The entire team has excellent customer service. Helped me figure out fully what is wrong with my car even with me completely upset. They managed to calm me down and get all figured out. Highly recommend!!

Jiffy Lube has gone downhill. The Stadium Blvd location can't do inspections(no mechanic), the Dix Rd location can't answer the phone to verify if they have a mechanic, and corporate has no clue if that location has a mechanic to do inspections. What a joke.

Customer service was awesome! They were actually faster than their normal fast this time. I'm bringing my other one in while the same team is working. I was impressed.

Very respectful, good people. Total process (including showing me my filters, discussing my options & offering a top off of my coolant) took maybe 10 minutes. In and out real quick

The manager, Crystal, is rude, disrespectful, treats her employees poorly, and DOES NOT know her job. It's bad enough multiple employees have left or are leaving. They're constantly out of stock and services are limited because of her so half the time people are being turned away. I've been watching it slowly fall apart for the last year.

They marked that they had reset my oil electronic gauge but I had to go back in because it was not reset. They told me that they had some problems but thought they had done it but we got it reset in the end.

I went to another Jiffy Lube in town and they were backed up. I decided to find another place in town for an oil change and stopped at Jiffy Lube on Dix Rd. I found my favorite JL worker here. I appreciate being shown my filters when making a determination as to whether they should be changed. My appointment was quick and time efficient, with them getting me out of the service station before the anticipated time period. I also appreciate their willingness to pick up some of the stuff on my floorboards to give my car a quick vacuum. Over all great service.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Jiffy Lube performed a quick and reasonably priced transmission fluid change in less than an hour. The staff is friendly and the waiting area is reasonably clean.Got what I asked for quickly and at a reasonable price.

The staff was courteous and respectful of speech and manner. The oil change was quick, clean and efficient. The technicians indicated that my turn signal bulb was not working but could not successfully replace it, sharing the belief that it was likely a wiring problem. I successfully replaced the bulb at home, despite the inconvenient location of the socket. I'm not convinced that the technicians were correct in their diagnosis of the problem. The technicians also showed me that my cabin air filter was torn and crumpled, asking if another shop had replaced it. The last time the filter was out was because the same JL franchise had taken it out to show me. I indicated I would replace it at home. When I removed the filter, I found that it had been replaced upside down and turned by 90 degrees. It isn't hard to get it in correctly. The tech was either sloppy or worse when replacing the torn filter. I continue to believe JL provides oil changes quickly and at a fair price. I won't return to this location because of the experience with the extra services. Thank you for the opportunity to share this frank feedback.

A gentleman named Derrick vacuumed my car. I left an envelope of money under my seat I did not want to take in my purse, he very kindly brought it to me and said you might be looking for this. I was EXTREMELY appreciative of his honesty. The service at this location is awesome. We have been using Jiffy Lube for a while and will continue to do so in the future.
