Whoever this guy is I'm going to find out today by coming in and visiting the manager. This guy is a reckless driver he tried to slam into my truck 2x on Eastland/ 7 Hills then he decided to stand in his workplace parking lot and try to fight me because he was a dangerous, reckless, & angry driver. Not only that but he pulled a knife out as well in YOUR parking lot after I had to swing at him because of how nasty he was escalating. Tell me is this customer service you want your employees giving and dressed as by representing your company and flipping people off in AutoZone's parking lot?What kind of person wants to road rage and then run and hide in their work's parking lot??I've already called corporate in Tennessee about this.

the manager on duty was a total a@@ to me today. I went there to get something and he was very rude to me and told me that he couldn't look it up that i would have to know exactly what part i need and if i broke it that he wouldn't take it back and to keep the receipt, well what good is the receipt if they won't take it back????? I ended up having to look for it myself and found what i needed to make it work. For a NEW store i can see why there isn't hardly anyone there. The lady that was working was nice atleast. I'm 62 years old and think what he said and done was uncalled for!!!!

I needed things for a basic tune up on my car the other day and everyone was super helpful!! I got everything thing I needed and some very helpful advice!! Great customer service as well!!
