I worked with Geof at Toys For Trucks on the design and strategy for leveling my new Raptor, alongside new rims and tires. It seems simple when you put it in one sentence what we did, but there are so many options and pros/cons to each path that Geof was essentially my Mr. Miagi.Once we decided on everything we only waited about a week for parts to come in, then it was dropped off in the AM and picked up in that same afternoon. My contacts at the facility were Lee & Rich.I just want to take a second to thank the whole team for a pleasant experience, and most importantly turning a darn good truck into a dream truck in one day.The only downside is now I'm addicted and might need to come back for some lighting accessories LOL.

Never recommending 4 Wheel Parts!!!I initially wanted to have my Tacoma front end raised due to installing new Fox 2.5 Remote Reservoirs (880-06-418) and they were set to stock height (top thread height <1.5 ) . Installed OMI Heavy Duty leaf springs (2.75 lift), so wanting to level the the front with the rear. Before prepaying for the service I asked if the mechanics are use to installing/adjusting these type of coil overs. They assured me that they worked with them in the past. So left the Tacoma off on Monday with a Thursday pickup (same week). Called Thursday to confirm pickup and was informed truck wasn t ready due to lower control arms and camber bolts are seized which alignment could be performed. The salesman stated the mechanic tried calling me, but didn t receive a phone call. Verified my phone number was linked to my account. After talking with the salesman I confirmed to have the lower control arms and camber bolts replaced. New pickup day was for following Tuesday. Called day prior to pickup to confirm parts arrived. Tuesday, I called again to confirm pickup and was notified two shop mechanics called off sick and may not be able to pick it up. This didn t bother me. Called again to check status and the salesman stated that the mechanics are unfamiliar with adjusting coil overs and are use to adjusting struts only and they needed additional time to adjust them then do alignment. This part of unfamiliarity with adjusting coil overs enraged me because they lied about knowing how to my particular Fox coil overs. Wednesday, I was notified my Tacoma was ready for pickup. The lower control arms were replaced but the coil overs were barely adjusted. Informed the ring was rotated by five full revolutions. New top thread count measured <1.75 . The shop lead stated their shop didn t have the right header to compress the coil over to properly adjust the top ring. The shop waived the coil over adjustment and alignment on the bill in the end, but would not have used them if I knew they did not have the right equipment to adjust my coil overs. In the end I still need to have my coil overs adjusted and now the top ring adjusting slots were damage from some kind of prying tool.

Rich "Big Rich" Blanton at this store was amazing. He dealt with me calling for months looking for the perfect set of wheels and tires for my truck. I have a very odd lug pattern so it was hard to find something I actually fell in love with. He answered all my questions, every time and never once did he make me feel like I was bothering him. Finally picked out a set and they had me set up and going from ordering to mounting in just a few days! If/when I am in the market again, I will be going here first!

My truck looks great lifted, new wheels & tires. Downside is very expensive & they didn't finish anywhere close to the time frame given.

I'm only giving 1 star for the fact that I just purchased the truck this week and had them install wheels, tires, and leveling kit. Work looks great and customer service was great. But, when returned I now have a very large dent in my bumper and its crooked. I know I didn't hit anything and cant prove they did. The manager looked into it stating they did not cause the damage. I only drove it for two days prior to home and work before leaving it with them for 3.5 days, cant imagine it happened at those locations without me noticing. What a bummer!

The absolute worst customer service you could ever ask for. They are rude they re disrespectful. And will answer the phone while they are talking to you and just quit talking to you and giving quotes over the phone.

Greeted shortly after we came in the door. The staff was helpful and friendly. The prices seemed reasonable for the items we bought and plan to buy. The sales man even helped load up what we bought. Definitely plan to return for all our truck parts.

I'm handicapped, so I called ahead, and was in need of a part for my handicapped lift, which they had.When I got there, they came out to my vehicle and did the transaction there and even put it on without me even asking. I'm sure that was just the men being courteous to me. I wasn't expecting that.It wasn't an easy job, but they fixed it. I did so appreciate their help.They went that extra mile. Kudos

We all have to retire some time and the previous owner did just that. This is no longer Chux Trux but the gentlemen here at 4WP are super nice and helpful. They were nice enough to look up my receipt for the auto start we had done and are honoring the warranty! Thanks so much Rich!
