Simply amazing! Everyone is so accommodating and polite. Their customer service and care for the customer is unmatched. I can't give them high enough praise, if I could give more stars I would!

This is a growing local business that I would recommend to someone looking for truck or offroad accessories. I've used them in the past for some minor fab work and most recently for some truck accessories and installation.Recent purchase, and installation:Sliding bed cover and bed rack.Customer service: 4 starsProfessionalism: 5 starsInstallation: 3 starsTimeliness: 4 starsI'm impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk. They are the face of the business and often have to answer for every mistake or issue that may often not be their fault. While we dealt with some minor vendor issues and perhaps some small installation problems. Jake was willing to work with me to take care of them and always did so in a professional manner. My only hang up was I felt like I had to drive the process a little to get somewhere. By that I just mean that my results were directly prompted by my following up to get things figured out.My recommended improve is: treat each customers issues like there were your own. If you would expect a quicker solution so will your customer. Note that from start to finish the process took almost 2 1/2 months to complete. Reach out to your customer and not wait for them to reach out you.As for the installation, I feel that it's less a lack of skill and more of and issue with rushing the job. I know I'm picky right; I say say it should have gone faster but then say that the job appeared rushed. So let me explain, slow is smooth, smooth is fast. If it takes longer to ensure it's correct; then that's what it's all about. Mind you that's just my suggestion and this is all just opinion. So to be more detailed the issues I had were mainly with the bed rack installation. This included side rails that needed to be cut to size and heavy duty crossbars. ISSUES: one of the crossbars installed was missing and end cap and one of the side rails was installed out of alignment. I fixed the side rail alignment myself and had to wait for the vendor to send a replacement end cap for the crossbar.Honestly, these were minor issues but, I stand firm on my belief that when you make a purchase big or small and you pay for services big or small it should be done correctly and the delivered product should be 100% of what was purchased.

The experience started off great. They were polite and the price to replace wheels and tires and add a leveling kit to my Jeep Gladiator was reasonable. I dropped the car off for a week while on vacation for them to complete the work. When I called to make sure it was ready when I returned, the owner told me the wheels and tires on the back are not balanced and he said it was likely due to shipping damage to the wheels. He said he put notes about it on some papers, which I expected to see when I picked up the car, so I let it go. I never did see that piece of paper.I picked up my Gladiator that evening and I didn t notice anything. The second day I had it back, there was a load bang when I pulled out of my driveway. When I got to work, I looked over the front end and noticed they didn t put on a part (bump stop extension) that was with the leveling kit to stop metal on metal when the suspension system bottoms out.I called them and told them the situation. The guy on the phone seemed skeptical of what I was saying but he told me to bring the car back to check it out, so I had to go back to them at lunch to show them the car. When I got there, the guy that I assume is the owner was rude. He did indicate his mechanic told him he did not put on the part that came with the kit, but he also acted as if I shouldn t worry about it because the part isn t necessary and that my story of the front-end bottoming out was a lie. He did agree to have the part put on, which I accepted, and he provided me a car to drive back to work while it was being fixed. The car they gave me had an extremely bad oil leak that leaked all over my work parking lot. When I came back to pick up my truck, I spoke with the same guy that I spoke to earlier. He remained rude and treated me like I did something wrong, when it was his mechanic that didn t install a part that came with the lift kit. I confronted him about his demeanor towards me (the wronged customer) and he did say I should have received the part that came with my kit, but he also acted like there was no way my front-end bottomed out that morning (The part they didn t install is the exact part that is supposed to prevent that from happening. To me it makes sense that its absence is the reason for it happening. He didn t see it that way)As it stands now. They did fix the error and we will see how it goes from here. I would have probably given a better review if the own had just owned up to the error on their part, fixed the error, and apologized. The disrespect I was shown was the issue. (We ll also see what comes of the unbalanced wheels)If you take your car to them make sure you confirm the work is done correctly and watch out for the rude owner. Everyone else I work with was nice.

Best shop for wheels and tires, lift kits, accessories and general maintenance in my opinion. These guys are great mechanics and there prices cant be beat. I trust them with my 2020 chevy, had them do all the upgrades and maintenance and im very happy with it. Thanks Jesse and Jake!

