Big-O is always friendly and fast! I had a flat on my truck with a brand new tire on it, that I purchased at Big-O earlier this year, and it was under warranty so they replaced my leaky Valve stem for free and I was done and out of there in a half hour. Love this place!

Big O tires knows how to talk straight and honest business in the interest of your life. It s a favor they do the town. If you have an issue in there all ya gotta do is listen and then ask a good question. They re just fine.

Brought my vehicle in for a tire rotation, alignment, and flat repair. When I got home there was a wheel lug missing. I took it back and then they had an issue with a wheel leg not going on correctly. They replaced the lug. They were friendly and quick to repair. I m giving a 4 star rating because I am the one who found the issue and I had to go back. They did handle it well.Thanks guys!

I want to give Big O Tires a huge shout out for their customer service. We bought tires from their Lebanon store. WE (not Big O Tire) made a big mistake, but when I called Big O Tires to see what I should do, they went above and beyond and out of their way to provide us with the best customer service to help us! Joey contacted the store in Jefferson City (since that was the closest one to our house) and helped us get what we needed. Everyone was amazing! But especially Joey (from the Lebanon store) and Zach (from the Jefferson City store). THANK YOU FOR HELPING US OUT!!!!! We are now life long customers!

DO NOT USE. They will rip you off!!! I paid for and ordered a window motor through them, they installed said window motor in my car. After they realized the motor was defective they left it in and informed me that if wanted one that worked I would need to order another one through them. Shouldn t that be on them??? I mean at the very least surely they can send back a defective part to money back for the part???

Depending very much on the Big O Tire location will affect service you get! BOTH Jefferson City Big O Tire locations are WONDERFUL doing business with, friendly prompt and caring about your tire needs and service!

The staff is super friendly. I ended up needing more than an oil change and Kevin was very patient while explaining the work that was needed to me. The prices are very reasonable and they had me back on the road the same day. I don't take my vehicle anywhere but this Big O.

Daughter had a flat tire and we dis not have to worry about anything as they did the warranty on it to get a new one. Was Informed that the tire would take a free day to get but they had one that was equivalent to the bad one and asked if it was okay to use it. As they changed it out they found smoke small issues that need replaced and they were able to do it in a timely manner. I would recommend them for servicing your vehicle. Had a great experience.

My first visit to this place and I was very impressed. The people working there were very polite and professional. The repair work was done in a timely manner and the price not too bad. The lobby is very clean and there is plenty of space for the customers, which is a nice change. Many car repair places have the worst waiting areas. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Service was great, replaced my wife s tires on her vehicle very quickly. However, a blow out on one of the tires occurred a couple months later. They wouldn t reimburse, warranty, or replace the tire because I didn t purchase the protection and they couldn t prove that I didn t hit anything. I won t be utilizing this shop again. Just not a great experience after the service.

Big O tires was so amazing! My car broke down on the way to the Ozarks and they were able to get me in immediately. I am so grateful for that and the prices were so reasonable.

I went in with tires that were completely worn out and treads started to peel off. Kind of an emergency. They fit me in immediately and replace the tires very quickly. Great service!

This is the second time I've been in a pinch and the crew at Big O Tires has come through. It seemed like everything was going wrong with our vehicle, but we were in good hands. The price was reasonable, the staff was courteous, and the service was on time!

Took my car in for an oil change, tire balance, rotation and an alignment. They found a bad bank joint and came to me right away and emplaning to me they couldn t do a true alignment due to the loose ball joint. They had the part so I had them go ahead with the repair. I waited and they still had me in and out in just over an hour. Amazing customer service.

I took my truck in for a basic oil change and parked my truck in the front went inside to do the paper work. I was told that it would be done in 45 min. Which it was. When I went to pick up my truck it was parked right outside of the front door. When I walked in to pay my bill I noticed a big scratch and dent on the side of my truck! I informed the employee and he advised me that the manager would have to review the camera and would contact me. This never happened. Noone ever called me. I will never take anything back to them for any reason and would advise others not to as well.

I took my car to this place for a wheel alignment and shock repairs . Upon arriving to pick my car up one of the mechanic had crashed my car the company didn t provide me with a rental car or help with anything . I have since then lost my job and possibly facing eviction due to one of there mechanic ruining my car and them not taking full responsibility to help me

I normally go here for major things on my vehicles like breaks and clutch they were really easy to work with they worked with my cars warranty and did everything the most cost effective way possible for my clutch and flywheel. When they did my breaks they even fixed my bumper which was popping out a bit and I didnt ask for nor was a charged for it theyre good people and do even better work I d trust them with my vehicle any time

Came in for a slow tire leak and, due to a sidewall puncture and tire wear of the other tires, had to replace all four tires due to my vehicle manufacturer s recommendation. Kyle found a comparable tire that included road hazard in the price, rather than being a separate charge, which off set the cost of having to buy three new tires. He made an unexpected situation as good as it could be.
