Cody, Keegan, and Fabio were all great to work with leading up to the sale, during the sale, and after. We came from 2+ hours away and they had everything in line ready to go for a quick easy transaction. 10/10 recommend these guys! Not to mention they had the best price I could find.

Great experience. Drove 2 hours one way because the price and warranty couldn t be beat. Collin was our salesman. He was great to work with. Quick to respond and very knowledgeable. Fabio was the delivery specialist. He helped us set up the ride command and went over all maintenance. Overall a great experience and if we buy again we will be going back.

Out of state buyer - Never entered the building. From the first text inquiring about the machine I was interested in, Sappington was nothing short of amazing. I was able to discuss options through the convenience of texting and phone calls, purchase the ATV, sign documents electronically, and they set up shipping directly to my home which was numerous states away. I couldn't ask for a better experience. They handled a remote purchase perfectly. They did everything they said they would and I never felt like a lesser priority with me not being in front of them. In contrast, they would reach out to me just to provide updates on progress of the purchase, wire transfer, mailing of documents, shipment of vehicle, vehicle break in, etc. I will absolutely be purchasing from them in the future and will recommend them highly to anyone I can. Thank you to Dani, Clint, and Fabio specifically for a job well done!

We have been looking for a Mule for a few months. Dani was in contact with my husband regularly with new additions and options. Because of her assertiveness we found the deal we were looking for!! Great buying experience!!! Keegan was my sales person and he was hassle free. The price he quoted was exactly what I paid. No surprises no pushy add-ons. It's rare to find a place that's upfront about the out the door price. Would definitely buy from them again in the future. Love my new Kawasaki Vulcan Vaquero! Rode it 1050 miles to Texas. Excellent service from Keegan and Fabio. We drove 16 hours from Edinburg, Tx to pick up this unit. They had everything ready when we arrived there in the morning.We are very happy with the 2024 Polaris Rzr . No hidden fees or marks ups, very good prices.

Keegan our salesman was absolutely wonderful. Very attentive and knew the answer to any questions we had. Fabio our delivery specialist went over every aspect of our new ranger. Explained how to brake in the belt, how to maintain it and simply drive. All in all I give everyone a 10/10

The people at Sappington Pro Outdoor were quick to help us find the side by side we were wanting. Sales and signing paperwork was smooth. I just recently purchased my 5th machine from Sappington Pro Outdoors. Each and every single employee in the building no matter what position they work in have always been so welcoming to my family and I. Their prices and customer service are unmatched. I have went to other dealerships in the past, been low low balled on trades, had to nearly beg to get salesman s attention, please trust me I can reassure you that you will not experience that here no matter who you are. If you want to deal with professional, respectful, polite, and patient folks then make the trip to Sappington Pro Outdoor. I drive almost 5 hours to deal with this business, even if I moved across country I d still do business with them over anyone else. I almost forgot to mention just how insanely clean they keep the property, inside and out. That goes a long ways for me.

The customer service was fantastic, and the prices can t be beat. They don t lure you in with a low advertised price and then add on ridiculous dealer fees. My Ninja 400 was the cheapest new bike within a 1,000 miles radius. I recommend everyone looking for Kawasakis to go check out Sappington Pro Outdoors!

I used the service department twice this week. Once for my mower and once for my snow blower. Within 2 days they came and picked up my items, repaired, and returned. FANTASTIC SERVICE! it was at a very low cost to me. The guys in the service Department are great to work with. They kept me informed all the way through the repairs as needed. The whole company is great to work with including Mike who picks up and delivers equipment to the customers. I got a new piece of equipment in September. Mike went out of his way to make sure that I knew how to operate it when he delivered it to us. In this day, an age is hard to find fantastic customer service in sales and more importantly in service. Great job guys. Thank you so much.

Very satisfied with my first experience with Sappington Pro Outdoor. They didn't have the DR650s that I wanted in-stock but they were able to order it and get in fairly quick. Then the paperwork process quick and easy. Also I would recommended Cody as a salesman.

I went in several times to compare units and Cody was always helpful and knowledgeable. I decided on a model the day before purchase and they had it ready to go for me and then my wife and I decided to get an upgraded model when we showed up. Both Cody and Fabio were courteous with us changing our minds at the last minute which added additional work on them near closing time. I got a fair deal, buying process was easy, customer care was excellent.

