Roy is very affordable and trustworthy. There's a reason he has been around for so many years. He has competitive prices, great quality service, and I was impressed with how quick he got the job done. I'm definitely going back!

Roy is my go-to. He and his staff, many of whom are family or long-term employees, are always busy, yet always make time to get our vehicles in and serviced as quickly as possible. They are fantastic about setting expectations for wait times so I never have to worry about being left without wheels for an unanticipated period of time. Their prices are at least as fair as anyone else's, if not more-so, and their customer service is second to none. I recently had a more involved job that his crew doesn't do, but Roy towed my vehicle to a servicer, had it repaired, and brought it back to his lot so I could settle up there, all at a price that was super reasonable. My days are jam-packed with my own business, and his level of service made my life much easier. Give Roy's a try. You won't regret it.

Roy has always taken great care of our vehicles at fair prices. One of my friends was told her car needed $3000 worth of work by a dealer. I told her to take it to Roy and get a second opinion, because I know he would never rip anyone off. She took it to him and the things she was told it needed it did not need. He got her car in tip top shape for less than $300.

This place is Awesome! the guy's here always does an Awesome!! job fixing my car, no matter what I come for the job is always done right! sometimes you might have to wait a little bit longer but I tell you it is worth the wait That's just how much business they get and how good of service they do!! and you are always greeted with a nice smile and attitude, just come see for yourself and you won't be disappointed! they are kind and nice people!!

Roy is an excellent place to bring your vehicle. He is always upfront on what needs to be repaired and what can wait. His prices are very reasonable too compared to other repair shops. He is our go to mechanic shop!

A complete waste of your time and money if you put your car into his service. All they know is to act busy and be rude to clients and even more if they are interracial. If you take your car there, chances are they will worsen the car even more. They do not have experienced mechanics who can figure out the issue. They have taken 4 days to fix fuse problem whereas it takes only 5 seconds to replace a fuse. People should lend this garage money so that they can actually hire experienced mechanics.

Never going there again. Dated/grungy lobby, and it took like an hour just for an oil change (I think I even had an appointment!)Then I get in my car to find the technician had grease all over his shoes -so my carpet and trim were all dirty and stained black.Not sure how they got so many good reviews. There are many better options around (like anyplace else). Good luck!

When Ford Groves Dealership couldn't be bothered with a tire problem for a vehicle under warranty. Roy's had no problem helping. This is a super place!!It's so refreshing to find dependable, & honest people to help with your automotive needs GREAT PLACE!!!!

Left happy with the service but every single time we bring our cars in here they come back covered in oil and grime. Bringing a new car in and getting it back with oil on the leather seats is no bueno.

my dad has used Roy s for as long as i can remember & they ve always been super great! BUT i will say, they have a downside. i went there to get my tire looked at & when i got a call that it was done & ready to be picked up, i headed over that way. when i got there however, they had lost my KEYS. LOST MY KEYS! keep in mind that the keys go to a 2010 Nissan Altima, not cheap keys & they LOST them. he did say this was like the first time it ever happened but what was crazy was they never even touched my car, like it never moved but my keys were GONE. i sat there w my 2 year old son for almost 4 hours waiting for them to find my keys & then once my keys showed up (an older lady had grabbed them off the counter & left w them somehow) Roy asked if i still wanted my tire to get looked at & i was like well OF COURSE like i ve been sitting, waiting so why not? so they took a little while to look at my tire & they eventually told me that i couldn t get a patch or get it fixed, i would need a different tire. so we left & my sisters took the car & tire back the next day & they had us pay for the tire change STILL! my dad & i were dumbfounded! Roy had to call my dad to get the $30 bill paid & my dad said that was the last time we d ever do business w them! so in conclusion, its a good family business but it definitely has some flaws & my family will not be returning at any point for any sort of work to be done!

