I've been to Mike three or four times and he's done a real good job keeping my vehicle running. Hard to find companies that do real good work and stand behind their products and services Mike's one of the few. Great customer service and is really friendly employees top notch mechanics give them a try.

Everyone was super sweet and took good care of me there! I m a college student who knows nothing about cars. They didn t once try to take advantage of me. Dylan even talked to my dad on the phone to make sure everything was all good. Super great service and got me in and out!

They fixed my issue with my dex coolant, but as I was pulling out I started having issues. They disconnected one of my spark plugs and it almost ruined my engine. Thankfully I caught it in time before it could damage my engine too bad, but now I have to get new spark plugs. (My issue was underneath my car connecting front cooling to rear cooling so there's no reason they should have been anywhere near my spark plugs)

They did an absolutely wonderful job, didn't try to squeeze every dime out of me. Me and my husband broke down on the way back home from nashville, they allowed me to tow my vehicle there and made me feel my vehicle was safe. I was told by so many people it was going to be a minimum 500$ fix, they were able to diagnose it properly and i only ended up spending 200 and some change. Very quick, thorough and professional service, I will be going back for any and all needs for my vehicles and would also highly recommend this business to friends and family as well!

Ruppel's is great! They send reminder texts which help me a lot. They are very professional and tell me about my car every step of the way. I feel at ease even when the check engine light goes on. They check out everything and make sure my vehicle is safe. Great service with clear communication. Spoke with Caleb several times and his communication was clear, friendly, and timely. They tested the solution for replacing a modification the previous owner made before selling me on it and had the salvageable parts set aside for me at pickup time. Will use them again.

They had fixed my car a year ago. Check engine light came on. I took it to get diagnosed. My part was still under warranty. They fixed it the next day and didn t charge me a penny. Michael is such a sweet person very nice and always helpful. I love the texting. They inform me when my car is being looked at by the technician and Edgar is wrong with it. I highly recommend! My oil starting leaking out of the blue. It was diagnosed as the rear main seal at one service station that was not equipped to fix it. I called ruppel for a second opinion and to see if they could fix it if that indeed was the issue. At first they diagnosed a vacuum issue and fixed that in the slifgt hopes that might also fix the leak. It did not. So the rear main seal was the issue. I picked the car up to bring back in a few weeks. I got a call a few hours later that he did some research on my specific vehicle problems and wanted to look at one more thing. Low and behold that was the problem! So instead of a $2000 issue it was $380. HUGE!

Mike Ruppel and his technicians were professional, friendly, and thorough. Mike has a lot of experience and obviously has kept up with additional training. He kept digging into my problem until he reached a satisfactory conclusion, explaining what he was doing along the way. I believe he was honest with me and did not perform any unnecessary work on my car. He let me know with text messages when a technician began to work on my vehicle. I would highly recommend Mike at Ruppel Auto Service in Jackson, MO.

Been using Ruppel for about 25 years, always top of the line work, through and fixed correctly. I figured out years ago to use Ruppel when two other shops couldn t figure out what was wrong with our vehicles and told me to take it there. Both times Mike found the problem and fixed it. Being sent their by other shops pretty much says it all. Very Professional in all aspects! They text you when work begins and ends or if they need to talk to you before more work is done.