Sales people friendly straight to the point not pushy and they work hard to get you what you want. I would tell anybody to go there and to ask for Dani!!!Would ve been 5 stars review but I didn t have a full tank of gas when I picked my machine up. It s a small thing I know but thought maybe they could ve put 5 gallons of gas in it

We would recommend you shopping at this store. We bought a mower and the employee Keegan was so nice and helpful and answered all our questions and helped us every step of the way. Actually everyone was so nice and helpful. Go and take a look around they have lots of items. Will shop from them again.

Excellent service from the Sales and service. Answered all my questions, and made sure that I knew how to take care of our new four wheeler. Provided direct contact information and insisted that I reach out to them with any issues or questions. Quick and easy transaction loaded the four wheeler for me couldn t ask for more.

2 stars only for service. Tried to purchase a side by side but if you re not super cautious about the numbers it s super easy to get tricked up. My experience was they asked what I wanted for my trade and then just raised the MSRP $5000 and agreed to my number. I know this method is against the law with cars to do to people but I guess not on powersports. I was referred there only to be charged $5000 too much with the hope I wouldn t catch it. Not saying you shouldn t buy from them but watch everything because if you don t they will for sure make an example out of you. Service is great though

Excellent and very professional services a Sappington Pro Outdoor. Everything because of the great services man Mr. Keegan who answered every call. I highly recommended this dealer and prices. I called up to the store in Jackson Mo. I spoke with Keegan and when I tell you that man went above and beyond, to help make this the easiest deal I ve ever made he did just that. This was the best experience ever. He did everything I ask him to and was very fast about it .I highly recommend anyone to go buy an atv or anything they sell it was absolutely a great deal. Sappington Pro Outdoor has excellent customer service. They also have the lowest prices around. Cody was very helpful when I bought my General yesterday. He was knowledgeable in the machine I wanted and had lots of information to share about comparisons to other machines as well. He knows his stuff!! Very friendly and nice guy! Also, can t leave Fabio out!! Very helpful with letting you know about warranties, servicing the vehicle and pretty much was able to answer any question about maintenance and the machine itself! Funny, friendly and nice guy!! I highly recommend Sappington Pro Outdoor for any of your outdoor needs from a SXS to a tractor or lawnmower! They have so much to choose from! Go check them out!!

Good day, Warning when purchasing products from this vendor. I purchased a 2021 new side-by-side in April 2022. After getting it home I saw that the mileage read almost 50 miles, there was a deep scratch on the hood area, and a short somewhere in the electrical. But, I chose to accept it, rather than driving two hours back. Two weeks after the purchase it quit running. Unfortunately during this time period I was injured in the military and unable to drive the 2 hours necessary to drop it off for repair, but I did inform the business of the of the issue. After my spinal surgery I was eventually able to take it in for repair. After reading about EPA limitations on the carburetors I asked if purchasing a new carb and having it installed would be ideal solution and if it would void any warranty. They agreed to install and stated, anything bolt-on for air should not void any warranties. After an initial bill of about $600 for something that should likely have been covered under a warranty, I brought it home, took it off the trailer, and attempted to drive it. It barely stayed running and would only reach 15mph. I was quite frustrated, too frustrated to follow up. I later contacted the business and even offered a trade up, but they refused to stand by the products they sell stating, there s nothing we can do . Despite the vehicle having only 10 more miles than when I purchased it. If that s your idea of a good buy then keep browsing. Also, the electrical issue has now progressed to the starter turning over non-stop without the key in the ignition until the battery dies. I posted on FB but they removed it. So it s likely their FB only contains good reviews .Update: They inform you that they will cover warranty if you have all services done by them. I ve only driven the unit 10 miles and no services are currently due. Therefore, the only maintenance or services were indeed completed by them. Only services performed were New spark plug, fuel line, fuel filter, carburetor, and throttle cable. The real problem is that they know these items are junk and have decided to no longer carry this particular model, leaving the customers holding the bag. Also, I was just informed the warranty period was 180 days, yet the manufacturer website states 360 days. Also, I see you re attempting to turn the burden. But it s is your fault that you sell used items marked as new.
