This positive review is for Adam at the tire center. They were super understaffed and backed up. The customers were being rude. Adam was super nice and helpful to everyone despite the angry customers who didn't deserve it. When Walmart didn't have the tire I ordered, he helped me get a better one at my original order price. It's clear from the other reviews on here that Walmart corporate doesn't care about it's poor performance and definitely isn't willing to help this guy out with adequate support, but Adam is awesome! Give him a raise and another employee. He's what's keeping that place going.

Scheduled an appointment for 9am to replace all 4 tires. Service finally completed at 11:50. 2 stars because work completed seems adequate but service time was not. They were shorthanded( I get it) but had 5 techs and no more than 3 cars in the bay at one time and mine was started not too long after 9am...maybe 10 m inutes went by. Even if only 1 tech worked on it....coming in at over 40min per tire is absurd.Hoped for an hour, would have settled for 2 hours but after that you've lost me on a scheduled appointment.

Went to this Walmart on 40 hwy to get my tires installed they told me they couldn't be installed because a bolt was missing I said ok and went to pick up my car and this Caucasian dude came out of my car dabbing his thc pen the inside smells like a skunk walmart

Called ahead of time to check if a tire was available. They said it was once I arrived they didn't have one only ones that were higher priced.

Although the people inside were nice, the clearance was amazing & for the most part it s a clean store, the auto department is the slowest I ve come across. Instead of saying they re booked for the day, they close in one hour and are continuing to take customers behind the 9 cars already in line. We were told it wouldn t be very long 3 hours ago and still have yet to be serviced. I m number 2 of 9. The work is good, very satisfied, but not so sure it s worth the wait.

I've made four attempts to get my oil changed. Every time they have a nonesense excuse. I've been told they only have one service tech on duty that wasnt taking no more appointments today. We are short staffed it would 3 to 4 hour wait. Today I stop by and was told they are not taking any service tickets todayHow rude. I saw 3 gentleman standing talking and doing nothing. After 4 attempts to get my oil changed. I guess I'll have to take my bussiness elsewhere. They used to be a good place. I guess not anymore.

Called for an appointment. Asked to hold and held for 20 minutes. No one ever came back to the phone. That was the second time and last time it will happen. Hire some customer service people or close the department, you re losing customers and money.

They damaged multiple things on our vehicle while doing a simple oil change. When they couldn't get all the lugnut covers off, and broke a few, they chose to say we didn't order the tire rotation.

The people at the desk were great, the technicians were a little mean. When my oil change was completed, there was something hanging from the bottom of the car. There was one man that was understanding and fixed it. There was another man that didn t want me watching as the thing hanging was fixed and he was mean while asking me to step outside. Don t recommend!

The worst service ever. Waited 4 plus hours to get tires. Came back for a rotation and balance and was told they couldn't do it because my tires was choppy and that meant a suspension issue. I called Audi who got me in the same day to check for these so called issues and was told that they don't know what they're talking about but that my tires was fine and they rotated them with no issues. They also noticed that the size that Walmart had placed on my car was not what I asked for. I'm sorry but I will never go back to this particular Walmart ever again. The worst service ever and they don't care about making their customers happy.

If I could give negative stars I would. I had one small hole that needed to be plugged. Shouldn't take more then 15 minutes. It took them from 710pm until 10:02pm to get my truck fixed 1. Everyone was complaining. I get it, it's late... But if you do good quick service everyone will be happy and you can go home. Another customer asked for a manager, it took them 15 min to get one to just show up, but of course he was from the wrong department and had to get someone to speak with him the next day. The cashier Jason was aggressively standing next to the manager and customer that was complaining. The manager didn't have a clue what he was doing.If you are in a pinch and have 3 hours to waste then this is your place. If you want amazing quick service I always go to Primo tires in Independence... But, they aren't open this late. As I said, I was in a pinch. I'll never come here again if I have a choice.

A fairly inexpensive place to get an oil change, tires, inspections etc on your vehicle. I have used them for several years. Over all consistent service and they do an excellent job. I've never really had problems with any of the work that they've done on my car. One time I did have an issue about payment and they fix that right away and worked with me on that never really great about it.

Extremely slow. It took 4 hours to just get 2 tires. I was told that they had 8 tires in stock. After sitting there for 4 hours they couldn't find any of them. They tried to up-sale me but I bought cheaper tires. The employees were very unfriendly. The service area was a mess. I've never seen a Walmart so dirty and cluttered. Old and new tires were all over the place. Obviously under poor management.

