Was referred by a friend, not disappointed at all. They were very quick, straightforward about what needed done and what it would cost. They called to make sure I approved of everything before they did it which I also really appreciated. Will be back for sure.

I know for certain I speak not only for myself, when it comes to finding a Tire Shop that is honest!! Eric has always been more then professional, when myself or other family members come in...John is a straight shooter and will give or find the best deals he can!! Some of the staff like Thomas doing your alignment...this guy should be CLONED And sold..lol..Polite, Helpful and takes his job seriously!! Every single experience at Big O's...has left me feeling taken advantage of...when you work hard for your money. Jim Lewis is the "ONLY PLACE" I will consider..if prefer to ride around on steel rims then go anywhere else!! I'm not even kidding. Having a shuttle service in itself, shows the level of Love they put into everything they do...John in front will definitely get you squared away without peaking into your pockets to see what you have to spend...Like most of the other.

Charged $230/hr for labor. Wouldn t let me go buy parts next door and they proceeded to buy them next door themselves with a hefty upcharge. Said they could have me in at 9am, so I came at 9am. Didn t get me in for 2 & 1/2 hours. Couldnt give a simple estimate beforehand for the exact job they did, knowing after waiting 2 1/2 hrs I wouldn t have time to go elsewhere.Go elsewhere would give zero stars if J could

I've been here on multiple occasions. Service has always been kind, professional, and of great quality even when unfortunate circumstances have me coming in at the very end of their work day.This is also one of the few places I've ever been to where I have NOT been talked down to, whether it's because of my lack of knowledge about my vehicle, gender, or age.

I had a flat, in a town I am not from, with an uncommon tire size. Everybody there was amazing. They were able to order and replace two tires the next morning. Plus they picked me up from my hotel. They gave me all the details about my Service Protection Plan at Tire Pros. The price was reasonable and I am so thankful for all their hard work! Couldn t have been better on one of my most frustrating days.

Brandon and his team took excellent care of my F150. Installed Nitto recon 285/55/20 on my new Shelby CS45 20x9 wheels and front end alignment! Efficient detailed service!

I needed a oil change before going out of town and they were able to accommodate me the same day I called. I was able to drop my vehicle off and pick it up before the end of the day is out. They provide a shuttle back home and will come pick you up when the work is done. Price was reasonable for my vehicle and I highly recommend this place for services.

I was super impressed with the quality of service (and customer service) here! They were able to quickly fix my car for a super reasonable price and took me to work/picked me up after my car was finished. I highly recommend if you are looking for a trustworthy place to have your car worked on or repaired!

I ve done business loyally with Telle Tire for a few years. Decided it was time to switch things up after a few mishaps with Telle & I can honestly say I m disappointed I haven t done business with Jim Lewis all these years! Very practical & personable staff. Will be back!

We were very pleased with the service received at Jim Lewis tire pros. I checked with them prior to taking the vehicle to them and received price estimates and was very pleased with the final cost. I had never been to Jim Lewis before but I plan to return for future automobile repairs.
