I scheduled my oil change online effortlessly, confirmed my appointment time, and was promptly attended to. There was no upselling or pressure tactics, just honest work with a welcoming smile. One standout moment for me was after the oil change when the technician noticed that my vehicle's frame was obstructing the oil plug, making it prone to oil leaks. Without hesitation, he went the extra mile and, upon completion, I observed him outside, lying on his back with a rag, meticulously cleaning up the oil from the frame. This attention to detail exemplifies the exceptional quality of service provided by GearHeads. It's these small gestures that truly paint a vivid picture of the level of care and professionalism exhibited by the team.

I took my car in a little before lunch yesterday to have a problem with the AC and heat looked at. They got it figured out quickly and were very thorough in explaining the issue. They ordered the part to fix it and had it ready for me to pick up by the end of the day. I really appreciated the technician I talked to working with my budget and helping me figure out what all could be done same day, and what could wait until after Thanksgiving next week. We will definitely be back to GearHeads for future work on our cars after such a great experience yesterday!

Online scheduling is a game changer. It was so easy to do and the response time was incredibly quick! The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. They never tried to push unnecessary services and were educational in their explanations. They checked back with me multiple times after the service to make sure everything was working well. As a female, I ve been talked down to by other repair shops and treated like a child. Grearheads was a totally different ballgame. They treated me like I was in control of the situation and never tried to make me feel inferior. I will definitely be back for future services!

Only place around here who was able to get my car and work on it the same day. Every other shop was weeks out. The root problem wasn't solved but the issue didn't occur while it was at the shop. They're more expensive than other places I asked but I was willing to pay more to get my car looked at that same day.

I ve never met a group of individuals so knowledgeable and kind. Owner, Amy Ybarra, is constantly involved in the community and values each of her customers. 10/10 recommend!

From the phone conversation with the first contact for my appointment to the technician who greets me, every service person is friendly and helpful at Gearheads. I've found that their willingness to give me time and attention is a great service and actually something missed in many other Service Providers in the area. Very friendly. Very thorough. They reviewed a list of issues on the vehicle but were not pushy about trying to up-sell me. The things I wanted done, they got right on. Fast and exactly the amount they said it would be. I was surprised how quickly they got me in and finished. This was not the first time I relied on them to fix a vehicle that my kids will be driving. The technicians did a great job on the diagnostic test and are currently working on fixing the problems. I know they will do great. The customer service representatives were really kind. Very customer oriented. They know me by name every time I come in for the most random things like using there free air compressor anytime, or running a code reader for me whenever I get a check engine light for the most minor things, or something that needs to be done immediately.Always professional service at Gearheads Auto.Jason Mabry

I had a wonderful experience at GearHeads Auto & Diesel Repair today. I especially loved the very detailed inspection report they texted and emailed me along with calling me to review it. I didn't feel pressured and I when I picked my car up, (they gave me a loaner car to drive) I received a detailed invoice along with price quotes for the service issues they found. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. I know there are several good shops in the area but if you don't have a regular you use, give GearHeads a shot!

If you are looking for an honest and reliable mechanic, this is the place to go. They do a complete check of the vehicle regardless of the reason you are coming in. They take pictures and color code everything to let you know if it's in good working order (green), needs to be watched (yellow), or needs immediate attention (red). They explain everything in terms you can understand. I highly recommend them.

Outstanding service from start to finish! They stand behind their work and do a great job communicating. Staffed with many skilled mechanics who are knowledgeable and reliable. I had a unexpected issue with my truck and was leaving to go out of town in a couple of days. I talked with Tyler who was very helpful he got me in on a Wednesday and by close on Thursday I had my truck back and was ready to go for my trip. I had no appointment but they got me in anyways. This place is great..I called a million times with a million questions..and Tyler was always very helpful..I will definitely use them from here on out..5 stars..I had injectors replaced in my diesel and output shaft seal replaced..both at VERY reasonable prices..I feel as if they are the best in the business..Update...its 6 months later and another truck later..4x4 actuator motor went out 1 month after purchasing my new/used truck...Called Gearheads on Friday...Tyler had me drop it off on Monday morning..He called me by end of day with an update..It was fixed professionally and in a timely manner..Tyler even informed me about a couple other minor repairs I needed done that I wasn't aware of..I can't say enough good things about Gearheads!I highly recommend..I am a lifelong customer!!Even gave me a air freshener and a T-shirt!!And a discount card for next time I'm in !!!A year later and another truck lol..just had my frond end alignment done..they are fast and proficient..5 stars...Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

These guys are absolutely amazing! They got me right in when no one else could or WOULD I'm not from the area and didn't know anyone around here and they were truly a God send! I appreciate all they did for me the car is running great and they even tipped me in on a few minor things that I had no idea was going on with the car since it was fairly new to me! Oh yea and don't forget Chandler and Tyler are truly a breath of fresh air! Great customer service and overall experience will definitely be going back to them in the future! Thanks guys!!

Friendliest, most honest, most knowledgeable guys in the area! Another local shop had my truck 2 days couldn't figure out what was wrong then charged me a diagnostic fee of 99! Gearheads had it diagnosed and fixed in one day. They photo and video all issues and after repairs so you know it's legit and actually been done. This is 100 my go to shop!

They did a great job with my vehicle, gave it a full look over and made me aware of all the issues it had. Parts came in quick, and they were able to get them replaced right away so I wasn't without a car. I have an oil leak, and instead of suggesting a pricey fix, they've suggested smaller, cheaper solutions first to see if the issue lies there. They also did not show me a cabin air filter that wasn't mine and claim it's in DIRE NEED of replacing. The dealership does that to me every time I go.