They got me in and out pretty quickly considering they were extremely busy. They were polite and courteous ,I cannot express how much gratitude I have for this whole team of people that work here at this particular Walmart. Thank you again for helping us to have a properly maintained vehicle as we travel on the road

Waited 5 hours for my tires to be put on and balanced. Make sure you are prepared to drop your vehicle and bring a ride!!!! Rediculousness at it's finest, also Michael the clerk was very pushy and rude to all the customers. Will NOT be back. Can't believe I spent my money here, I pray they honor my warranty if I ever return out of desperation.

I ordered tires online & had them put on here along with an oil change & spare key made. When I got the key I also got a magnetic box to put under my car for the key. I made sure to ask that was what this box was for. Unfortunatley it fell off (hasn't even been an hour ) and I just threw $ out the window. Everything else went smooth as I got there before the rush. Customer service was nice. Can't help but be disappointed.

Took 2 hours to mount a balance 4 tires. That may be typical though. Had to wait an extra 30 minutes to get checked out because their register froze. Got home and realized the valve stem caps were missing. Went back the following day to get the caps and waited 20 minutes behind 2 other impatient customers (they had apparently been waiting much longer) while TWO employees waited on ONE phone call. When asked if they could check out another customer while they wait, they said no. Everyone there moved at a snails pace when they did move. Very frustrating.

It was horrible sat there for three hours some were there longer. I still didn't get anything done and it was the third time I had went for the same thing. The first 2 times she let all the worker go home at 3pm. Everyone who actually got their cars done this day came right back in saying something else was wrong.

just went to walmart and was ignored and left in the cold with their door locked in -4 temp weather and when let in was told no inspections today. this walmart like many others is completely useless in every single way possible. any time I have gotten something done it has taken at least 3 hours for a simple oil change even if I'm the first customer.

Arrived at 8 a.m. in hopes to get an oil change. There were 5/6 people ahead of me so I knew it'd be some hours wait. Didn't get serviced until 11 a.m. only for the result to be not even getting an oil change because the mechanic didnt have a certain tool to take off my oil filter housing. I've gotten my oil changed their 3 times and never had that issue before so that was kind of peculiar to me. I get my keys and Im about to leave. When I started my car and put it in drive, my car started shaking instantly. And when I was idle, it rocked back in forth. Come to find out, whoever mechanic was about to do the oil change left my oil cap open and oil had gotten everywhere, all over my engine and everything. Never using their service again.

I use tire and lube at Walmart all the time, you have to accept the fact that they are always busy. They are everywhere, I always get the tire protection plan and keep the paperwork in my vehicle for use at another location where I didn't purchase my tires. I never have a problem with oil change, battery or bulb replacement etc,. I will definitely return my vehicle for service.

Haven t even gone in yet. Just called to ask the latest time I could come in and the guy loudly sighed before I could ask my question after being on hold for 20 minutes. I tried to be as nice as possible because i know they can be short staffed but he was so rude still after I tried to deliver my full question while being interrupted.

Set an appt the day before, for the morning. Just to get 2 tires changed. I was there for 3.5 hours. And when my car was ready no one told Me.

Great honest service. Sad they don't take appointments. The wait can be long. first in first out. Better set the alarm clock.

Very prompt and friendly service. Although the repairs I needed for my automobile couldn't be done at Wal-Mart, I still received great service and information. I recommend going there for oil change, tires, wipers, and filters. Only bad thing is their always busy. So expect to wait hours.

Save your money avoid purchasing tires at a lower price , customer service is awful & management it even worse. I purchased two new tires and for one reason or another they keep putting sealent on tires in an attempt to fix the problem, problem being the tires keep going flat! I have made 3 trips to walmart only to deal with incompetent, rude and unprofessional people. I will be contacting corporate in regards to this. DONT PURCHASE ANY WARRANTY WITH WALMART, WILL NOT FIX YOUR PROBLEM WITH ANY TIRES OR REPLACE THEM AS IT STATES IN THE AGREEMENT. I have always purchased my tires from Walmart but NEVER AGAIN!

Want some lugs to get stripped or cross- threaded, then this is the place for you. Want your tires out of balance when you buy 4 new ones? They got that too. Went on a road trip right after having the tires replaced and once we got up to about 60 mph, the car starts rattling like crazy. Keep your car away from these "mechanics"
