They knew what I needed and put the extra effort into finding it. They hadn't sold one for some time, they did, and the price was good.

Was told by representative (sorry, no name) that I could not get a battery exchanged without my receipt. He claimed NAPA does not store customer information or sales. Wow. Had another NAPA store kindly fax me my receipt. Management should train employees on store policy or the principles of customer service (but preferably both). With receipt, service was fine.

I didn't know what part I needed as there was several options but the guys at Napa made sure I got the part I needed.

Great parts, prices are comparable to all other parts stores. Service counter was a little slow, on Saturday.
