I have leased Hondas for almost 15 years now and Cassidy makes everything so quick and easy. She gets me the best deals and I will give her my business every time it is time to trade in my lease. I also live in St. Louis l, so when I say the process is quick, I mean it. Driving to Jefferson City and getting the paperwork done and driving home is faster than going to any dealership near me. Also, I felt like an absolute VIP the last time I traded in my car!

I came in looking for a new vehicle or a good used vehicle a few weeks ago. This place was great. I was greeted by a good sales team and sales manager Damien helped make the process easier. I am old and can t see or hear well and they accommodated me and helped me find the right vehicle with all the safety features I need! Thanks everyone and especially Damien for helping me stay in my price range.

Overall, had an amazing experience here as a first time car buyer! Heather made the process seamless by helping me find a beautiful car within my price range. She was kind, knowledgeable of the vehicles, and has outstanding customer service. She was super supportive during and after the car buying process and I am super appreciative of all her hard work. Purchased my car through Honda back in 2021 & have always had a great experience. The service advisor Manny is very helpful to ensure things are taken care of. I highly recommend Tom as a mechanic; he's very thorough when I have concerns about my car. Best service department in the area, will continue to take my car here in the future!

Very, very pleased with the Michelin tires that were mounted on my Explorer at your service department. Tyler was very helpful with picking just the right tires that would best suit my driving needs. I want to express my complete satisfaction with the process of buying a car at Honda of Jefferson City. The sales person with whom I had the pleasure of working was Garland Dickson. I cannot recommend this gentleman enough. I feel like he made the experienced an actual pleasure instead of the usual drudgery of buying a car. He was helpful, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and very professional. If you are looking for a new vehicle, I encourage you to make an appointment with Garland.

I have been taking my cars to the Honda dealership in Jefferson City for several years. Manny, the service advisor, and Tom, the mechanic (whom I always request) have consistently diagnosed the issue and repaired our cars, regardless of the make or model. Communication with the team is clear and concise. They give me options for my repairs and include me in the final decisions for what is done to my car. As a woman, I appreciate being treated as an equal partner in the choices for my car, and having the problems being explained in layman's terms. This is not the norm for many shops. I truly appreciate the effort, the quality work, and the honesty. Thank you, Honda of Jefferson City for going above and beyond!

Prompt greeting by Mannie, friendly and courteous service; also called post service for any additional questions or concerns. My service technician, Dani Taggart also came out to greet me before completing my service. She was friendly, courteous and quickly completed my car service. Both are assets great assets for your business. Will definitely recommend your business to others.

Had a very friendly, professional experience. Garland Dixon asked me some questions to find out what I wanted. The office manager, Josh had me test drive a honey of a deal, and I left very hopeful. They were a breath of fresh air and exceeded my expectations. Nothing like any previous experiences with new or used car sales people. I highly recommend this dealership. I will gladly update this review as the process unfolds.

Went there to get work done on my honda accord and it's also where I bought the car at. I will never do business there again it took them a week and a half to change out wheel bearing, a speed sensor and a brake modulator. Then when I finally get my car back there is damage to the door and pillar and top of the car. I ask about it, Tyler swetnam tries to make it right by talking to his bosses to fix it. They say it's not their problem and that their not liable for the car even if it's on their lot. They let the car sit outside every night it was there and even on the weekend. proceeds to tell me it's on the service bill which I read the whole bill there is not one mention of their liability on the paperwork. So it seems to me that they don't care about the customer, they don't have cameras on the building for security of any vehicles and they just leave cars vulnerable and it takes to long to fix a car with the right parts.

A+, the best car-buying experience in a long time! I drove 2 hours to see Donnie, Bruce, Josh and Cassidy. After looking all over Missouri for a new 2024 Honda Ridgeline, Jefferson City Honda did not disappoint. We did almost all the deal online and text. Easy trade and good value on my trade-in. They advertised their sale price. No silly and frustrating negotiations, and back and forth stuff. So happy to use Jefferson City Honda. Good people in my opinion. Thanks for actually making car-buying fun today. Definitely will recommend!

Andrew Castango in service was amazing to work with. My car had a recall on it and parts were delayed. Andrew kept in contact with me consistently giving me updates. Once parts came in her called me right away to get my car in for service.

Best dealer mechanics I've dealt with in a long while, Manny took very good care of us and it was a breath of fresh air compared with past experiences, they found some things I wasn't even in for and fixed them for me with no up charge. I will continue taking my vehicles to them for any services I can't accomplish on my own.