I've been one of Roy's customers (and biggest fans) ever since I moved to Jackson in 2004. We're moving out of state and hoping we will find someone even half as qualified, skilled and efficient as Roy. The business is family owned and operated. I'm not sure there's anything Roy can't fix, but if he can't, he surely knows who can. His prices are very fair and the quality of his workmanship is outstanding. It's always hard to find a mechanic you can know and trust. Roy is one of those guys you find and know without a doubt you can trust. I highly recommend him! (And I rarely write reviews.)

I don't think any other car shop in the Cape Area and Jackson can beat the pricing of this shop; their pricing is truly competitive, and the quality of service is top notch. I bought a 2009 Hyundai Elantra and it needs new rear rotors+ break pads; I tried asking around the auto shops whether they would replace them for me at the cost of labor, and they wouldn't. Only Roy's would do it, and they do it at a great price! Highly recommend for all your tire needs and other car maintenance services as well. The wait time is good and the staff is friendly as well. Highly recommended.

Great local business and excellent customer service! Always friendly and helpful. Most importantly completely honest and upfront staff. We have had two separate occasions were Roy's could have easily taken our money for work that we didn't need or something that was covered under an extended warranty that we didn't know about. Roy was actually the one to let us know that we should call the dealership because what we needed fixed would be covered under a warranty. They could have easily done the work and charged us the hundreds of dollars it would have cost, and we would have been none the wiser. We will continue to use Roy's for all of our car service needs!!

Been going to Roy's for ~ 10 years or so great Customer Service.Learn a lot watching things happen around there kind of entertaining at times. Suggest to call ahead if you need immediate service because sometimes they have to order parts and are pretty busy. Business is often real busy on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays so suggest calling ahead especially if in a big hurry.Overall a great place to get your vehicle serviced reliably for most general maintenance items with no big surprises.

Roy's quoted me over the phone two possible prices. Low and behold I was only charged the lowest price quoted. I would have to say this shows true integrity. The service was speedy. I hope I don't experience another mishap but in the case I do, Roy's Tire & Auto is the business I WILL return to.

Called Roy told him I had brakes go out on car ,told him what I thought it might be,i said I was having it towed down he said it would be few days before he could get to it ,told him no hurry he called two days later told me it was done come and get it ,he had opportunity to get it in sooner and he did ,thanks Roy.

Roy's saved me from paying for an engine replacement.I was recommended Roy's by a coworker who said he was honest. Honesty is a huge factor in a mechanic shop.I was experiencing a large mechanical problem in my 2015 Hyundai Tucson caused by a faulty sensor that wouldn't turn on the oil light. Roy stated that he personally knew of 3 other people who had this issue and had a replacement engine installed by Hyundai at no cost.He was right. They will replace the engine for me. I might not have even considered taking it to the dealer based on out of warranty and the cost of dealer repairs.On top of all that, he only charged me $10 for the issue.Not only has Roy's earned my respect but now he has earned my business for the foreseeable future.Good job, Roy.

It is pretty simply, Roy is a good honest man. I have taken my care there many times and he always treats me fairly and honestly. Best mechanic I have done business with in 40 years.

On the road from Florida to Colorado when the check engine light came on. The guy in Auto Zone recommended this shop and I was so impressed with the service. They checked the sensor and didn't find a problem. They reset the sensor, explained what the issue could be and advised me to see my dealer when I got home. They assured me that I would be fine to continue the trip. They did not charge me. I highly recommend this shop. They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Roy & his staff are very nice & easy to work with. Had a problem with a set of tires & they resolved the issue quickly. Will definitely be going back to Roy's in the future.

Nice guy. Takes on more than he's able and/or his mechanics need to be replaced. Truck left worse than it went in. We called and he did have us bring it back....but it was for the thing they apparently didn't do the first time. Disappointing and frustrating when the vehicle is necessary for work.

My alternator went out late Saturday. No way to call and set an appointment. I had to drop it off at Roy's Monday morning. Since there's no appointment, he warned me that it might be the afternoon before they could look at it. Hour&1/2 later, Roy calls me to discuss what they could do and the cost. That was quick! Then it ended up costing much less than I was dreading paying! I think I found my permanent shop!
