I could not be happier with my experience at Brad Wooten Auto Body! From customer service to auto repair I was extremely impressed. I absolutely recommend them for any auto repairs or detailing. My car was rear ended and when they were finished it looked brand new.

We cannot say enough great things about Brad and his crew! The attention to detail and professionalism are absolutely TOP NOTCH! When our new truck got body damage just 3 months after buying it we knew we wanted someone with a great reputation to do the repairs. We were not disappointed! Our truck came back looking better than the day we drove it off the lot. We were given updates throughout the progress of repairs so we never had to wonder. If I could give them 10 stars I would! I just want to say that Brad and his team are simply amazing! When I hit a deer (sadly not an uncommon occurrence on our road) he got it repaired and back on the road in no time! Honestly, it's even nicer than it was before. Also, it was a pleasure to work with him, and his establishment, because everyone was just so pleasant! Hopefully I do not need his services again, but if I do, I know everything is in good hands.

I took my husband's truck over and asked if I could get an estimate to get some surface scratches removed and Brad walked outside and looked at it and said I will be right back, I can fix it in just a few seconds and he sprayed something on it and wiped it. Everything came out except for a single scratch you could barely see.Brad didn't even charge me anything. I will recommend him and be his future customer from now on.Thank you so much Brad

Every single experience I ve had with Brad Wooten has exceeded expectations. He and his staff are professional, pleasant, and helpful. They handled insurance issues when someone hit my car, and did a fantastic job repairing the damage. They even installed the mirror on the seat correctly so I could see my baby (I hadn t figured it out, yet )! If you re looking for someone to repair damage, or make your car feel like new with a great detail job, Brad Wooten needs to be your first choice!

On a recent out of town travel my family and I were hit from behind and pushed into another vehicle causing damage to both ends of our Suburban. Brad made the repair process simple and easy. He set the expectations up-front and followed-up with me throughout the process, even checking in with me after our vehicle had been delivered back to us. The paint on our vehicle has a tri-coat pearl that they were able to color match perfectly. His team of collision repair experts made our vehicle look like it came from the showroom floor again. I highly recommend their services!

Brad is just top-notch professional every experience with Brad Wooten Auto body and repair is phenomenal. Their reputation is outstanding, and there's a reason for it. They got me into a loaner vehicle until I could get a rental and will have my vehicle back to me in 10 days, they've got everything taken care of and I just couldn't say more what a pleasant experience it was and how much I recommend them.

Hands down, the BEST company if you're looking for a vehicle detail. I drove passed several other companies to go to Brad Wooten Auto Body. I would have paid double for the service provided. The staff was so thoughtful that they even warmed up the provided rental vehicle on such a cold morning. My only disappointment was not scheduling sooner. My Jeep looks and smell like a brand new car!

Brad Wooten Auto Body in Ironton is fantastic! Thankfully I've only had to have body work done once, when someone backed into me. When the repairs were complete Brad and his crew had my vehicle looking like new. What I like to have them do most is detail my car, they don't miss an inch and make the interior look as good as the exterior, smells good too! Arcadia Valley is so fortunate to have this shop and Brad's expertise. I understand that customers come from all over southeast Missouri because they know they will get the best here. Update... Ended up having some body work needed done. Took it to Brad and within just a few days our vehicle looked just like new! Also, had another vehicle that I needed some touch up paint done. Within a few short hours, you couldn't even tell touch up was done. Still super fast and excellent service!Excellent detail work. Haven't had any body work done (thank goodness), but A+ for detailing. Must schedule ahead of time (sometimes up to a month wait), but well worth it!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Five Stars! Brad Wooten Auto Body is an outstanding business that takes great care of their customers and they do excellent, professional work! We have our cars detailed at Wooten Auto Body and they always come out looking brand new! Recently, my wife had a fender bender and they took great care of us every step of the way... and once again they have our vehicle looking like brand new! This kind of customer service is hard to find these days! The Wooten crew was easy to work with, knowledge, professional, courteous and took excellent care of my family and our vehicle. With 5 kids, I needed a van while mine was being fixed, and Brad took great care of us! My van is now good as new and cleaner than it s been in years! Thank you Wooten Auto Body!!

Last summer a storm uprooted a tree and it crashed down on my truck. Everyone said my truck is totaled. Luckily, the insurance covered it and Brad and his team basically rebuilt the truck to pristine condition. In fact after a fender bender a couple years back where the dealership did the body work ended up leaving me with a weird creaking sound, whatever brads team did they fixed my truck and that sound. Just goes to show Brad is detailed enough to get the job done and done right. I have rarely had such a good customer experience when dealing with vehicle repairs than I have had with Brad Wooten auto body.

After a fun Deer Season for my Jeep, Brad Wooten & his staff came to the rescue & had me back on the road in no time!! Not to mention the loaner vehicle he provided me & the fact my jeep looked better when I got it back than when I bought it!! Hey. Peeps along time ago some one hacked my revies and i have jad it toy attn so here is the review. U really need from the real mee brad has always doney rentals and made them perfect when i them in amd he has done my own car alot and made them perfect as well. So thank u wootens auto body for outstanding work.. Keep up all the amazing workand i have hady my nephews. Work done on a truck there befor and he also did amazing work .. Best place to go if u are on iron county mo. Brad and his twin. Went to schook woth me back in the day and to aee how far he has came and the father is today andarried to his beatuful with and.