I've bought tires here a couple of times for different cars. They've done alignments for me. I've had exhaust installed on several cars here, the last being dual exhaust with Flowmasters and stainless tips for my '05 Silverado (sounds AWESOME!). They do great work and are nice people to deal with.

The first one star I left was for last year when I went to pickup my truck after a service to get in and find grimy oil prints all over my door handle/stiching, steering wheel, and shifter. This 1 star is for them dropping the ball on providing a service that was scheduled the week prior. I arranged someone to follow me 25mi in to drop off and leave for the afternoon to be driven back 25mi to pickup 4 hrs later to be told it was done and then oh no they havent gotten to it, will get to it shortly. Maybe my expectations are to high, however they were not met.

I had a number of problems with them, and unfortunately, had to go to Small Claims Court to resolve it. I'd never do business with them again.

If I could give no stars, I would. Work was done that not only didn't fix the problem, my suggestion was ignored, and wasn't even notified of work to be done before to approve. Whatever they thought was needed based upon the initial call was done and that was that. Clearly not tested as when pickup occured, the same issues were immediate upon starting the vehicle. Additionally, now the car squeaks loudly. Not sure what would have been done to even cause that based upon the work area needed. Wasn't notified when the "work" was done either. I waited and finally had to call to check status and was told it was all set. Invoices and other docs suggest the work was done the day before. So I guess if I don't call it just sits there forever? I guess they just do what they want and charge whatever without notification? Asked for an inspection at drop off too and was given approval slip but charged with new wiper blades needed and replaced - not approved, yet tail light was out and not addressed, even after i suggested the tail light was out before pick up. Last I checked, tail lights were part of the inspection. Called and left VM asking for call back to discuss these issues afterward. No call back. Waited another day and then called asking for manager. Manager wasn't to be found. Manager called back and the only response was we can fix the tail light and look back into it, not today though. "That's all I can do." Really? So you can "fix" it and charge me for work that wasn't done properly...again? Nope. You don't call to offer diagnosis and ask if it's okay to proceed? You don't do a safety inspection properly? You don't call when the job is "done?" I told 2 separate people I thought a belt may be the issue. I told the person who told me I was all set that there was a tail light issue. Nothing was fixed and no apology upon pointing out the issues afterward. I called another shop and explained the issues, guess what.... "Sounds like a belt." In the meantime, I replaced my own tail light in about 5 min. Will never go back. Worst shop experience ever.Interestingly, this is my 2nd experience. My first wasn't as bad but still wasn't right. My male friend set up at apt and they called him at every step of the way. My battery was dead upon pick up and they jumped it so I could leave. When I got home it died again. I then looked and saw my battery negative terminal was missing a screw and was loose. So I went ahead and fixed that myself too. Believe it or not, there are more issues but I think enough has been said. I was a fool to give them a 2nd chance. Interesting someone posted shortly before me about a fake inspection too.Follow up - took my car to a different local shop, and was advised there was belt that needed replaced. Wow, weird! Had it fixed in 30 min and I was on my way. Car works fine ever since. No thanks to 4 wheel parts Plus.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Auto battery maintenance, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Battery, Oil change

Four wheel parts plus falsified my inspection now the owner will not contact me after calling two days in a row! Purchased the car in dec it was inspected in Nov 2 days after the purchase my exhaust popped a hole making this passing inspection invalid bc it no longer passes. Taking it to a trusted mechanic they informed me that all the bushings in my rear end are shot so regardless of the exhaust it shouldn t have been passed. Now I have around 2500 of repairs to things that should have failed the inspection. Will be making a complaint with the highway patrol and attorney generalService: Vehicle safety inspection

I this business. I purchased a vehicle here. I only dealt with Corey. He is an amazing person. Definitely not your typical car sales man. He was very kind, honest and helpful. Our sale went smoothly and with little effort. He was upfront and honest. If he didn't know an answer, he would research and find the answer with no BS. There was never any pressure and he was always available for questions, concerns or just a little chat. He is a wonderful person and it definitely shows in his eyes and his words. Please consider him for your next vehicle purchase. You will not be disappointed.

