Arron customer service skills was very excellent and very helpful on helping me pick windshield wipers. I was very thankful especially him assembly the windshield wipers and also providing excellent care in person and on the phone.

Checked website looking for a 6 ft flex pipe had 1 in stock. Called the store to make sure they had it. In my experience, websites aren't always accurate. Talked to Grandpa, who stated they didn't have it, but a few minutes later, I got a call back and stated he found the piece! It was misplaced! Asked if he can put it on hold because we are 30 minutes away, and he gladly did. Never once had a store clerk call me back after he took the time to look for the item.

This company sold a 149.00 batery with a two year warranty , two years 4 days ago. My original purchased battery went bad in 4 months and was exchanged. Now a year later they won't replace

This used to be my favorite store but when I went there last time, about 2 weeks ago, the staff was not very friendly they seemed to be bothered by me being there or by others. I had to look for the part I needed, didn t find it so I just left. Won t be going there for awhile.

This is where I will shop autoparts everytime inches future! I was given the runaround all over town from 3 other competitors all attempting to give me a part that was wrong. Thankfully after getting help from Dylan, I was informed my Jeep was made is Mexico, and he actually found me the right part the first time. And it was in shock and didn't need to be ordered.

On-line, or in-store, these guys are the best. Good products and great customer service-the guys at the Jefferson City, Mo store always make us feel like we made their whole day by walking in the door--even if we don't buy a thing. And the on-line store is easy for anyone to navigate whether you're an expert or don't know anything but the year, make, and model of your car.

I have been trying to fix/restore an old camper. I AM NOT a car guy.Going to Advance auto has been overall a great experience. Stephen has been more help with questions a novice, like myself, needs answered honestly. I have had issues in the past with other places not being helpful, because I am not the guy who "already knows". Stephen is willing to admit if he doesn't have the answer right away, more importantly, he FINDS IT. Thanks Stephen, and Thanks Advance, for making this process far less painful.

Stopped in at Advance this morning to pick up a filter. Associate quickly looked up the part I needed, went back and grabbed it, getting me out and on my way quickly, so that I could get moving to go get my car fixed. Thanks, Advance Team!Note: Call them if going after 4:00 PM, they had a sign for Temporary Hours ending at 4 on weekdays, I will get a picture and update tomorrow.

Professional!!! This was no normal auto parts store experience. I will always go to Advanced Auto.Did I need a battery or according to another auto store, an alternator? The battery tested bad, they sold me a new battery with a discount, explained the receipt, discount and core cost/refund. Brought my now running car back, they tested starter and alternator, both good. Explained the test results and handed me print out. Happy was I, then he suggested the headlight cleaning kit, which I had wanted but wasn't a priority at that moment, the cost was well worth getting it then. Great service, respectful. Enjoy!

The store manager and the employees are all awesome friendly and ready to help you out with your automive needs. I've been going there for 5 years now and never had any sort of issues with the parts I buy!

Sent a guy 7 hours to pick up parts. Mohammad said that the parts was in a1 shape. Parts was in c- shape at a 1 prices if Mohammed says the parts are pulled and are in excellent condition good luck. I'll pray for u. Made me look like I was a lier.

I only called Advance Auto because Autozone and O'reilly would not answer the phone. This is my first time with Advance and I will just say that the service on the phone was excellent. If the in-store is half that good I am coming back. Thanks for the Help

Walked in the store, several employees had a meeting in the back. They saw me, but none of them moved to help me. Plus they would not honor the 1.5 old battery warranty without a receipt. No "personal touch" or customer service were found at the store. Stores with this type of customer service don't last long.

They have really good customer service, free services, specials every month, takes used oil, and has the best rewards program than any other parts store.