My boyfriend recommended them for my routine maintenance and repairs. I am so glad he did because they are phenomenal! I usually wait while my car is being serviced and I've been so pleased with the short waits. I've also had my brakes replaced and it did not break the bank. I've never felt pressured to buy unnecessary upgrades and never felt taken advantage of. I highly recommend them.

Accept appointments, friendly, professional staff, accommodating. I bought stainless steel step bars from them for my pickup about 2012; 9 years later still look good and I would buy again. Never had a completely smooth ride in my truck because of, I thought, wheel balance being slightly off every time I'd get them balanced (electronic, road-force balancer). Finally a year ago took truck to 4WP+, they balanced all wheels, and now its never ridden/driven smoother. Recently needed new TPMS sensors in my tires and I was in a time crunch. I left my vehicle and they replaced the sensors, working it in during the day. One lost its programming, and they took care of it with zero hesitancy. I recommend 4WP+

I have had a number of oil changes and check-ups done at 4-WHEEL; and recently had four new tires installed on my Honda Civic. Perhaps most importantly, the price is right on track- I was steered in the right direction for purchasing quality tires, and didn't feel like I overspent whatsoever. Secondly, the service is wonderful. Steve Happy and the rest of team are friendly, attentive, answer every little question, and really make you feel like a welcomed and appreciated customer. I have no problem driving from Columbia to have my car serviced by these outstanding guys.

4 Wheel Parts Plus is the best there is! They've always been prompt, done great work, and courteous to myself and to the customers I send over. I work at Capitol Chrysler and advise all of my guests to go see them for running boards, trailer hitches, lift kits, and other added parts after a sale. In the three years I've been using their shop I have never had anything close to a problem and I'm confident that their level of service and professionalism will continue for years to come.

I got an MVI inspection done today here at 4 Wheel Parts and I have to say it was the best experience I ve ever had dealing with an Auto shop. As a gear head and 1 who works on cars/trucks himself over the years I ve dealt with several shops pulling my leg trying to say something is wrong with a vehicle when there isn t and have also been treated like I was dumb by some. The fine people at 4 wheel parts are top notch! They treated me nicely and Respectfully got my truck in and out in maybe 15-20 mins tops and also answered all questions I had about lift kits. They also have a amazing selection of wheels, tires, bumpers and other parts to choice from. I will definitely be going here for all and any service or work I need done! Thank you 4 Wheel Parts for being a Top notch Auto Shop!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I purchased a undercover amorflex bed cover and a set of AMP powersteps worked with Shelby on the order and I got a good price slightly better than what I could find online so I'm very happy. The shop and showroom are neat/clean and they installed both items for me and gave me a reasonable install cost. They did an excellent install job on the powersteps. I had very good experience with them.

I have primarily bought tires at 4-WHEEL Parts Plus. Their price and service have been very good. When they have pointed out other issues, their diagnostics have been right on without exaggeration. I recommend giving them a shot on your next purchase.

I ordered An Interstate battery at this store on a Friday. I was Told it would be in on Tuesday. The following Wednesday I went In. No battery. 2 weeks after I ordered The battery I went Back in to check again. Still no battery. I had Checked at the distribution center in Columbia and they are in stock. The young man who waited on me apparently needs more training.

Used 3 times. twice had hitches installed on truck and a car. Also had alignment and brakes. No doubt, quality of work excellent and staff very professional and courteous. They do tend to underestimate the actual cost of repairs when giving estimates but prices than most, especially for quality of work. Bill Galloway, not MiAsja.

Had a lift upgraded on 2011 Silverado. The staff did a great job installing. The lift turned out great. I came back to have side steps installed and service was the same. Excellent.

What's great about this place is that it's privately owned and operated, not just another automotive chain. The difference is a direct approach to customer service from a real person, instead of some corporate drone who could care less; these guys went out of their way for me.Also, chain shops have a quota to meet, which often pressures employees to move the customers along and provides a circumstance ripe for misdiagnosis and faulty work. I prefer this shop because I know there is no quota to meet, and they'll work on my vehicle until it is truly ready.
